Part 18

Arnav entered his cabin in office and asked Aman to come to his cabin through intercom. Aman soon came into Arnav's cabin.

"ASR. What happened ?? Why you called me urgently ?"asked Aman.

"I have watched a movie Aman" said Arnav.

Aman looked at him confused and with a weird expression. What is special in seeing a movie ? thought Aman.

Seeing Aman's expressions, Arnav understood why he was confused.

"Aman, actually..."Arnav narrated about the movie and hypnotism.

"So, do you think even the serial killer is hypnotizing a person and making others kill him ?"asked Aman.

"Not exactly. I think he is hypnotizing the victims making them commit suicide. Know more about hypnotism and its methods" asked Arnav.

"Ok ASR" said Aman and left from there.

Arnav entered the room only to find Khushi standing at the poolside gazing stars. She heard the sound and came towards him.

Even before he could say anything, Khushi said, " No. Don't give any explanations. I understand that you had some urgent work, so you left. What will I do other than understanding when I married a strict police officer ?"

Arnav smiled hearing her talks and hugged her.

"I know you understand very well. That's why I love you soo much" said Arnav kissing her forehead.

"You, even learnt well to butter me" said Khushi faking anger.

"And you learnt to fake this anger" said Arnav pinching her nose.

Khushi smiled, " Now go and freshen up. I will bring dinner"

Arnav agreed and went to change.

"Next week is Chachu and Chachi's wedding anniversary. So, we all thought to keep a small party in the home" said Khushi serving Arnav in his plate.

Arnav just nodded his head.

"That will cheer up even Akashji's mood too. He is very sad from his friend's death. He, even stopped going to office. Today, he went when he came to know that Chachu's health is not good" said Khushi.

Arnav sighed, " That boy really needs to learn how to be professional. Our personal problems shouldn't effect our profession."

"Everyone can't be strong like you Arnavji" said Khushi.

"Everyone will be like me except Akash. Chachi pampered him a lot from child hood. He is a typical mumma's boy." Said Arnav.

"Why don't you talk to him ?"asked Khushi.

"I will"said Arnav.

After three days:

The door bell rang and NK opened the door only to find Karan standing in front of him.

"You!!" NK was shocked seeing him. Karan smiled and moved into the house.

"Karan.. Why did you came here ?" asked NK.

"Why ? Is there any problem if I come here ?"asked Karan.

"Ofcourse. What if anyone sees you here ?" said NK.

"I want to talk with you" said Karan.

"Then you could have called me. We could have meet in our secret place" said NK.

"Relax NK. Nothing will happen. Even if someone sees us, then they won't doubt us. We both are relatives now. Remember" said Karan.

NK sighed and said, " I will bring coffee for you"

"No formalities NK. It's Ok" said Karan.

"But still, you are my guest now. My coffee will be very tasty" said NK and went into kitchen.

When he came out of the kitchen with coffee, he found Karan standing at a photo frame where he, Lavanya and Khushi are present. He can see Karan had tears in his eyes.

NK cleared his throat bringing Karan out of his thoughts. He wiped off his tears and turned to NK.

"Are you OK?"asked NK. Karan nodded his head and took coffee.

He sipped it and said, " Coffee is tasty. Thank you"

"Shall we discuss what you came for ?"asked NK.

"Yes. Who do you think our next target should be ?"asked Karan.

" Ajay" said NK. Karan nodded his head.

"When ?"asked Karan.

"Raizadas are celebrating Akash's parents anniversary. They are inviting both Ajay and Ankush. You should have known about party" said NK.

"Yeah. Payal said to me" said Karan.

"I think it is perfect opportunity for us" said NK.

"Ok. Let first finish off this Ajay, then Ankush and finally that Akash Singh Raizada" said Karan.

"No. You can't do that" came a voice from behind. They both turned and looked at Payal.

"You won't kill Akash Bhai" said Payal coming near to them.

"Why ? Is it because now he is your husband ? Do you love him ?"asked Karan angrily.

"No Bhai. You are taking me wrong. I don't love him." said Payal.

"Then what made you think so Payal ?"asked NK

" Actually, three days back, I found his dairy. I read it and found that he is innocent." Said Payal.

"Innocent!! Seriously.. How ??"asked Karan angrily.

"Karan. Let her complete first" said NK

Payal continued, "Akash is not involved in raping Lavanyaji. He was not there at the spot. He came to know about it only after his friends pushed Lavanyaji into the pool. He wanted to go and save her but his friends pleaded him to save them. As usual, he is a dumb person and with the help of his parents saved his friends using Raizada name. "

"But that doesn't make him innocent Payal"said NK calmly.

"I know Nk Bhai but killing him is not an option. I am not supporting him but he needs to be tackled in another way" said Payal.

Both Karan and NK stayed silent hearing it.

"Why did you come here ?"asked Karan.

"Oh.. I forgot. I came here to invite NK Bhai for the anniversary party. Manorama Raizada asked me to call you. So, I came here" said Payal.

"She could have come with you." Said Karan.

"She won't step in middle class houses Karan" said NK.

" No problem. She will soon learn how to respect people when she lands in prison" said Karan.

Payal got a call and it was from Ratna. She talked with her and turned to both.

"Ratna aunty called me. I need to go Bhai. I will meet you both later. Discuss the plan and say me who is the next target and what should be done" said Payal.

Both of them nodded their heads and Payal left from there.

"Why did you agree for Payal's marriage with Akash ?"asked Nk.

"Trust me NK, if I had a least idea that she was seeing Akash, then I wouldn't have let her do this. I went to London for four months on business purpose and when I returned, the news I got is Akash proposed her and she agreed to it. My parents are happy as Raizada family is good. No one asked my opinion" said Karan, then continued, " When I confronted this stupid girl, she said she want to help me in taking revenge. What should I do ? Such a stubborn girl."

Nk smiled and said, " Yeah. Sisters are always stubborn."

Karan nodded his head as yes.

"OK Now.. What should be done with Akash then ?"asked NK.

"First let this Ajay and Ankush finish. Then we can think about Akash" said Karan to which NK agreed.

Part 19

Aman entered Arnav's cabin.

"ASR. I have found out about hypnotism and even I met hypnotherapist. He said any living being can be hypnotized and there are different methods of hypnotism." Said Aman and explained him what the hypnotherapist said.

"So, I think the murderer is hypnotizing them some means and then making them kill themselves." Said Arnav.

Aman nodded his head.

After two days:

It is the anniversary party within an hour. Khushi is in the room getting ready for the party. Arnav came into the room full ready in his three piece suit.

"Someone is looking very beautiful today" said Arnav looking at Khushi.

"Well today, that someone's husband came earlier for the family's party first time in thier four months marriage. Until now, for every party, she has to wait upon for her husband as he will always be late and he doesn't have even time to look at his wife. But today, she doesn't want to loose the opportunity to take away her husband's breathe" said Khushi.

Arnav raised his eyebrows with his signature smirk making Khushi blush.

"Say me one thing Arnavji. Why are you early today ?"asked Khushi.

" I just didn't had much work Khushi. Why are you even surprising ?" asked Arnav.

Khushi didn't said anything. She was wearing bangles when one of the bangle broke and hurt her. She hissed in Pain. Arnav came near her immediately and held her hand.

"Why don't you take care while wearing them ?"said Arnav in a concerned tone.

He looked at her wound where there is a drop of blood. He took out his hand kerchief and wiped off the drop of blood.

"Is it paining ?"asked Arnav in a concerned tone.

"No Arnavji. It is just a small wound"said Khushi smiling and took the bangles to wear again but Arnav held them.

"I will make you wear" said Arnav and he wore Khushi bangles carefully.

Khushi was overwhelmed seeing Arnav's care for her. She was lost in him when he looked up at her and both had an eyelock.

Hearing someone clearing throat, Arnav and Khushi came out of the trance. They both looked at Anjali who is giving them a teasing smile.

"Well, if your romance is over, Khushiji you need to come downstairs" said Anjali.

Khushi nodded her head and went towards her.

"Chote. Why did you came early ? You will always come late for family parties naa" asked Anjali.

"Oh God. Why do everyone ask this question ? Is it a crime if I come home early ?"asked Arnav.

"Nope. Your house, your wish ACP Sir" said Anjali in a mocking tone.

She started to go but turned back and said, " But it is really a sight to watch a romantic ACP sir"

Arnav and Khushi blushed while Anjali giggling, left from there along with Khushi.

Downstairs:

Ajay and Ankush came to the party as Manorama requested them personally to come.

Payal, who saw them felt relieved and excited. She thought maybe they won't come for the party but they did. She need to inform both Nk and Karan about this.

Just then, NK entered the house with a bouquet. Payal, who was excited was going towards him but Khushi rushed to her brother and hugged him. Payal stopped seeing that. She should be careful thought Payal. Anjali came beside Payal.

"Payal. Didn't your parents and brother arrived yet ?"asked Anjali.

"No Di. I am waiting for them" said Payal.

"They must be on the way" said Anjali, then looking at NK, "Look NK arrived, come. Let's meet him"

"How are you NK Bhai ?"asked Payal to NK.

"I am fine Payal." Said NK smiling then looking at Anjali, " How are you Anjaliji ? How is your health ?"

"I am fine NK. My health is also fine" said Anjali.

"Nk Bhai. Go and meet Sasumaa and Papa" said Payal.

NK followed by Anjali, Khushi and Payal went near Manorama and Manohar. He handed bouquet to them and wished them.

"HHBB. You bought just bouquet" said Manorama, " No problem. I can understand. You can't afford more than this"

NK felt insulted hearing her words. Khushi felt bad while Payal controlled her anger.

"Mano" said Manohar angrily not liking the way she talked.

"Chachi. We must not measure someone's good will and wishes by the cost of the gift given by them" said Anjali.

Manorama just left from there keeping a displeasure face.

"Sorry beta" said Manohar.

"It's Ok uncle" said NK.

After sometime, Karan and his parents too came to the party. Only closed ones are invited for the party.

NK was talking with Shyam when Karan came there. He too started conversation with them.. Someone called Shyam and he went away from there.

"So, is everything ready ?" asked Karan.

"Yes, Everything is ready. We just have to implement the plan" said NK.

"See, how happy they are looking ?"said Karan looking at Akash, Ajay and Ankush.

" See that Manorama Raizada and Manohar Raizada. They are not looking less happy" said NK.

"After spoiling other lives, they are happy" said Karan.

"They too shouldn't be spared" said NK.

After the party is over, most of the guests have left. Only NK, Karan's parents and Ajay, Ankush are present.

Manorama opened the gifts eagerly. Everyone are looking at her with a she will never change look.

Manorama opened Arnav and Khushi's gift hurriedly but was utterly dissatisfied when she found a couple rings for them.

"HHBB. Arnav bitwa, I thought you will gift me something more good than this but you disappointed me." said Manorama.

"Why Chachi ? Didn't you like the design ? I will ask the jeweller to bring more designs tomorrow. You select which one you like" said Arnav.

"No No. That's not the matter. Actually I thought to ask you to gift me those, but I I thought that you will gift me them only" said Manorama.

Arnav and others couldn't understand what Manorama actually want.

"What is it Manorama ? Say clearly." Said Ratna.

Manorama blushing said, " I thought Arnav bitwa will gift me the honeymoon tickets which he brought to gift for Akash and Payal. They both didn't went. So, I thought why to waste them, me and Manohar ji will go."

Arnav, Akash and Manohar looked at her dumbfounded. Dadi looked at her angrily. Anjali, Ratna and Payal's parents were shocked. Khushi giggled to herself. NK and Karan gave an unbelievable look while Payal rolled off her eyes.

"Have some Shame Manorama." Said Dadi angrily and left from there followed by Manohar.

Arnav too left from there not knowing what to say.

Manorama went from there with her penguin walk.

It was the time to leave. NK and Karan's family came out of the house at the same time.

NK went to his bike but stopped seeing it's tyre is punctured.

"Oh No" said NK.

"What happened ?"asked Karan.

NK indicated at his bike. By now even Akash and his friends too came there.

"Bhai. How will you go now ? It is already very late"asked Khushi in a worried tone

"No Problem Khushi. We will leave NK at home and move to our home" said Karan.

"But Bhai. Both of your house is in opposite direction" said Payal.

"It's Ok Payal." Said Karan and even Karan's parents to agreed for it.

" There is no need for it. Ajay is going in the same route as NK Bhai. He will drop NK Bhai on the way and leave for his hotel" said Akash.

"Aree. No NO. Why to trouble them ?"asked NK.

"There is nothing like trouble Mr.NK. You can join me. I will drop you at your home" said Ajay.

"What about me then ?" said Ankush.

"You too leave with Ajay and NK Bhai. You both are staying in same hotel naa" said Akash.

"But today I am going to my brother's house. Ajay said to me he will drop me to my brother's house" said Ankush.

"Ankush. Your brother's house is on the way to Karan's home. He will drop you" said Akash.

"Ok. I don't have any problem" said Karan.

"Fine then" said Ankush.

So, as decided Ajay took NK in his car while Karan's family took Ankush in their car. While leaving both NK and Karan shared a look with a mysterious smile.
