"I can't believe this..."

Aurora candy cookie was furious, how could their boss just make him do a train inspection when they've got millions of other things to do? They checked their stopwatch to keep the time in check, "Great...one more hour until the train inspection, ridiculous." they mumbled, while they was stressing about how much work they'd left undone, they accidentally bumped into another cookie, "Oh, I'm terribly sorry-" they said immediately, they looked at the fellow cookie, he looked like no cookie he has seen before, he had hair that was filled with the prettiest parts of the galaxy, with dark space blue dough, and a dashing cape sprinkled with stars to compliment it all, "My dearest apologies." he said calmly

They gazed into each other's eyes silently as if they were studying each other, the moment was cut short when Aurora candy cookie checked their watch, "I should get ready and check on...Milky way cookie, anyways, I'll be going now, I hope you have a nice trip!" they cupped their hands together and left, the space cookie stood there, still mesmerized, then he realized he should also start going, he didn't want to be late. He took one more glance at the pastel conductor and left.

Aurora candy cookie quickly ran towards the train they was going to perform the inspection, they scavenged the area to find the conductor of the train, and soon enough, they found Milk way cookie taking a nap on the bench next to the train station. They angrily stomped towards her and flicked her head, "Milky way cookie! I can't believe you would leave your train, your responsibility, to take a nap at times like this!", Milk way cookie yawned, "We do this every single day, why can't I take a rest?", Aurora candy cookie groaned, "That's because as conductors, we must be disciplined and accountable for their actions!"

"*yawn* Can we just start the train? It seems like everyone has gotten in the train already..." She pointed at the cookies and otherworldly beings boarding the express, "See, look a the time, it's time for me to conduct the train, and for you to uh inspect it...I guess.", she blew her whistle and motioned Aurora candy cookie towards the train, they held up their hand, about to make a complaint, but ultimately sighed and follow Milky way cookies directions.

"Choo choo! All aboard!!" Milky way shouted, then she blew her whistle, Aurora candy approached her and flicked her head, "Do I have to remind you?! It's not yet even time to leave, it's in thirty minutes to be exact, don't scare the passengers!", Milk way rubbed her head and groaned, "Sowwyyyy, but it was just a wittle mistake...",  Aurora candy facepalmed and left the control room to check on the passengers, since it was a part of the train inspection.

There was many types of passengers, all of them were unique in their own way, this has always interested Aurora candy, it has always made them wonder about their existence. Why was they here? Why is they the way they is? Is there anybody in the vast galaxies that looked like them? Act like them? Understood them? They shoved away his thoughts, it was time for work! Not pondering about their meaning....but was it really the time?

Was it time they questioned?
