"I'm leaving."

She looked at the team: Robin had an understanding look on his face, Miss Martian had a concerned look, Superboy had his grump face on as usual, Aqualad has his "leader face" on, and Wally, Wally looked indiffrent, and even looked a bit happy. It hurt her heart to see his reaction.

"You'll finally get a real archer," she spat bitterly at Wally. She saw regret flash(get it?) on his face, but quickly replaced it with a smug look.

"Finally, Red Arrow will finally come and replace you, you sorry archer."

Ouch.

When Red Arrow joined the team, everything was perfect. He was a great archer, and no fights happened. But then, it started to get worse, and he started acting impulsively and disobeying Aqualad's orders. The team, even Wally, began to hate him. They really missed and needed Artemis.

"Red Arrow, I'm sorry, but you are kicked off the team due to certain reasons." Batman announced.

"Fine. What a pity of a team you'll be now."

One team meeting

"We need to find Artemis." Aqualad announced.

"Right, Superboy, you go look for her," Wally commanded.

"No. Wally, you drove her off, go look for her." Aqualad said.

"Fine..."

Kid Flash ran through the dark streets of Gotham looking all over until he saw her.

"Artemis!!" He shouted, but she saw him and ran away.

"You know you can't run from me! I'm Kid Flash!!" He said boastfully.

5 hours

"Ok, ok I admit, you can run from me."

He finally found her sitting on a chair in a dark, dirty room.

The room only contained a bed, and a chair and table.

"Artemis, do you live here?"

"Why do you even care? Apparently Red Arrow is the perfect archer for your team."

"No, he's not, he's off the team. We need you, please comeback." Wally pleaded.

"Go away, Wally," She said sadly turning away from him.

"Besides, they couldn't care less about me."

"No! Miss Martian and Robin are worried sick. Superboy and Aqualad are so worried, which is so unlike them. And...
I care. Come back please."

Then, he gave her a bright smile and gave her the magical puppy dog eyes

Maybe, just maybe she would come back.
