//Takes place after chapter 11of Son Of Black Widow

"My name is Peter Benjamin Parker Romanoff. I was adopted by Natasha Romanoff when i was a month old after my birth family had died in a plane crash and lived a pretty normal life,until i was bitten by a radioactive spider while on a field trip to Oscorp industries and soon after i found myself with spider like powers. I soon met the Avengers thanks to my mother having her avenger friend Tony Stark have be tested for my powers. I soon came up with this idea of wanting to be a hero and was given a highly enhanced spider stark suit by my mother and Tony Stark. Now i'm SPIDEY". A man on a lift cleaning the windows of a building was plumetting to the ground until a figure in a black Spider Man suit had caught him."And i totally just saved this guy!". "Hey! Where'd you come from?" The man said as the black suit spider man looked at him."Me? I'm from the city's beautifucation department. The mayor's trying to keep to the streets clear of sidewalk pizza during tourist season!".

Spidey then landed on the sidewalk and put the man down as people looked at him."Well i owe ya one, mister....say what do i call you?". Spidey scuffed at this as he looked at the man."What should you...? Look at my chest!" Spidey said as he pointed to the spider symbol on his chest."Big Spider! See the teardrop eye sites? I shoot webbing out of my hands! I crawl up walls! What do you think you call me?"."Uh...." people looked at Spidey confused as a little boy looked at Spidey's eyes before speaking innocently"....The Black Widow?". Spidey groaned in annoyence before jumping onto a nearby wall and climbed it as the man he had saved waved at him."Thanks again for saving my bacon,Mr.Black Widow!". Spidey kept climbing the wall as he rolled his eyes underneath the eyes of his mask."This is ridiculous. Ever since i switched to my awesome new black costume, Nobody recoginzes me! I've got to get the word out. I'm still the same friendly neighboorhood Spider Man!"

"Well Spidey actually....but still i'm the same ol' teen with spider powers! And now people are calling me by my mom's code name". Spidey climbed up to the rooftop of the building before shooting a web."Maybe i can take another spidey selfie? It probably help people recoginze me". He then begun to webswing around queens as he did flips around the air.

At Oscorp towers,Norman Osborn and Otto Octavius had stood in a damaged lab as scientists were on the floor injured."Pitiful...."Norman said coldly as he walked around the lab as Otto followed. The man saw claw marks on the wall and floor and sneered."Very pitiful. These fools couldn't contain the vermin" Otto said as he stopped and looked at a hole in the floor."Find it....and kill it" Norman said coldly before he walked away as Otto glared at scientists and spoke harshly."You heard him! Get your a$$es up and track that Vermin down and eliminate it!". The scientists nodded in fear as Otto smirked sinisterly

Meanwhile, Spidey websung around queens as people pointed at him."Oh right...your probably wonderimg why i'm wearing this black spidey costume. Well i got a phone call two days ago from a man Eddie Brock,the son of an old co worker of my birth father's who invited me to take a look at our fathers' legacy i took the oportunity and saw what my birth father had worked on last. The Symbiote. My birth father and Eddie's father worked on the symbiote to be a cure for cancer.I became bonded to the symbiote when i got into a fight with Black Cat after she attacked me and Eddie and stole the symbiote since she sell it. We thought it was gone for good until it made me a new stylish pair of duds. Now I'm rocking this new black Spider-Man look" Spidey dived down to the street as he fell fast as people pointed up to him before shoot he shot a web and webswung away yelling happily "Plus i feel so alive! I feel like i can take on the world". Spidey then landed in a alleyway near Midtown high as the black suit changed to civilain clothes as the mask peeled away to reveal Peter smirking happily."Plus i don't need to carrry around an extra set of clothes anymore" Peter then walked out of the alleyway smirking happily as the symbiote made a black leather jacket form around the teen."Now i'm looking cool" Peter said happily before walking into midtown high. Peter walked into the school where he saw Flash bullying Ned and growled as the jock pinned Ned to a locker and raised a fist to his face. "HEY FLASH!!" Peter said angrily as Flash and his gang looked at him amused as Flash let go of Ned."Leave Him alone!"."Or what Romanoff? You gonna have mommy come and yell at me?" Flash smirked as Peter chuckled a bit coldly as the teen's eyes turned a darker shade of brown for a split second."Like she would waist time yelling at an ignoramus like you Eugene"."Why you little!! I'm gonna kick your a$$!" Flash was about to charge at Peter,but stopped when he heard screams. The boys then saw students running away screaming as teachers ushered them out of the school as roar was heard. Flash and his gang each looked scared and ran away as a rat man like creature ran down the hallway.

"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!!?!!" Ned screamed terrified as Peter grabbed him the arm and pulled him out of the way as the creature ran into a locker and hissed."Vermin...."."There. He answered your question. It's name is Vermin".Peter said as he pulled Ned out of the school as the rat like creature roared."Okay Ny's myth about giant rats are so far real! First things first get Ned to safety and then fight the big rat dude". Peter managed to get Ned out of the school as the two teens were dragged into the crowd. Peter used this to his advantage as he snuck back into the school as the symbiote begun to form his black spidey suit."Probably this is my chance to get people to know that i am Spidey,not some ripoff". Vermin ran around the hallway breaking lockers and clawing at the wall."Hey Ugly!" Peter shouted as Vermin turned around and hissed at the teen before charging at him "If your mad about your pals being used in our science lab,then take up with the school board! Not the students!" Peter jumped over Vermin and grabbed the creature by the tail before throwing him into a wall. Vermin got back up and hissed."Kill...". Vermin then talked Peter to the ground and showed his fangs."YUCK! Someone needs a dentist appointment"."KILL!!"Vermin shouted as he was ready to bite Peter's neck,only for him to be kicked back into a wall."Two words....mouth wash" Peter jumped back to his feet as Vermin hissed at him before charging at him. Peter smirked underneath his mask as he pulled his fist back."That's it....come at me Speedy Gonzales". Vermin lunged at the teen only to be punched back with full force as Peter used all his spider strength causing Vermin to be sent flying out of the school and land face down knocked on the ground in front of the stundets as Peter walked out of the school and webbed Vermin up."Sorry about that folks. Just being your friendly neighborhood sp-"."Spider Man!". Peter turned around and saw Ned run up to him."My Friend Peter...i can't find him anywhere" Ned said worried."He's fine. In fact i see him over there...uh...bye" Peter then shot a web and webswung away as Police arrived. Peter landed in an alleyway and had the symbiote turn back into normal clothes. He then ran back into the crowd and up to Ned as the police arrested Vermin."Dude!" Ned said when he saw Peter."Where the hell were you? You missed spidey taking down that rat man". Peter smirked a bit."Oh...darn...well maybe next time i can see him fight"."Hopefully it won't be another giant rat".

Back at Oscorp tower,Norman had watched servalience footage of Peter's fight with Vermin and growled as his eyes flashed green."That damn spider.....i will end him soon" Norman said coldy as he smashed his desk into two."He will meet his end soon".
