It has been a day since the group escaped for Admiral remora territory. Everyone else had went back home to relax after yesterday's event. Tadayoshi was on the phones, chatting with the capn

Capn: are you sure, you don't me to-

Tadayoshi: it's fine, I don't need to go to the hospital, I'm not paying any medical bills

Capn: I can pay the-

Tadayoshi: you don't need to pay anything, so leave me alone capn

He hangs up the phone as he lays down on the couch and flicks through the tv to see if anything on

Tadayoshi: finally... I can have some alone time...

It wasn't long until he hears a knock on his door

Tadayoshi: "and I spoke too soon..."

He gets up from his and makes his way over to the door while giving a sigh. Tadayoshi opens the door to see Tracer standing there and giving him a smile.

Tracer: hey Tadayoshi

Tadayoshi: did you come here to annoy me or something?

Tracer: no....but I was wondering...

Tadayoshi noticed her being a bit nervous around him for once.

Tadayoshi: (hm... Tracer nervous?....that's odd...and illegal)

Tracer: do you want to go out...on a date with me today...

Tadayoshi: why should I?

Tracer: well...to be honest...I want to make up our date from before...since Alexa ruined it

Tracer felt relieve hearing his answer

Tadayoshi puts on his shoes then gets dragged out of the house by Tracer and the two began heading towards Inkopolis.

Tadayoshi: "welp...there goes my alone time"

The two began walking through Inkopolis with Tadayoshi sighing and scrolling on his phone while Tracer was looking around, trying to find something to do.

Tadayoshi: so what do you have in mind for this date?

Tracer: honestly... I don't know

Tadayoshi turned and gave Tracer a look of complete disappointment.

Tadayoshi: you asked me out on this date, but you didn't plan it out?

Tracer well, I didn't think you would say yes that easily, I thought you would just say no and leave

They both looked away for a bit without saying anything

Tadayoshi: fine, I probably wont need to wear the bandages for about 2 more days

She grabs his hand and begins pulling him

Tracer and Tadayoshi began strolling through the mall, trying to find something to do as Tadayoshi yawned in boredom.

Tracer: I heard animal crossing new horizons is coming out soon. We can go to the game store and check it out if u want?

Tadayoshi: sure

They make their way into the game store and look around for a while until something caught Tadayoshis eye

Tadayoshi picks up a VR headset

Tadayoshi: what's this

Worker: hey mister, do you want to try out our VR headset

Tadayoshi: a what?

Tracer: Tadayoshi, have you heard of a VR headset

Tadayoshi: no

Tracer: *sigh* it's a headset that makes you look like you're in the game

Tadayoshi: I see...

Worker: do you want to give it a try

Tadayoshi: I guess..

Worker: alright, go ahead and put it on

Tadayoshi slides on the headset and grabs the controller as he looks around

Tadayoshi: all I see is black

Tracer: he hasn't set up the game

Tadayoshi: oh...

Worker and here we go!

Tadayoshi then sees himself in front of a house

He finds himself opening the door with someone waiting for him

Marie: good morning darling

Marie: how was work?

Soon 3 answers appeared on the screen

He slides off the headset and turns at the worker

Tadayoshi: what game did you put in?

Worker: oh, the housewife Marie! You play as a husband of Marie and you chose your path are make Marie happy, and they have been flying off the shelves ever since

He hands back the headset and sees tracer waiting for her

Tadayoshi: yeah, where are going?

Tracer: there is a clothing store that I-

They exit out of the games story as they go to different stories, buying some clothings and other things for the next few hours.

Tadayoshi: did you get everything

Tracer: I sure did! But there is one more thing i want to go do

Tadayoshi: where is that?

She reaches over and grabs his hand

Tracer: follow me!

Tadayoshi and tracer both walked together to a lake that was in that park

She points at a some canoes that are near the porch

Tadayoshi: you wanted to go canoeing?

Tadayoshi: alright, lets get this over with

They walked over to the canoes and Tracer jumps in and gestures Tadayoshi to join her. He rolls his eyes and pushes the canoe then jumps in.

Tadayoshi: where exactly are we going

Tracer: just paddle anywhere

Tadayoshi: alright

He begins paddling around the lake as they were quiet for a while

Tadayoshi: you know....you changed a lot

Tracer: huh?

Tadayoshi: you heard me

Tracer: oh... is that so

Tadayoshi: well you use to be an annoying perverted woman-

Tracer: I only did that because I was hoping that you and I would just get together soon, so I don't have to get married by some rich guy

Tadayoshi: I know but you're just a normal Octoling

They ended up begin quiet again after a few moments went by

After they went around the lake a couple of times they put back the canoe and make their way out of the park

Tracer: I had fun with our date

Tadayoshi: glad to hear that

Tracer oh I almost forgot

Tracer reached into her pocket and tossed Tadayoshi something. Tadayoshi looked at her in confusion and caught the spoon then looked at it to read the words "begone thot" on it.

Tracer: I figured you'd want that back

Tadayoshi: yeah... thanks...

Tracer: oh and do you like the real me or did you like the perverted me?

Tadayoshi: new you... it's better

Tracer turns at him as she smiles

Tracer: well, I'll be a better girl for you if that makes you happy... I had fun today... see you tomorrow
