*sensory overload*
Peter Parker had a massive headache pounding away at his sanity. Peter also had bruises littered across his body from Flash. But worst of all, Peter was having a sensory overload, and a big one at that.
He could see every tiny scratch the elevator had endured. He could smell the food from all the way down the street. Peter could feel every atom in the air. But Peter could hear the Avengers shouting, and his ears were about to give up on listening.
The elevator opened and the sounds hit Peter like a truck. His headache pounded on whatever Peter had left in his head, his bruises flared in protest to the movements, and his ears even started to drip blood.
"Shut up!" Peter yelled wincing at how loud he heard himself. Tears came from his eyes, which pained him more, and blood dripped out of his ears. Peter sat down his backpack and went to grab an ice pack for his wounds. The Avengers just watched Peter quietly, not understanding what was going on with him.
Peter walked down the hall to the Hulk room because it was quiet and calming. The Avengers looked at each other before Tony asked FRIDAY. "What's going on with Peter? Where did he go?"
"It appears Mister Parker was having a sensory overload. In addition, I believe this "Flash" character Peter tells me not to tell you about has beaten up Peter once again," FRIDAY responded. "This is the fourth one this week and Mister Peter was advised by me to go to the Hulk room."
The Avengers made their way to the one way glass that looked into the Hulk room. Peter was laying in the middle of the floor with his eyes closed. The Avengers watched his breathing go from frantic to normal.
After a while, Peter got up and left the room, ignoring the Avengers. Peter stumbled into the kitchen, where Peter got the first aid kit. He wrapped up his wounds, making the Avengers worry about how good he was at doing it.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Natasha whispered stepping closer to Peter who just sighed.
"Because their my sensory overloads. One day I'll have to take care of them on my own, so why get in a habit of depending on others? They all leave anyways," Peter sighed again as he explained.
"Tell us next time. Now, how about we go into the lab?" Tony offered sounding worried.
Peter nodded and the two went to the lab. The other Avengers agreed that they should be more quiet when Peter gets home and beat up someone by the name of Eugene.
