They are those Padi's that promise you Read for Reads and then screw you over.   You waste your time in a good faith effort to read their work thinking they will read yours...and they don't.  And worse they never intended to in the first place...it was all a lie to hustle you into some reads.  Waste your time, maybe even a couple of votes, on them.  They used you.  They abused you.  And in the end you know you got got.  They are the R4R Fuckers

 And before today there was nothing you could do about it...until now.
