Jay's PoV

Creeping into rains house, I spot her fast asleep in her bed.
I walk over and gently press a kiss to her lips, praying that what Deceit said was true, and slip out of the house without another word.

Then I head for my parents.

Rain's PoV

23 coffee shops in this town, and NO PEPPERMINT LATTES!
Oh well, pumpkin spice is the next best thing, although it is rather....depressing.

Walking out of the coffee shop I see a car being thrown towards some people. Still holding my coffee, I send a silver force field towards them and protect them from the impact.

They thank me and start running; there someone walking down the street. Their clothes are black and they seem to be radiating negative energy; I'm almost paranoid just watching them.

I run towards them and they turn at a street, walking towards a house. Jay's house.
My fight instincts kick in and I run to this person but drop my coffee at who I see.
