Personality: Born a selfish, petulant child used to getting everything she wanted, Aurora's missing years in a deep slumber didn't teach her much at all. Beautiful but vengeful, she was woken by true love's kiss---but the love wasn't hers. Cold and calculating, Aurora has never felt love for anyone. She views people around her as a means to an end. The fact that she is considered beautiful and compared to the fairest things in the land is just a tool in her arsenal. While some women might be flattered by the compliments, Aurora knows her worth and isn't in need of validation from anyone. The moment someone offers it, she knows they will become her willing victim or clueless accomplice, depending on intellect and moral compass.

Her world is one that has no rules, except that she will always destroy anyone and anything that stands in her way. Unlike other "rescued" princesses from fairy tales, Aurora didn't marry the prince and live happily ever after. Upon learning that her own parents set Maleficent to harm her in hopes she'd wake up a tame and obedient Princess, Aurora let go of any compassion for anyone.

She set out to kill anyone who had anything to do with the plot against her, including the one who rescued her. It took no time at all before she'd declared herself Queen, and wrapped the land in vines, thorns, and briars as punishment for her suffering. Those who opposed her died quickly of fire or poison, their lands seized and Earth tainted so that nothing green or fruitful would grow for generations. To oppose Aurora was to destroy hundreds of years of a family's legacy.

After all, if she could destroy her own family in the blink of an eye, what could she do to yours?

She holds a grudge against Maleficent, the one rival she has been unable to purge from the face of the Earth. In her cursed life, Maleficent is nothing like Aurora remembers from her old world---but no redeeming qualities or apparitions will earn forgiveness. Aurora is unable to find peace until the wrongs against her have been avenged. Only then can she start a new chapter in her life.

Alliance/Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, leaning towards Chaotic Evil. Aurora's core is pure selfishness, but the lack of love in her life has turned her into a true villainess. The question is whether or not anything (or anyone) can guide her toward redemption---even the destruction of her last nemesis?

Skills/Powers: Aurora had Nature Magic in her old life, power over the flora and fauna, gifted to her by compassionate faeries who despised Maleficent. Her talent with plants, particularly the poisonous variety, has carried over into a non-magical land. She is also talented with a needle and thread, a skill she's carried over into her cursed life. Most become easily fascinated by Aurora, but it's difficult to tell if there's any magic involved or she's just a very manipulative woman.

Weapons: Aurora typically carries a small golden dagger with her. However, she is a talented seamstress with access to many sharp pointy things, and an accomplished gardener who seems to know her way around poisons. If she wants to find a way to harm you, she is industrious enough to find a way. Anything can be a weapon.

Cursed Life Information: Aurora runs a successful fashion line, specialising in high-end sleepwear and lingerie, called Briar Rose Intimates. Once her empire began gaining in popularity, public appearances and risque photos of the lovely blonde landed her roles in television shows and movies. Her career is on the rise and she sees no limit to how far her ambition can take her. She is always on the lookout for a romance, a friend, or an opportunity that will benefit her in some way.

Though she is much admired and has a legion of followers, she is aware she has enemies.. She misses the old days when they'd all end up dead. Instead, she must use her intelligence and charm to turn her enemies into supporters.
