Hi guys, this is the Q and A chapter of spotted where I answer the questions that you guys asked me. I hope I get to all your questions and if I don't I'm sorry in advance.

Lilmissldn05 - What inspired you to write these stories?

♡ I started writing stories like spotted since I was in 8th grade. Once I created a wattpad account I went straight to the curvy girl books. What I found when I was searching for a book is that there isn't many books about a black curvy girl or a girl with vitliago. I wanted to write something for the girls that wants to read a book that reflects them and their culture. Not just any random book.

ZahraahDalhat_ - Why did you write that chapter about Emily in Spotted? Did you want us readers to see her in a different light?

♡ That's exactly what I wanted to do. Emily has seen in a bad way since the beginning of the book. I wrote the Emily chapter as one of the last few chapters so you guys could see her home life and what she's going through. How you act reflects on how your partners raised you. I was thinking if I told you guys who her parents were, Britney and Hunter, you guys would at least have some sympathy for her.

Tornblackpages - When you first started to write on Wattpad did you ever care about the view?

♡ I didn't even care if I had 0 views or 1. When I got my first view I was over the moon happy because someone cared enough to sit there and read what I had to say. My first vote was what motivated me to keep on going and write more chapter of For the Curvy. In my eyes view and votes are just extra stuff. All I care about is writing.

@queenslickba and shayna231 and everyone else on the last chapter of Spotted - Did Silas and Nevaeh get Everly back?

♡ you guys were about to kill me when Everly didn't come back to them. I didn't want Everly to come back to them. I wanted the story to end with just Silas and Nevaeh being happy on their wedding day rather than them crying over Everly. They couldn't get Everly back yet and they were starting to accept it. Maybe in the near future Everly will come back to them but not in this book. You can let go of the ones you love and if your paths cross then it was meant to be.

BBTeeJAY - What's your greatest expectation(s) as a writer? Not only in the Wattpad world but equally outside of it.

♡ I wanted to become a writer so I can inspire people to do the same. In the Wattpad world there is thousands authors and thousands of book. I want my books to be set apart from everyone else's. I expect my books to leave a mark on the world but most importantly kids my age. As a sixteen year old not many people take me seriously when I say I write. I want my books to be useful to people outside of Wattpad, not just in Wattpad.

@Lilmissldn05 - Did you experience what the characters experienced in your stories?

♡ I experienced sixty five percent of what my characters went through. The bullying they both went through I went through also. Nevaeh's crazy Haitian dad and his bat collection is what I've been going through for all my life. My dad is where the expression bat shit crazy comes from. I also experienced the amazing food that both my character ate in Spotted and For The Curvy.

Tornblackpages - Did you ever have second guesses your books or thought about taking it down?

♡ Yes I had, mainly on For The Curvy. I didn't feel like that book was going to help anyone who was having problems with their self image. I didn't care about the views but how my story was being conveyed was my main focus. After thinking about it for weeks I decided to not delete it since I was starting to get into the habit of writing almost everyday. After a few months I saw that my book really has helped many people both boys and girls.

BBTeeJAY - Is it really possible to take a bath with one's partner and leave without any sexual action taking place?

♡ It is absolutely possible. Some couples just love being in each other's presence. Even when some couples are completely naked there is still no sexual action taking place. Something like taking a shower with your partner can be seen as spending time together or starting your morning off together. If having no sex before marriage is your goal and you know you'll be tempted to break it if you and your partner are showering together then don't do it.

@Lilmissldn05 - Do You ever hope for your stories to become a movie?

♡ let me tell y'all how I already have a whole bunch of movie ideas in my head. For The Curvy is the movie I'm currently coming up with ideas on now since I've thought about Spotted already. I want Diamond to be one of my readers for sure. Even though it might not happen I just want to be ready just in case someone notices my book and wants to make it into a movie.

@xxbbgleixx -  Was Emily's problem with Nevaeh that she has Silas and she didn't?

♡ it's basically what it was on the surface but it goes deeper than that. The people who read For the Curvy knows who Hunter and Britney is and how their personality is. Emily was brought up in a toxic household where Britney talked bad about black people on a daily. Diamond was the topic of her stories almost everyday. She was exposed to racism at a very young age. She was never taught differently until she took control of her life and stopped hating Nevaeh later on in the book.

@Aniisia - What's your favorite food?

♡ I don't have just one favorite food. I'm what you call a fat ass. I eat all kinds of food, except for veggies. I only eat broccoli when it's in Fettuccini Alfredo. I would have to say that my favorite food is a bacon burger with fries and chicken nuggets. Everytime I go to a new restaurant that's what I always order just to be save.

BBTeeJAY - Will we get more smut chapters?

♡ I have no idea. I feel really awkward writing smut scenes since I do most of my wiring at school. I'm also not experienced in the sex department so I rather stay away it. My smut scenes be looking like a whole mess. You guys should be thanking me because I don't put smut in my chapters. Y'all would've left this book long ago.

curveyblackgirl66 - Can you make a short story book with all the couples?

♡ I'm not too good at short stories. For the Curvy was supposed to have twenty one chapters but I kept on writing and writing. A short story for me is about eighty chapters and even then it's not considered a short story. I can't write a short story book now because I have another book saved to drafts. Maybe in the future I'll have time to write one.

@Aniisia- Why did you start writing on Wattpad?

♡ Writing has always been some sort of escape from the world for me. People are just horrible human beings so I avoid them by writing and reading. The first story I wrote on Wattpad was written when I was at my all time low. People were bullying me at school so I decided to write a story on Wattpad and get lost in the world of books.

@Aniisia- What motivated you to keep writing on Wattpad?

♡ What motivated me the most was the lack of characters that reflects my background. I've seen too much books about the white girl with the long blonde hair and blue eyes. Those stories just became redundant. I wanted to relate to the young black girls that were struggling with being themselves, their skin color, and even finding love because of their lack of self confidence. I just wanted to inspire my young black sisters.

BBTeeJAY - What could I do to prove to my man that I love him?

♡ It depends on your boyfriend. Men and women have very different ways of showing affection. I love when people show me love but your boyfriend might want you to show him love by complimenting him or spending some time with him. You have to ask him how he wants to be loved then work towards showing him the love you want to show him based on his response. In a healthy relationship it should work both. Couples should strive towards showing each other love the way they want to be loved.

P.S, I'm single as hell. I never had a boyfriend a day in my life.

Aniisia- Any advice for new writers?

♡ Be yourself. Write books that you would read and that would interest you. Never compare your book's process to anyone's book because everyone have different ways of writing and everyone has different interests. Many people often compare the success of my book to their and it makes me a little mad sometimes. You'll never see progress if you keep dragging your abilities down and doubting your book. I'm where i am right now because I stopped comparing my book to everyone else's.
