Okay, in this book, it’s going to be a little different. Peter is NOT an orphan. He lives with his Aunt May, and his best friend is Ned and MJ. MJ is not in this story though. Also, please read the bold A/N at the bottom. It's important.

Peter POV

I rush out of school as soon as the bell rings, desperate to avoid Flash and his friends. Normally I just take it, it's feels unfair to use my Spiderman abilities and my fast healing helps with the injuries. But today I had something to run for.

Bruce Banner's new book on gamma radiation is out, and I have to buy it. I know, I know, I'm a total fanboy. The nice thing about us is, as long as you don't insult another fandom, they'll accept pretty much anyone as long as you fangirl/fanboy over something, it doesn't matter what it is.

I burst into the bookstore and look hopefully at the owner, Charlie. He chuckled and pulled the book out from under the counter, grinning at my expression.

I snatched the book out of his hands, throwing a $20 bill onto the counter and dashing out the door.

"Thanks Charlie!" I yelled over my shoulder.

He grinned at me and waved.

I slowed as I reached the the sidewalk and immediately opened the book. I was so engrossed in reading a new theory that Dr. Banner had that I want paying attention to where I was going.

I crashed into some one and that someone exclaimed loudly.

I muttered an apology and looked up into the face of Tony Stark.

Okay… pleasedontkillme!!! I know a promised you a long and exciting chapter, but I really don't have any ideas on what to do. Comment ideas you have! Also, this book has become my to the side book. I am more focused on my other stories, so this story I will be updating whenever I have a chapter. Now, don't get me wrong. I am NOT giving up on this story, or putting it on hold. I am simply warning you that updates with not be frequent. I will try to update once a week or bi-weekly, the maximum will be once a month. Thanks for reading!
