It had been a week since Max had once again joined the Ghost crew. They had enjoyed the time - it was fun and they had many laughs......but the teen was beginning to once again miss her family back on Earth. She felt refreshed and ready to face the harsh reality of her life. It was time to return. The crew were all sat in the common room "do you have to go??" Anakin asked as he and the younger teen took their turn to embrace "yeah I do" she stated "like I said last time, I have a family back at home that need me". 

They all took turns to hug their favorite Earthling "but...what if you don't come back??" Sabine asked, worry laced within her voice; Max smiled at the artist "I promised last time that's you'd all see me again and I kept my word" she reminded "...trust me, I'll be back". They all smiled at the reassurance, trusting the girls words. Taking a step back, away from the group, Max took a deep breath as she began to think about her home "see you guys soon" she promised; the space family waved at the girl as she began to fade away "we'll never forget you" was the last thing the teenager girl heard.

Opening her eyes, Max noticed she was lay on her bed once again; she looked at the clock to see that no time had passed since she had left. All of a sudden, the teens phone began to ring in her pocket; she pulled it out to see that it was Kieran!! "Hey Max!!" the slightly older teen happily greeted - she could hear a multiple of other voices in the background also sending their own greetings "you coming into town?? Everyone's here and we all thought you'd want to join??" the offer made her friend smile brightly "hey, and yeah" she stated "give me twenty minutes and I'll be there". They arranged where to meet up before hanging up. 

Max threw on a change of clothes, grabbed her phone, wallet and keys before hurrying down the stairs to see her mother and sister sat in the living room "hey mum, can I go into town please??" she asked before being questioned on the who's, what's, where's, when's and how's. Within a few minutes, Max's mum shrugged and gave her permission "fine, just be back by have nine" Max didn't need to be told twice before she was taking off out of the house. She rushed down the road before jumping onto the bus with seconds to spare. Yeah....life was looking up.
