The shadows of figures outside were being illuminated by the sunshine, casting onto the trailer's hardwood floor, hope igniting in your heart. You had recently been given absolutely amazing news, so you locked up your flat and rushed over to Tom's trailer on the set of Far From Home.

You had been waiting for what felt like forever, but in reality, it had been only fifteen minutes. During the time you spent sitting on the small couch and impatiently drumming your fingers on the nearby stack of magazines, you started to reminiscent on how your dreams ignited.

You had always had a small passion for writing songs and melodies that went along with meaningful paragraphs; and as time continued on, that passion got stronger and stronger. By the time you and Tom had started dating, you had a mere seven basic notebooks filled to the brim with ideas and words. Your first date with the actor was what really started your idea of putting your music out for the world to hear.

That moment after Tom had walked you to your apartment door was when you immediately shut the door and made a beeline for your little wooden desk awaiting you in your bedroom. Tempos, notes, and lyrics quickly bunched into one perfect masterpiece of yours, and this quickly lead to you sitting in front of a camera with a guitar in hand. You had posted the video with only a hope of a few people hearing your song, but in the morning you immediately called Tom with excitement in your voice. Two years later, you had the most exciting new/

The sound of Tom's voice nearing the trailer's door made your reminiscing come to a complete stop, feet bringing you to stand up. The handle twisted, sunshine entering the small room and revealing Tom with a smile on his face. As soon as he noticed your presence, his smile grew twice its size.

"y/n! I was just about to ring you, what's up?" He brought you into his arms, allowing the two of you to fall back onto the couch in comfort. You admired his Peter Parker look, but you could never confidently tell him so.

"Nothing much. Just thought I'd stop by and say hello to my love."

Tom let out a small laugh before speaking. "Sweetheart, we both know you're lying, but I'm too tired to question. As long as you're here, I'm set for life."

Your mind debated on telling him your exciting news, but you ultimately decided to keep quiet for the time being, just simply wanting a few moments of peace.  Tom adjusted his body, laying at your side and resting his head comfortably on your shoulder.

A few moments of silence passed by before Tom spoke up. "Could you possibly sing to me? I'm so tired!" A small yawn slipped past his lips.

You complied, humming a new melody that had been stuck in your head for days. It felt nice to finally rest for once, considering most of your week was filled with running errands and attending long-running meetings. However, your tasks could never compare to Tom's.

He was up late almost every night, and when he wasn't, he was usually sleeping in late on his days off. You didn't want to pry, but you had hardly gotten any time to spend with him, so it was comforting to know that he was still there for you.

In no time, the digital clock on the table read four o'clock. Tom's eyes were closed, his chest slowly rising, and his curls perfectly falling onto his forehead. On instinct, you started talking to him; something that you often did when he fell asleep and you had things to tell him about.

"I literally had no way to tell you this because I got the news today.. but I managed to score a few gigs, and then it kind of turned into a tour. So, that's awesome. Iー"

You almost screamed when Tom jumped up from your arms, a grin tugging at the corners of his lips. "What? No way! Y/n, that's amazing!"

A hand over your heart was not enough for you to recover from the scare, so you watched as he jumped around the trailer. However, in no time, were you doing the same.

"I'm so proud of you, I love you so much!"
