PARTY PLANNER PARKER !
IMAGINE !
o. YOU NEED PETER'S HELP WITH YOUR NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY . . .
━━ 🕸️ ━━
No intent of hanging around older people you didn't even know was in your system. Talking about your life every five minutes wasn't appealing in any way, shape or form. You had been planning to ask your father about your plans for a few days now, but school and duties around the house kept getting in the way.
"You're having, what, over two hundred people at yours? I only want to invite a few people over!" You whined, staring at the broken clock hung on the wall. Mentally noting to ask someone to replace the batteries, you watched as your father shook his head before taking off his glasses and tearing his gaze away from the illuminated computer screen. You were pretty sure he just used the glasses as an accessory nowadays.
He cleared his throat, "I just don't want a bunch of teenagers at my party. But because it's New Years and you've always spent it with me, I'll let you have a floor to have a party on. Just don't break anything, or your mom will kill me."
A grin broke out on your face as soon as you heard his accepting words. You enveloped him in a hug, appreciating how much he cared about you. Just recently, both you and your parents had started to go out without caring about your last name or the constant photos that were being taken. It was nice without having 'Stark' attached to you all the time.
"Thank you, seriously. You're the best," you started, grabbing your car keys off of the table and starting to head off to the party store. Only stopping at the door to reassure your plans for the future. "Movie night in a week?"
"You got it, kid!" Tony shouted back, giving you a wave before you skipped out into the hallway and out of sight.

Standing in front of the rack full of streamers and balloons was harder than you thought. A part of you wanted the decorations to match, but then again, someone was bound to spike the drinks; meaning no one would recall random decorations everywhere. It was a high school party, let anyone a New Years party at that.
Pulling out your phone, you started to text the only person who was reliable with party decorations. In your eyes, Peter Parker was the king of party planners.

"You should really lock your bedroom windows, you know."
Turning around, you were met with the eyes of Peter, who was tearing pieces of cobwebs out of his messy hair. You furrowed your eyebrows, wondering where he traveled to look like he just got out of the hunger games.
"I fell into a snow bank and then proceeded to run into an open sewer. Don't ask me why, it was the quickest way here from the other side of town." He explained, rushing his hand through his curls. You were about to ask why he didn't just use his suit, but quickly brushed the question aside.
You smiled and moved to the couch, grabbing the bag full of your decorations and dumping them all over the floor. Placing your hands on your hips, you watched as Peter started to get the sparkle in his eye. The exact sparkle that told everyone he had a few marvelous ideas.
"This is what we've all got to work with. I can always run back out if there's things we need. Tomorrow's New Years, so we only have today to get this thing setup."
Peter understandingly nodded, starting to grab things off of the floor. You were entirely thankful that you had someone like him in your life. However, you were confused as to where you two stood. Sometimes he'd be extremely flirty and then the next, he'd be the acting as if nothing happened. Maybe it was the stupid spider adrenaline.

You and Peter had been working so hard at trying to make your party perfect, and it took all night to do so. This, of course, lead to both of you staying up well past midnight and then managing to fall asleep at three in the morning.
Tony and Pepper both strolled into the living room to see you asleep on Peter's chest. You both were completely knocked out and they could tell that you spent all your energy on decorating considering you were both sprawled on the floor.
"This is the only guy I'll ever allow our daughter to date," Tony told Pepper, who had already taken about ten photos. She immediately sent them to May.
"How do you know they like each other through? Teens."
"Believe me, they talk about each other all the time."

author's note
should I make a part two to this? I feel like I could but I could also just leave it here and let you all suffer with wondering if the party actually succeeds. hmmm 🤔🤔
