Sheesh Mahal, Raizada's ancestral house is in verge of auctioning. Arvindh Raizada (Arnav's father) had pawned the property for his business which was not doing well. He had taken the loan from the bank for an important project, as the project failed he suffered very huge loss.

Shashi Gupta, Gupta industries, CEO and MD, proposed a deal to Arvindh Raizada. He will save Sheesh Mahal, help them in bringing business back to former glory but the Raizada's should sign a contract stating Arnav Singh Raizada will marry Khushi Gupta (14 yr old), his daughter. If Arnav fails to do so, Sheesh Mahal and Raizada business will belong to Gupta family.

Arvindh had no choice, he cannot bring his family to road. He consulted with his wife Ratna, and they both let Anjali (22 yr old) and Arnav (19 yr old) know the situation. Arnav suggested his father to accept the deal. Ratna and Anjali were against it but Arnav was firm. He understands what is at stake here. His sister is going to be married soon and this will affect her life. If they do not agree to the proposal then they will lose everything.
