Stan could count on his fingers how many days Kyle actually missed school. His boyfriend was a workaholic if he wasn't at school he would be studying and if he's not studying he would be in tutoring. In fact the only thing that kept Kyle out of school was that time where he needed a kidney and even then he was asking if he missed anything.

Stan stared up at the off white ceiling of his classroom then back towards the seat that was empty and cold next to him. He looked back down at his phone but still he was left on read.

"Bitch move Kyle just answer me back." Stan glared down at his phone thinking about double texting the red head but decided that only desperate guys double message people.

"Looking for your boyfriend Stanley?" Kenny was leaning forward in his desk with the same orange parka. Stan wonders how he can fit himself in it still but he's learned not to ask too many questions in South Park.

"Unless you know where he is shut your whore mouth Kenny."

"Rude but if you must know heard the little minx coughing yesterday he might be catching something but that's not unusual for Kyle."

"When did you hear that?" Kenny sat back down in his seat after reviving a dirty glare from the teacher.

"While I was staring at his ass yesterday." I looked in Kenya face and behold he had some shit eating grin on his face.

"Your an asshole Kenny."

"And your a sweetheart Stan." Kenny turned away from me to start talking to Bebe while I waited for the time to move faster.

I grabbed my keys to my truck from my backpack because if Kyle was sick I did not want his mother touching him with that earth healing bullshit like she did last time. I jumped in my truck but before I made my way to Kyles house I went by the store.

The least I can do is put together a little basket for him.

I ended up getting a 3 cans of chicken noodle soup, crackers, sour punch kids and The Breakfast Clib on dvd.

I drove to his house making sure to do a quick check if his mom was there and opened the door with the spare key under the flower pot.

"Kyle baby you here."

"Mmmmhhh" I climbed the stairs to meet my boyfriend barely sitting up but at least he had some color in his face. I went to sit by him helping him sit up and plopping the basket of things on his bed.

"Aww look at you being all sentimental." Kyle smiled up weakly at me but I barely noticed while I tried to fluff his pillow and picked up the thermometer to take his temperature. He grabbed my hand that was tended up harder than I realized.

"Hey relax it's just a cold I promise I took some medicine and I'll be fine by tomorrow."

"I can't help it, when I get sick I just need sleep when you get sleep you need someone's kidney." Kyle tilted his head back and laughed followed by coughing. His red curls jostled as his head moved and a reached my hands up to began detangling his red locks.

"I know how worried you are but I'll be okay, thank you for taking care of me dude." Kyle put his head on my shoulder closing his eyes and I rested my head on top of his.

A comfortable silence took over us idol it was broken by Kyle.

"Stan did you skip school again."

"Maybe..."

"Stan you need to be at school so you can get a better grade in biology how many times do I have to tell you..." I just smiled if Kyle was nagging I definitely knew he was getting better.
