This is an idea I got from reading one of @Lilbabyspooder s oneshots.

Mr. Stark walks into the principles office behind him is Steve and Bucky. "Oh I'm screwed." Peter said under his breath. "Mr. Stark thank you for coming." Mr. Carldal said. "Why am I here?" Tony said. "Peter here got into a fight." Mr. Carldal said. "Pete." Steve said. "Do you know with who?" Bucky asked. "Yes. Eugene Thompson. He is a perfect student. While Peter here has a repetation and not a good one." Mr. Carldal said. "Sure. A few detentions and suddenly your a devil child." Peter said annoyed. "I am not saying that." The principal said. "Did you know that Flash, or Eugene, was bullying me. The only reason the fight started was because he said if me girlfriend didn't shut up about her home work that he'll make her shut up. So yeah I punched him." Peter said clearly annoyed. "Mr. Parker that is not what happened. Eugene came to me with a broken nose saying how you just punched him and you come in here just fine. You are suspended for a week and suspended from Decathlon Team for two weeks after you get back. Flash will take your place." Mr. Carldal said. Peter got up and stormed out of the room. He found Flash outside smiling. Unknown the principal was in the door way. "Tried getting me in trouble huh. Well doesn't work. The teachers don't care if I bully you and the principal won't believe an orphan freak whose parents killed themselves to get away from him. You will never learn you are a useless, loser whose parents never loved him. Whose uncle got himself killed to get away from you. Whose aunt killed herself you get away from you." He was cut off by Peter punching him again. This time he didn't hold back. Flash scoffed and got up and punched Peter back. "You." Punch. "Should." Punch. "Of." Kick. "Not." Kick. "Done that." Punch. Peter just punched him again but with very little strength left mentally he felt he had very little strength physically. "Told you. You will never learn." Flash said while smiling. "Mr. Thompson. My office now!" Mr. Carldal said in a stern voice. "Peter. I am so sorry. Here let me help you up." Mr. Carldal said. Once they got into the office Mr. Stark saw that Peter was in worse shape than Flash this time. "Who started it?" Mr. Carldal asked. "Peter Parker. He just came out and punched me." Flash said. "Wrong I was in the doorway when he came out. I should of intervened when the first hit came. But Eugene you started it by provoking him. Peter does this happen everyday?" The principal finished. "Yes it does. But it more recently became physical." Peter said. Tony, Steve, and Bucky looked at him with sad looks. Peter shook his head. "Why didn't you tell anyone?" The principal asked. "Oh I tried, but because the teachers think I am a liar, thanks so much Flash, nothing is ever done." Peter said. "Well I believe you so if he does it again after two months suspension. Just tell me. Ok?" The principal said. "Ok." Peter said. "You guys can go now. Mr. Thompson has to stay here until his parents come." Mr. Caldal said. "Ok thanks." Tony said. They all got up and left the the room. "Hey Punk. Does this sound familiar?" Bucky asks. "Yes Jerk." Steve said. "What sound familiar?" Tony asked. "Oh. In the fourties Stevie here even though he was skin and bone and way smaller than me he would get himself into fights. Pete here is similar." Bucky said with a smile. "Uh. I don't always get into fights just the ones who deserve it." Peter said. "That's exactly what I used to say kid." Steve said. "I don't. Tonyy help me." Peter whined. "He is just like how you were Stevie." Bucky teased. Peter just walked away and out of the school. "Yep just like you." Bucky said. "DNA test?" Tony joked. "Sure." Steve said. "I was joking but ok." Tony said.
