At Tadayoshi place, both him and Terrance were taking down Christmas decorations, Terrance was inside clearing everything and Tadayoshi was outside on the roof pulling the lights off

Christmas Day

Tadayoshi wakes up in his sleeping bag, which is surrounded by the girls, who were sleeping in their sleeping bags, to find some massive presents

Amelia: LOOK WHO'S TALKING!

Suddenly the door came burst opened to have capn cuttlefish and BeatBox in Santa clothing

BeatBox: MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU SEXY PEOPLE

Pearl: WHAT IS HAPPENING?!

Present-day

Tadayoshi: "and after all that mess, we ended up celebrating Christmas like usual..."

They soon arrive at the entrance to the octo canyon

They then dive in the drain and enter the canyon

The idols were at the octo canyons, they were playing super smash bros as capn cuttlefish was watching them

Capn: yeah, music was my thing when Octavio and I were a friend and fought in the war with some old friends

Marie: Actually, can maybe someday tell us, who was in the war with you

Capn: sure, anything for my grandkids

Capn: I say about maybe six, of course, they are alive except one... he died of age

Marina: Sorry to hear that

Capn: it's fine... he was a good fighter and a legend

Soon they hear the door open

Amelia: hey we made it

Marie: hey agents

Callie: did you guys brought food?

Amelia: no, Tadayoshi and my brother are doing that

Marina: you know why are we relying on them for everything?

Pearl: their men, they can handle it rina

Marie: they texted me, saying they might be late getting here

Soon they sat near the girl

Callie tackles Terrance and begins eating the food he was holding

Pearl: Hey! People want some too!

Tadayoshi sets them on the table

Marie: well since we're all here, let's get things started

Soon everyone begins playing games with each other, watched some movies until it was almost midnight

The gang had the tv on waiting for the count down to start

Bridgett: guys... where's Tadayoshi

They all begin looking around

Marina: You're right... where is he?

Capn: I saw him leaving outside

Suddenly they hear him coming in

Amelia: hey! Your gonna miss the-

He walks over and unplugs the tv

Pearl: what are you doing

He then picks up the tv and heads outside with it where everyone follows

Marina: what's the matter, you can't just take the tv

Bridgett: no! I got to see them drop!

As they were outside, he sets the tv on the table outside and plugs it back in

Tadayoshi: why not watch both the ball and the fireworks go off

Marie: well the, I never thought you would think of this

They all sat down as they watch he countdown slowly going to 0

Terrance: I wonder what's up ahead for 2020

Marina: maybe splatfest can come back

Tracer: tho I doubt that

Callie: I'm hoping this year will be great!

Pearl: yeah maybe I can finally release my own single

Marie: well, we will see what will come

Bridgett: 3, 2, 1...

Everyone: HAPPY NEW YEAR!

He thought for a moment

Tadayoshi: ... I don't know.... maybe something will change this year... just maybe...

Hello, everyone, I want to thank everyone for getting this far into the story, I had such an amazing time with you guys and want to look back on what we started

I first released this story around June and somehow became popular and you guys enjoy it and made lots of new friends thank you, and especially you guys @MissLoserLover, @derpydoge911, and @_MIST8K_, thank you guys for being there for me and showing me support

I created 2 arcs to the story the hometown war and rule 34 arc, I had such a fun time with them and also created some new characters this year for you guys to enjoy and love

And also we will never forget Alex, the inkling will never be forgotten, may she rest in piece

But I thank you all so much for reading and supporting me and this story, the next chapter will be released next week with a beginning of a story arc, so I hope you enjoy it and have a happy new year everyone!
