Ezra's POV:

I fell down because I was to weak to hold my balance, when Seventh Sister let me go with the force to fight Ahsoka. Kanan ran to me and picked me up bridal style. My eyes were closed, because I was still tired.

"Everything's going to be okay, Ezra! We're here!" He soothed me.

I rested my head on his chest and calmed down when I felt his hand touch my face. I'm safe. At least... I thought I was...

Seventh Sister's POV:

I saw that the jedi carried the child away. I pushed the togruta against the wall with the force and pulled the jedi's legs to me, which made him let go of the child.

"HERA!" He screamed

The twi'lek ran towards him and took the boy, while the jedi tried to fight me.

"He's mine!"

The jedi went through the same as the togruta and my focus was back on the boy.

"He'll stay here!"

Hera's POV:

I was almost at the Ghost, but Seventh stopped me. Zeb ran towards me for support, but everyone was pushed away from me.

"Thank you. You may leave now."

She took Ezra away from my arms and walked back to her brother's body. A safety shield activated and there was no way we could get Ezra. Her grip on us was gone and we stood on one line, watching Seventh carry away our crewmember. Stormtroopers joined us at our side and started firing.

"Everyone in the Ghost!" I yelled

"We can't leave Ezra!" They all said in unison.

"We have to." I said quiet, trying to hold back my tears.

I ran to the cockpit and waited till they were on board, but someone didn't want to...

"AHSOKA! GET YOUR ASS ON THE GHOST!" I screamed through the com.

She ignored me completely...

"Rex!?" I yelled again.

"I know!"

Rex walked over to Ahsoka and picked her up. Ahsoka trashed around, but Rex didn't let go.

"Hera! Everyone's on board!"

"Not everyone..." I whispered, while sobbing.

The Ghost flew away from the prison, to the other side of Lothal. Kanan entered the cockpit and sat in the chair beside me.

"We'll come back."

The Ghost was on autopilot, so I fell in my husband's arms and cried in his chest.

"Ssshhh... we'll get him back. I promise." He soothed me.

We went to the common room and saw Ahsoka and Sabine cry in Rex and Zeb's arms. Terrific... the girls are crying and the boys think they're tough... well... Not all the boys...

"*happy beeping noices*"

"He's not with us Chop... neither is Barriss..." Kanan told the droid, who stayed on the Ghost during the mission.

"*sad beeping noices*"

"We'll get him back, Chop... "

I hugged the droid and if he could cry, he sure did.

"We'll get him back."

Ezra's POV:

Seventh Sister threw me in my cell and I cried uncontrollably. Barriss was dead and I was alone again! The crew will come back, I know that, but.... what if they're too late... I can easily kill myself here...

"Ezra..."

"A-Anakin? Is that you?"

"Yes. But I'm not alone."

I opened my eyes and the whole room was blue... the room was filled with the force... Three figures showed up and I immediately recognised them. Anakin and my parents!

"Mom! Dad!"

"Yes. We're here, son." My mother said.

"H-how-"

"You can see some dead people with the force."

I remained silent and stared at them in disbelief.

"Are you giving up, my son?" My dad said

"No!!!...............yes."

"Why?"

"Because I'll die here! Like Barriss! There's nothing to hope for..."

"Your family will come."

"They can't help me... Seventh Sister will take care of that..."

"Ezra... that's not true..."

"Yes it is! Everything goes wrong! My whole life goes wrong! You got killed, Vizago found me, The empire found me multiple times, I am disabled, Barriss was at the dark side, Ahsoka was at the dark side AND Barriss is dead! How can my life get any worse!?"

"Don't say that, 'cause when you do, it always shows you that it can."

"Shut up Anakin! Ezra, sweetheart, listen to your mother..." dad said.

It was too late. The three ghosts were gone.

I looked at the ground and cried more.

The cell turned back red from my own blood and I was alone again... I kept singing the song in my head... what do they mean! Till... I finally understood the secret meaning behind the song.
