PETERS POV

Yep, the day had been complete crap, especially compared to yesterday. The best thing that happened was learning that Ned had gotten a new Lego set, 3000 pieces total, even Mj had come over and spewed some facts on the topic.

Other than that though, everything was shit. Flash was back, and was compensating for the teasing that he missed, the teachers decided they hate us and piled us with WAY too much homework, and my pencil pouch was somehow stolen so I wasn't prepared for any of my classes. Basically, everything was against me. I also was itching to go out as spiderman.

"MR. PARKER" Mr. Huller yelled, trying too get my attention.

I shook my head of my random day dreams, the board has a complex equation on it, but while it looked difficult, it was pretty simple when you broke it down into parts, "Mr. Parker, since you feel it unnecessary to pay attention in my class, would you like to answer the question on the board"

"uhhhhhhhh.... Well" I stutter, flustered, "well the circumfrance of the circle is .0973 so if you take the mass of the cube, and translate it onto a 2D plain, you can find the area, which, if true, should match up to the area of the product of the circumfrance and value X, if the statement is true you can solve the rest by just substituting in value X and creating a scatter plot to find the line of best fit, and the slope of that line is your answer." (Oof sorry if that was weird, I'm not great at math, oh the troubles of writing a character who is smarter than you)

Mr. Huller looked at me incredulously, but cleared his throat and said, "very well, now please pay attention"

The rest of the class sucked, I was forced to pay attention, or else I would get in trouble, and all I wanted to do was get out of school and get into my spiderman suit. Finally the bell rung.

I sped out of the room, as to not let flash and his gang catch me, some how it worked. I ran through the streets and down an alleyway, homework can wait for later, right now I just needed to fly through the streets and feel the wind on my face.

Soon I was on the string of web flipping over the school I had just left, I saw Mj and Ned standing out front, they gave me a mock Salute as I swung away. It wasn't long before I heard a shot and went to help. That is how the night went, I stopped 7 muggings, 3 car thefts, 1 bank robbery, and 1 high speed chase. I was just about to call it a night, but that's when he decided to make his entrance.

TONY'S POV

After the meeting, I had left to do some research on this spider guy. I found some videos, blogs, and police reports, but nothing in any of them gave me a clue as to who he might be. I decided the best way to do this is just to confront him and see how he reacts.

All day I sat and watched the videos, trying to get a feel for his weaknesses, in case it comes to fighting, to my dismay, the villains he fights never get close enough to find a weakness. Maybe I would just try to be nice to him, if he cooperates from the beginning, than this should be easy.

PETERS POV
(Oof get ready, my first attempt at a fight scene is coming up(its probably terrible lol))

I heard it on the way back to the orphanidge, it was quiet but it was gradually getting louder. The sound soon became more distinct, it was thrusters, iron mans thrusters to be exact. My spider senses told me something was off, so I took refuge behind a air conditioner on a tall roof, it was impossible to outrun iron man.

The red and gold clad man soon landed on the roof, obviously knowing I was their. He looked around for a moment then set his gaze on the air conditioner, I still didn't come out. Maybe somehow he doesn't know I am here, maybe he is just admiring a nice air conditioner, I thought.

"You know I have a body heat scanner, right? You aren't fooling anyone." Nope, definitely knows its me I say to myself.

I step out from my hiding place. "Well?" I ask, if iron man wants me, that can't be good.

Iron man flips his mask up. "Hi. The names tony stark" Tony sticks out his hand and gives me his best press smile.

Ignoring the hand, I respond "yeah, I know who you are" yeah, I was being sassy but, truly, I was just panicking, What the FUCK is going on is all my brain is saying.

"Ok then," tony emphasizes the O.K. he looks at me, "come on dude, I have mine off take off yours" he gestures to his mask.

"Uh-uh not gonna happen tin-can, but nice try" I respond in a too cheery voice "What do you want"

"God, straight to the point then are we" Tony lets out an exasperated sigh "well, we -as in the avengers and I- have orders to bring you into shield, then you would become an avenger"

"And if I don't want to become an avenger" I shoot back

I see Tony contemplate that for a second, his face seemed to say, who doesn't want to become an avenger. "Well," he clears his throat, clearly expecting that I would have been thrilled to be an avenger, "well I'm afraid I'm still under orders, so you are at least going to have to come to shield with me"

"Yeah, about that" I sarcastically reply, "not gonna happen tin-can, I'm not just giving up my normal life because 'boss says so', besides, I have people to protect".

This isn't a complete lie, sure, every blood relative of mine is dead, but I've still got Ned, Mj, every child at the orphanidge, every kid at school who has any connection to me, they would all be in danger, even the kids I hate (*cough*flash*cough*) would be in danger.

Ned and Mj are family enough, it was something I learned after Aunt mays death. In fact, many nights, I didn't even go back to the orphanidge, instead I would go to Mj's, she is always willing to stitch up a knife wound or gunshot, she even has surprisingly gentle hands while poking the needle through my skin and repeatedly scolding me for getting into this kind of trouble.

Or maybe I would go to Ned's instead, especially after a particularly stressful day, I could go over there and build amazing contraptions out of legos, laughing the whole time, Ned always knew how to cheer me up, and Mrs. Leeds will always cook up some amazing food that beats the Ramen we eat at the orphanage by 1 million (I always leave some easy food and directions for daisy, the next oldest, she is 13, to cook for the rest).

And then, ever since the death, we have made a promise to meet up outside of school at least twice a week, these are always my favorite days, everything seems so perfect when we are together.

"Sorry, but you don't have a choice" tony told me with mock sadness in his voice "if it makes you feel any better, shield is the most secure place in the world, your information is safe"

I roll my eyes even though he can't see them, how did I know he would say that I thought sarcasticcally, "so was Hogwarts supposedly, and look what happened there"

"What?!" The man surrounded in iron asked, clearly not getting my reference.

I shook my head in shame, Who doesn't know harry potter. "Besides, its not like SHEILD hasnt been hacked before" I do it almost every week "no matter how low the risk is, I will never gamble on the people I love lives" I reply with a serious tone, thinking about Ned and Mj specifically.

"Listen spider-kid, you can just come with me and make everything 1 million times easier, or we can do things the hard way"

"First of all, it's spider-MAN. second, this spider has places he needs to be, so goodbye" I ran at the edge of the large building, but was cut short when my spidey senses stopped me just as a repulsed beam hit the spot right in front of me, "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME" I scream, enraged.

Iron man looked more serious now, not as joking, "I already told you, you need to come with me" he had his hand still out, bluish light coming from the repulser in the palm.

"Ok, I'm done with this" my annoyance from the day was coming back full force

I run once more, trying to escape without a fight, but get cut off once more by a beam of light. I turn to face him instead, his face plate had just clicked back onto his face. I webbed his repulsor, but he just raised his other arm and fired again, I flipped and jumped over top of him, making him turn around. He shoots again, I roll out of the way and web this repulsor too. Now he runs at me, trying to keep me on top of the building but I slip through his arms, quite litterally, and flip over the edge, by the time I look back, I see Tony following close behind. Knowing I can't out run a weapons suit, I make a run for the subway, once in I leap the train track to the other side. I take a shortcut that goes up into an abandoned building, I had learned about the passage way when I had been running from the cops and a pro-spider-man supporter came and showed me the small doorway near the tracks. Once in the building, I decided to wait a bit, to make sure that iron man had completely lost me.

After waiting about an hour, I deemed it safe enough to leave. I found my book bag and changed. My phone had 4 missed texts and 5 missed phone calls, all from Ned or Mj asking if I was alright, the one text from Mj included a picture of a news cast taking about a Spider-man Iron-man chase. I shot the same texts to both of them

Peter: meet tomorrow at Delmars. don't say anything at school about it, I don't want to raise susspicion.

Now that I was panicking as much, I chuckled.

Peter: boy have I got a story to tell you

A/N wheeew, theres another chapter for y'all, I was going to update my other story, but I can not force myself to write (if I do it is terrible writing) and I felt stronger towards this one at the moment, so expect the other one updated probably next week. (P.S. I kinda forced myself to write some of this so it may not be that great in parts)(P.S.S. this is my first time writing a fight scene, so please tell me how I did)
