Like I said, after worried me.
Gabriel and I walk upstairs to sit in the living room- downstairs has a living room, too, you know. We sat down on the couch, listening to music, doing nothing. Nothing. You'd think that he'd try to make a move but he didn't.
It surprised me that I wanted something to happen, but I didn't want to be the one to start it.
"Are you okay?" I'm brought back to reality when he asks me that.
Was I really okay? Here I am with a boy, who I might like, sitting in the living room. Alone. I am A-okay. Repeat, a-okay.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I reply.
He nodded and mumbles, "Okay." He wraps his arms around me, and we stay like that for a good amount of time.
I didn't even realize he fell asleep until I heard a faint snore escape his lips. Right at that moment, I remember I have to take my pills. Trying to get up is difficult if there's a 175 pound male on your lap.
I eventually lift him off, of course I struggled, and head towards the bathroom. (I knew where it was from the previous time.)
I slid my hand in my cardigan pocket, and grab my bottles of pills. I take the two from both containers, and take notice that I didn't have water. I sigh before leaving the restroom to the kitchen, with my pills in hand.
I grab a glass- the only cups they had- and fill it with water from the faucet before placing the two in my mouth, then drinking, and repeat with the other two.
I hear faint footsteps approach as I place the glass in the sink. I turn to see a sleepy Gabriel.
"Hey." He yawns, and stretches his arms. His hair was a tad messed up, and his shirt was wrinkled. His blue eyes flutter open once he's done a second after.
"Hi." I reply, reaching behind me for the counter to hold on to.
"You know my parents are asleep, and my sister is out, right? That means I could finally kiss you, and not in front of them."
"What makes you think I want you to kiss me?"
We were inches apart, and Gabriel leant down to whisper in my ear. "You're not resisting." He kissed my temple, and moved closer to my cheek. "You can stop me now, if you don't want to."
I didn't move.
He kissed my cheek, and moved towards my lips. "Or now." He whispers before he softly places his lips onto mine.
I didn't know how to kiss but, somehow, my body did. I kissed him back while wrapping my arms around his neck. He lifts me onto the counter but doesn't break the kiss, and slides his hands on my waist.
Our lips moved in harmony, this is the longest kiss we've had. Although, this was only the third.
We break apart, in need of oxygen, and he gave me a big; goofy grin. Gabriel pecked my lips, and carried me- by the waist- to his bedroom.
"We're not doing that, Gabriel." I sigh, looking down at him. Finally I was the one looking down.
"I know, beautiful." He looks up at me, his eyes seemed to twinkle.
He closes the door when we're inside, and he drops me on his bed. Literally, he dropped me on it. He flops down beside me, and kisses my neck.
It was only a peck, not one that would leave a hickey. God, Vincent would kill me if he ever saw a hickey on my neck. They could be in other places, and he wouldn't find out.
I need to stop thinking about these things. Stupid teenage hormones.
"Do you think you can stay?" Gabriel whispers.
"No, my dad is expecting me home in about ten minutes." I whisper, and add, "I don't think he'll be glad to hear that I'm sleeping at your house."
"I was half hoping we would make out."
"Keep dreaming."
He lifts himself on me with his hands on either side of the bed. "I could make it a reality." He leaned down, and pecks my lips twice.
"You're not resisting, again." He whispers against my lips, my breath hitches just as our lips clash together.
I wrapped my legs around his waist, and slid my hands on his chest. This is what I was supposed to do- Tara explained to me about what to do.
We flip in opposite positions, and I'm on top of him. Neither of us broke the kiss. Gabriel's hands travelled to the buttons of his shirt as I slid off my cardigan.
The pills made a loud noise in the room, and we separate from each other. Gabriel sits up, his chest is exposed. "What was that?" He says.
"Uh, it was nothing." I quickly reply, and grab my cardigan from the foot of the bed- where it landed.
I get off of him, and check the time on my phone. Nine thirteen. I'm supposed to go home, and that's what I tell him.
"Alright, I'll walk you over. A pretty girl like you shouldn't walk alone at night." He stands up, and we walk down the stairs, and open the door.
He closes it, not locking it, and we walk towards my house. Luckily, there's no cars driving by. I unlock the door, but before walking inside I turn to look at him.
"Good night, doll face." Gabriel says, and smiles.
"Good night." I reply, and give him a small smile in return.
I walk inside, and close the door. I turn the light on by flicking the switch near the door. I place the bottle of pills on the counter in the kitchen, and walk upstairs to my bedroom.
I take my clothes off, and replace them with gray sweatpants and purple tank top. I slide into my bed, and drift off to sleep.
My eyes widened before I fell asleep. I just made out with Gabriel.
What the hell?!
