First of all, this book is a sequel to Star and its darkness, so if you haven't read that, I suggest you do so you can understand everything better since there will be mentions of the previous book a lot.

She feels like this life doesn't have any more meaning after the love of her life didn't say he loved her back. What is she going to do? How she is going to feel happy again after him? She doesn't believe that someone else can give her the happiness Michael once could.
