- although you don't want to, your best friend peter somehow manages to convince you to study three days before

- you travel to the parkers' apartment, meeting a very happy May. you hadn't been given the opportunity to visit their apartment because of responsibilities  

- of course, peter isn't there, so you get the opportunity to catch up with may because she's the sweetest uwu

- when he does arrive, he has your favorite food in hand, apologizing a million times in one minute

- ❝ sorry I took so long, the line took forever and I-I'm so sorry I'm late I- ❞

- ❝ peter! it's okay, seriously. what better way to spend a night than with my favourite food and favourite person? ❞

- oh boy, peter swears if his heart could, it totally would have exploded

- May KNOWS that the two of you have a thing for each other, she's known from the start :,)

- you and peter travel to his room, where it looks more cleaner and organized than usual

- the night is filled with a lot of laughter and a slight bit of studying slipped in between

- when it's time for you to leave, you bid your goodbyes to both peter and may, making peter promise not to be late tomorrow

- after school is over, he rushes over to your apartment and ( for once ) beats you there

- there's only two days until exams, so you attempt to cram as much material into your brain as you can

- ❝ you know, these study dates are both beneficial and absolutely cute at the same time. ❞

- peter LITERALLY chokes on a fruit snack

- ❝ a, uh, a date? ❞

- ❝ well, yeah. I mean, if you want it to be.. ❞

- HIS LITTLE SMILE IS THE ABSOLUTE CUTEST IN THE WORLD YOU COULD LITERALLY JUST DIE

- ❝ yes! a date. a cute, perfect date with y/n. not like I'm screaming on the inside or anything! ❞

- peter gets super embarrassed because he realized he said the last part out loud

- you attempt to tell him that it's okay, but he simply can't stop thinking about it sksk

- this mans apologizes like a million times lol

- when thursday afternoon rolls around and you've finished your first day of exams, peter is waiting for you at your locker, flowers in hand and his cute little smile on his face uwu

- of course ❝ these are an 'I'm sorry I was so awkward, I just like you a lot' gift ❞

- someone call the police because he just stole your heart ( well he did from the beginning, but still )

- this time he actually asks you on a proper date after exams are over uwu

- when school is finally let out on Friday, Peter's there. At your locker. Waiting for you.

- geez what a cutie

- he ends up taking you to a cute little food place as you both wait for your grades to be posted

- the two of you end up talking for a few hours, literally until the place closes, and you two totally forget about your grades

- peter offers to walk you home because the streets can get pretty eerie at times, ofc this mans knows

- listen. this dude is crazy cute. he'll attempt to point out the constellations while walking

- he'll manage to bump into people, walls, and other things on the sidewalk

- he's the embodiment of（っ＾▿＾）♡

- when you get to your apartment door, you finally remember to look at your grades

- of course peter does well on his exams, he's peter :))

- you take a peek at your phone and legitimately leap into his arms

- without peter's encouragement and forcing you to study early ( lmao ) you probably wouldn't have done as well as you did ngl
