Tadayoshi took his pen off of his back, then handed it to Misty.

Misty:....wow.....fascinating...

Violet: *smiles* you're starting to sound more and more like Heather, Misty

Misty: I-I am?!....sheesh.....*sigh* staying cooped up in this lab all day is really getting to me.......I can't see how Heather used to do this 24/7

Violet: well make sure to go out and get some fresh air ok?

Misty: yeah, thanks Violet

Violet: no problem

Violet turned back to Tadayoshi and rubbed the back of her head, a little embarrassed.

Violet: yeah so uh....it looks like you're gonna be staying here longer than you thought

Tadayoshi: I just hope it's not forever...

Violet: why? *smirks* Do you hate me?

Tadayoshi:........*looks away*.....

Violet:......You asshole!!!

Tadayoshi:...*sigh*....I don't hate you.....you obviously know that

Violet: well it's kinda hard to tell...

Violet and Tadayoshi began to walk out the lab as Misty watched them go, then smiled at them.

Violet: ok so......candy or pastries?

Tadayoshi: I can't taste....remember?

Violet:....uh.......I'll make you taste!

Tadayoshi: what?

Violet: I don't knoooow! It's hard to start conversations with you

Tadayoshi was walking with his hands in his pockets and looking over at Violet, who had her head hanging down, a bit upset. He looked away from her while walking along with her, awkwardly.

Violet looked at him and saw him scratching the side of his face with his finger. The classic anime style.

Tadayoshi:......sometimes I see animals use their tails to pick up things.....ya know?

Violet:.....

Tadayoshi:....have you.....ever tried that?

Violet:.....*giggles* you suck at starting conversations

Tadayoshi sighed and looked at Violet.

Tadayoshi: I tried ok?

Violet: well i appreciate the effort.......and yes....

Tadayoshi:....

Violet: *smiles* i use it as a third hand at times

Tadayoshi:....must come in handy.....I still think it's a costume though

Violet: *sigh* it's not

Tadayoshi: anyway, where are we going?

Violet:....well do you wanna go to my dorm room?

Tadayoshi: *shrugs* i guess

The two walked down the long hallway and into an elevator, then Violet pressed a button and the doors closed.

*Elevator music starts*

Tadayoshi just sat there in silence as Violet began to slowly dance to the music.

Tadayoshi: why are you dancing to elevator music?

Violet: it's fun, C'mon dance with me

Tadayoshi: No

Violet: you're so mean...

The Elevator doors opened and the two walked down a long hallway of doors, doors, and more doors.

Tadayoshi: why are there so many doors?

Violet: other members man

Violet walked down the hallway until she reached a door that was purple, then smiled.

Violet: this one's mine

Violet opened the door and the two walked inside to a very clean room with a bed, nice TV, and a little desk with a notebook and pencil on it.

Violet: make yourself at home

Violet flopped on the bed and turned on the TV as Tadayoshi looked at the Notebook and pencil on the desk. He pulled out the chair, then sat on it, then began to write.

*On the Tv*

Inkling girl: I love you with all my heart!

Inkling boy: I love you too

The two cephalopods leaned In and were just about to kiss, but then a Octoling girl ran into the room and glared at them.

Octoling girl: Hold it!!

Inkling girl: *gasp* y-you?!

Octoling girl: get away from him! I love him more!

Inkling girl: why don't you make me?!

*off the Tv*

Violet: ooooh Cat fight

Violet looked over at Tadayoshi and saw him writing in her notebook. She stood up and walked over to him, then peeked over his shoulder.

Violet: what are ya writing?

Tadayoshi: notes and possible theories

Violet: about?

Tadayoshi: that key

Violet looked down at the book and sat Tadayoshi draw a mini stick figure of a inkling boy and it had a arrow pointing to it named Drake.

Violet: you don't know how to draw?

Tadayoshi:.....I've never put time into it

Violet smiled then grabbed the pencil from Tadayoshi. She leaned down over him and began to sketch.

Violet: let's see if my memory of Drake is right...

Tadayoshi watched Violet sketch out the head, then the ears, then the tentacles. He noticed how delicate her sketching was and he let out a tiny sigh.

Tadayoshi: you seem so calm....

Violet: hm?

Tadayoshi: you're never stressed....are you never upset?...or mad?

Violet: at times, yeah

Tadayoshi: that people consider you as a monster?

Violet:.....well ever since I've turned into this....I've just been.....living out my life...

Tadayoshi:....

Violet: and that's what you should do too

Violet put down the pencil and Tadayoshi saw the pretty nice picture sketch of Drakes head.

Tadayoshi:......Impressive

Violet: thanks, so what are your theories?

Tadayoshi: well I got the key from Drake so I'm guessing that he could have possibly made it himself

Violet: well that makes a bit of sense but I don't think Drake has the power to make a key like that

Tadayoshi: true...my second theory is he could have gotten the key from someone...

Violet: that makes more sense....but who?

Tadayoshi: *shrugs* I'm still trying to figure that out...because the capn wanted me to find that key....but I doubt he could have made it either

Violet looked out the window and saw that the sun was setting.

Violet: well we can figure it out tomorrow. Let's get some rest

Tadayoshi nodded and stood up from the desk, then Violet flopped on her bed and pointed towards the door.

Violet: there's a empty dorm room next to mine so you can use that

Tadayoshi: alright

Tadayoshi walked out of the dorm room and went into the room next to Violets to see only a bed and a Tv. Tadayoshi sat on the bed and turned on the Tv.

*On the Tv*

Octoling girl: oh what are we gonna do detective?!

Inkling boy: I don't know....but I promise you...we WILL crack this case

*Off the Tv*

Tadayoshi laid down after taking off his shoes and stared at the ceiling.

Tadayoshi: who did you get that key from Drake....
