I glare across the corridor at flash and y/n. He had his arm resting against the locker beside her. Y/n was laughing at something he had said. A few moments later y/n says something and then waves goodbye.

I whip my head around pretending I wasn't just staring at them.

"Hey, peter!" Y/n smiles at me

"Hey."

Her smile falters a little but it doesn't leave her face. "Are we still on for studying at yours?"

I nod. "Yeah, sure."

"Peter?," She furrows her eyebrows "is something wrong?"

I close my locker. "I have to get to science class." I walk past her and down the corridor.

All through science I see y/n staring at me out of the corner of my eye. She would occasionally whisper my name but to no avail.

When the bell rang signalling the end of the school day I packed up my things and quickly walked ahead of y/n. I shoved through the crowd of teenagers in a desperate attempt to get away from my girlfriend.

I walk through the park, still ignoring her.

"Peter!" Y/n calls "wait!"

I sigh and turn around "what, y/n?"

"Have I done something?" She says confused

I scoff "I don't know, why don't you ask your new pal, flash."

A sly smirk crawls onto her face "that's what this is about?"

I furrow my eyebrows.

"Peter Parker's jealous." She laughs "peter, you have no need to be jealous. Flash asked me to tutor him earlier, that's all."

"But what about the laughing and the closeness of it all?" I argue

"He said that he couldn't do Tuesdays because it's the only day he gets to actually have a proper meal at dinner time. I found it funny."

She steps closer to me.

"I love you, Parker. You and only you, remember that."

I smile slightly and close the gap between us, embracing her In a hug. She pulls away and her lips meet mine in a small kiss.

"I love you too, y/n." I tuck a strand of her y/h/c hair behind her ear. "And only you."
