The next day, Y/N woke up as she quickly got dressed and ran to school before bumping into Peter. Peter then turned around before helping Y/N up. "Sorry Peter! I didn't look where I was going and-" Y/N said sincerely before she was stopped by Peter who was laughing softly.

"It's fine," Peter said honestly as he smiled at Y/N. Y/N smiled back as the bell rang. She was trying to be careful since her leg was still in pain, but she was starting to managed so after waving Peter goodbye, she walked to her class, rather than running.

Peter watched Y/N as he started heading to his class. He watched the clock as he, surprisingly wanted the day to end.

He wanted to check on Y/N, and since he finished his assignment, he decided to text Y/N.

Peter_The_Cool_Kid: Hey Y/N! How are you feeling?

Y/N was working on her English assignment when she felt a vibration in her pocket.

Her teacher turned around, but went back to work as Y/N silently sighed in relief. She then took out her phone to see that Peter texted her.

"Come on, Pete!" she whisper-yelled to herself as she rolled her eyes at his username.

Y/N_The_One_Chick: Hey Peter! I'm doing well, and thanks for checking on me! Unfortunately, right now I'm in English class. You're most likely finished because you're well... Peter. I, on the other hand, am not, so could you text me later?

I send my response before realizing how long it was.

Y/N_The_One_Chick: Please? Oh, and thanks again!

"Miss Y/N?" her teacher asked sternly as Y/N sighed. "Detention?" she asked as her teacher nodded. "Detention," her teacher stated as Y/N facepalmed herself.

Of course... Now, she just hoped that Peter would somehow get detention, or she could leave and find clues about the newest hero in New York, Spiderman!

The choice was hers, and well, let's just say, that the second one would most likely happen. How? Find out in the next chapter!
