Spider-Man sat at the edge of the soaring sky scraper watching the moonlight turn the snowflakes silver. Spider-Man shivered at the cold, but otherwise he didn't mind it.
Spider-Man sighed as he slumped himself against the gargoyle that normally creeped him out. But no one, not even the gargoyle, should spend Christmas Eve alone.
"Sir, Tony would like to know why you are in the suit out pass curfew," KAREN said. Peter realised that KAREN shouldn't be alone either.
"Tell Mr. Stark that no one should be alone for Christmas Eve. Not this gargoyle and not you. Plus, what else am I supposed to do except wait for the sunrise?" Peter sighed through the mask letting it warm him up a little bit.
KAREN didn't respond, instead going silent. Peter looked through his mask to watch a few civilians come out of a coffee shop laughing. The teens spun around in the snow before running off, their laughter making music in the silent night.
"Kid, no one should be alone on Christmas Eve," Peter heard Tony say. But when Spider-Man looked over he saw all the Avengers with various items. Tony put a blanket on Peter and they spent Christmas Eve together, instead of cooped up in their rooms. Now, it was the Avenger's laughs that made the silent night a little more bearable.
