In this they were smart adults and talked about the accords and Bucky.

Peter's POV

Flashback-three years ago

Tony handed me a packet of paper, I looked around and saw Aunt May, Pepper, and Mr.Stark all standing, waiting for me to look at the papers, I looked at the packet confused. It was white with words in bold. The ones that stood out to me the most were Adoption Papers. I started to cry not realizing it in time to stop myself. I started to read more of the papers. Anthony Edward Stark. I looked up to look at Mr. Stark, I saw him smiling and nod. I looked back down and saw his signature. The next thing I noticed was another name, Pepper Pots, written down with Mr.Stark's name along with her signature. I read a little farther in to see my name, Peter Parker-Stark. I really started to cry. I saw a line with a X to mark where I needed to sign. I nodded my head to tell Mr.Stark I wanted him to adopt me too. 

Present

That was three years ago, now I have met the Avengers, and I am Spider man. Though the only people who know of this was Dad, Mom, Aunt May, and Ned. I walked out into the living room to see Capsicle, a nickname I had got into the habit of calling Steve because of my Dad, and Dad arguing.

"Hey, whats going on?" I asked Nat who was with Clint trying to stop Dad from summoning his suit. "Tony and Cap were talking about you then Steve said that he wanted to adopt you. Tony said that he can't so Steve asked why. Tony said it was because he already adopted you. Is this true Pete?" Clint asked me. "Yeah. He adopted me three years ago. We had a party to celebrate." Nat had that look when you fail a test, it was weird. "How didn't I know? I know everything." She whispered to herself, I didn't say anything not wanting to upset her more. No one was meant to hear it, but because of my hearing I heard it just fine. All of a sudden, I heard my Dad fall to the ground. I ran to him and saw that his nose was bleeding. I looked at Cap who is clearly still in his stance from punching my Dad. "Why did you hit my Dad?" I asked trying to keep my voice calm. "None of your business!" He snapped looking away, acting like a toddler. "I think it is." I yell back glaring. I go to get up to fight Capsicle but I hear my Dad say something in a whisper tone. "Don't Pete. Okay just forget about it. Don't stoop to his level." I took a deep breathe, so I didn't go after him, and I just helped my Dad up and went to his room.

Two weeks later

The Avengers were on two teams. One team was Iron Man, Black Widow, War Machine, Vision, Black Panther, and Spider Man. The other team was Captain America,  White Wolf, Scarlet Witch, and Ant Man. Everyone on Iron Man's side looked for Falcon and Hawk Eye for they were not with the other group. Captain America was now talking to someone on the comms then it started, Team Cap making the first move.
