After about 10 minutes we climbed out into a desert like area, where there was no cloud cover and the scorching sun was hovering over us,

However that was not my main concern as I looked at Venator who was trying to locate where in Extinction we were, I shouted at him "We left Lady Arachnid behind because of your idea! And now she's dead and Skullcrusher has gained control of Rockwell's chambers! What do you have to say for this huh? What will Spyro say, we may have also left Lord Kai to rot down there. And now we are lost in the middle of nowhere!"

Venatir looked at me and shouted back "Oh what was I thinking eh? You were the one who agreed, and you were the one who couldn't defeat Skullcrusher even when you had the advantage of being a superior hybrid! How is it my fault huh!" I than shouted at him "Well if we didn't take that stupid shortcut than maybe things would have gone differently and maybe Lady Arachnid would have survived!" To which he shouted back "She would have died even quicker!".

I than took a deep breath and said "Sorry for shouting man, let's just find the King titan and do our duty, and stop fighting each other". Venator also took several deep breaths before saying "Yeah man I'm sorry too, let's not fight again, after all friends gotta look out for each other right?". "Yeah I agree" I said

I than had another look around the area, it was a weird desert with large spikes of corruption, somewhere in the distance were some purplish weird corrupted triceratops that seemed to be marching away from us. And the sun was so freaking hot! I was already drenched in sweat and so was Venator. Truly this place was hell on earth.

Suddenly Venator turned towards me and said "Do you hear that?" I listened a little carefully, sure enough I heard what seemed like jet engines, I said "Yeah, it seems to be coming from above us".

Both me and Venator looked up at the sky just as 5 MEKs crash landed next to us, the force of their landing causing us to fall down.

These MEKs had a sword in one hand and 3 of them had literal blasters in the other. All of their weapons however were pointed at us. Next to me Venator got up and growled in warning at the creatures, I also got up and activated my face cannons.

There were 2 different kinds of MEKs here, 3 of them were scouts and the remaining 2, Elite Meks, they were all in a variety of colour and were surrounding us by forming a circle 6 meters away. One of them, maybe their leader, stepped forward and was the most beautiful MEK I had ever seen.

He was golden in colour with a little white around the edges, with a much bigger TEK sword than the other MEKs had, he had nothing in his other hand, he looked at me with what I assumed was anger on his face (as his real face was hidden behind a visor) and said in a male voice "You will have to do better than that of you want to evade the elite guard of Extinction! Scum of Skullcrusher".

I had heard of the elite guard, 6 MEKs that defended Extinction with their life though the sixth one was nowhere to be seen.

Behind me Venator said "We are not the soldiers of Skullcrusher, I am Venator, leader of Abberation and this is Spinebreaker the spinebreaker, the newest elite soldier of Lord Spyro's army"

The MEK chuckled and said "Like I'm supposed to believe you, we will take you and this hybrid of yours to Lord Aphopys and he will tell us the truth as he can dissolve all magical tricks or holograms".

The other elite MEK said "BS, we must be careful, they may want us to take them to Aphophys". The Leader, BS replied "He is literally bigger than the entirety of the ruins, these 2 can't kill or hurt him".

The other MEKs agreed, but I said "Hold on, we are not going to be taking orders from you guys, me and Venator are here on Lord Spyro's orders and won't stop until we fulfil them". On hearing this the other Elite MEK laughed and said "than you better listen to what we say dingus" this one was bluish whitish in colour and while BS was male, this one was female. BS said to her "D.7 be careful around them, I will be in the front with f4 and h7 and you be in the back with u1." Man these MEKs had weird names, but even I was smart enough to know these were code names. The other MEKs agreed and we started moving with Venator saying to me "Don't resist" and me replying "I wasn't planning on it".

We kept walking for what seemed like hours until we reachd a TEK city ruin, not just any ruin though, THE ruin, you see Extinction was once a Homo sapiens city which got destroyed and became ruins after the great catastrophe. This was apparently their capital city in the once mighty empire they had. It was so big that some of the buildings reached the sky, there were bridges and other stuff made from TEK now covered in vines and other plant life. It was a beauty to behold.

We walked through the city following a river until we reached the the back of the city which was a cliff overlooking more desert, the cliff was huge, more than 150 meters tall, below us was a river flowing with several corrupted creatures drinking from it.

Suddenly we started to hear stomping, the literal earth was shaking and ahead of us appeared the massive King titan, Lord Aphopys himself, to say he was tall and big was an understatement, he was easily 160 meters tall and even though we were on a cliff I still had to strain my head up to see him, I had read that he was about 206 meters wide which was even more terrifying, his entire body was covered in purple and black corruption which was technically an armour suit.

He came infront of us and looked at us, he was so big that all of us would have fit inside his eyeball.

He said in a booming voice which shaked the cliff we stood on "Who dares enter my domai–oh hello Smitty, how are you?" His voice instantly changed back to normal, Smitty (who was actually BS) said "Hello lord Aphophys, sorry for the interruption but we found some dinos claiming to be the messengers of Lord Spyro we were expecting, Lord Venator and Spinebreaker".

Aphophys bent down on one knee and looked closely at us, he than said "Yep that's them, you can stop pointing your guns at them". U1, F4 and H7 removes their guns, both D7 and Smitty looked relieved and annoyed, I guess they really wanted to kill us.

Venator said "Greetings Lord Aphopys, I would say long time no see but we just saw each other 2 days ago via hologram". Aphophys chuckled and said "True my friend, how are you? How is Abberation?" I said "Actually my lord we have some terrible news". Aphophys looked at me and said "Ah you must be Spinebreaker, I remember you, or at least your ancestors, they were really good at confusing me with their trick questions, what is this bad news you have?" I explained to him all that had happened from Spyro giving us the orders to Arachnid dying and us arriving here.

When I was done, Aphophys said "This is terrible, Arachnid, the poor thing, and Kai, so young and innocent, now probably dead. You must take the army quickly, I have been assembling the corrupted dinos and have amassed 2 million of them, Smitty, you and your elite warriors will be leading the army, I cannot teleport you so you must walk back, I will leave you to prepare for the journey, and Venator, don't worry, we will reclaim Abberation, and oh yeah Spinebreaker, don't forget that Frost wanted to meet you". And with that he got up and left, shaking the earth with every step.

Smitty waited until Aphophys was out of sight and said "Well, I am happy that you 2 are not demons or anything, it is a pleasure meeting you, I hope we can become friends even after the harsh introduction". Venator said "No problem man, just no more pointing your guns at us". I also said "Yeah, you gave us a fright coming out of nowhere like that".

B7 chuckled and said "Well now we don't have to hide our names anymore, I am Sarah". U1 said "I am Techno". H7 said "I'm Mercury" and H4 said "I'm Cherry".

I said "pleasure meeting you all, as you know, I'm Spinebreaker the spinebreaker and this is Venator". Next to me Venator said "Pleasure meeting you, I'm all for pleasantries but we should hurry, Spyro is counting on us."

Smitty said "Yeah you're right, okay I have an idea, how about me and Spinebreaker quickly go meet Frost and see what he has to say and you guys prepare the army for travel". Sarah said "That sounds like a great idea, do you guys agree?" All of us agreed and than I asked "Wait, Smitty, how will we get there that fast, isn't the Ice Sub-biome on the other corner of Extinction?".

Suddenly Smitty grabbed me by my sail and activated his rocket boosters, and we flew straight into the air while he kept screaming "Liiiiiiike thiiiiiiiiissss".

We reached the entrance to the biome in 5 minutes, standing outside the cave, I was already shivering due to the cold, however Smitty felt nothing due to natural resistance. He said "Okay this is the spot, we are going to enter and walk through, on the other side will be an Apex ice wyvern waiting for us and he will guide us towards Frost okay?"

I agreed and we entered the cave. The entrance was massive, at least 100 meters big and wide, for the ice titan, there were several corrupted wyverns standing guard but they let us in. We walked in and were immediately greeted by darkness, however Smitty activated his sword [like a light saber] and we could see a little, than after 5 minutes we were greeted by freezing winds and the beautifully snowy biome of the ice titan.

Around the biome the magic of the ice titan worked as a barrier to prevent the extreme heat of the extinct desert from ruining the enviroment, in the center the obelisk floated high with a beam of energy emerging from the ground, going through it and creating the barrier from the top, the obelisks were all around ARK and served as magic shields or weapons of mass destruction.

But whatever thing they were used for, you had to admit they were beautiful. There were four types of obelisks, the blue ones acted as protective barriers, the red ones as weapons of mass destruction and the green ones were used to help in food and water production. There was a purple one which was rumored to be able to summon the diety Chaos himself but it was destroyed by Spyro. The obelisks were made of pure obsidian with magic and Tartarus fire which never extinguishes.

We stopped next to a huge tree and Smitty said "He was supposed to meet us here...Where is the damn Wyvern". I said "Who are you talking abou–".

But I was interrupted by the flapping of wings and a majestic Apex Ice wyvern landing infront of me.

Now, even if Lightening wyverns are the strongest ones, the ice ones are the coolest (get it?) they looked cool and their ability was cool, they had an ice breath which could freeze enemies. And this one looked even better than the description.

He came up to us and said in a male voice which was as clear as water "Hello Smitty, long time no see, Ah and you must be Spinebreaker! I have heard all about you, the newest old hybrid, I'm Terrablade by the way, I'm king of the ice wyverns and lieutenant of the Ice titan". Terrablade, as the ice wyvern called himself, was about 4 meters taller than me, he could rip me to shreds with those teeth of his, even if I was made of metal. He was bluish whitish in colour with purple spikes on his face as neck that looked like a crown. In other words, he was majestic.

I said "Hello, umm, Terrablade (I straightened myself a little) as you know my name is Spinebreaker the spinebreaker and I am here because Frost the ice titan had something for me. Could you please lead us to him".

Behind me Smitty smirked and said "Your affect even works on hybrids, Terrablade". Terrablade himself chuckled and said "I guess even the strong have their weaknesses." I was extremely puzzled by this, I said "What ability, what do you 2 mean?" Terrablade looked at me and said "Most people don't know this but ice wyverns have an affect on other creatures that at first they may look at the ice wyvern as untouchable and majestic, but later after spending time with them, they become normal". So that's why I thought that he was majestic and beautiful and powerful and amazing and–I'm doing that again aren't I?

Anyways I said "So that's why I felt like that, that's a good ability especially to confuse your enemy".

Terrablade replied "Yeah you're right, Smitty why don't you return back to the army and I will take him to Frost, than I'll bring him back".

Smitty seemed reluctant at first but agreed and after saying goodbye, left us under that tree.

We than started to walk towards the obelisk. When we reached to the center of the obelisk Terrablade said "Now we wait". "Wait for whom?" I asked half confused.

But my question was answered 5 seconds later when a huge shadow came flying from the sky and landed in front of us. Causing snow to fly into my eyes and making everything go dark.
