This is based on an interview with Anthony Mackie I found on YouTube.

Peter and Ned decided to go to a party at Flash's house. MJ tagged along to keep her to losers in check.

Peter walks up to Ned. "Help me. I'm being chased." Peter whispered. "Who is chasing you Pete?" Ned asked concerned. Peter looks around paranoid then says while pointing at a bush,"That." Ned sees what he is pointing at and looks at his friend scared. "Are you high?" Ned asked. "Me. High? You're joking. I would never." Peter says "Ok. What do you see over there?" Ned asked while pointing at an empty field. "A moose." Peter says then runs away. "Peter. Pete. Get back here." Ned yells running after him. Ned pulls out his phone and calls Tony.

With Tony

Tony grabs his screwdriver and heads back over to Mark 42. He starts to take off the arm to look at the air gasket when his phone rings. "FRIDAY who is calling?" Tony asks his AI. "It appears to be Ned Leeds sir." FRIDAY said."Answer." Tony says. FRIDAY doesn't respond but the line picks up. "Mr.Stark. I need you to come pick up Peter." Ned says clearly annoyed. "Why? What's wrong?" Tony asked while dropping his screw driver. "Nothin'. He's just high." Ned said a bit to casually. "High? What do you mean he is high?" Tony asked. 'What the hell has he gotten his self into?' Tony thought. "Oh yeah. We decided to go to a party and Flash must've laced the candy he gave Peter." Ned said again a bit to casually.  'How often does this happen?' Tony thought. "Ok. What is Peter doing right now?" Tony asked. "He is running from a moose." Ned said trying not to laugh. "What moose? I thought you were at a party." Tony said. "Oh we are. See I told him to look out into an open field and he thought he saw a moose that wasn't there." Ned said. "Ok? Where are you?" Tony asked. "Pick us up at the school parking lot he lives down the the street." Ned said then hung up. 'Ok. This is going to be interesting.'

Time skip

Tony pulls up to the side walk to see Ned and Peter on the ground with Peter laying down laughing. Tony rolls down the window. "Hey Ted. What so funny Pete?" Tony says through the window. "Hey. Oh he is laughing because apparently he saw a bug dance in the sky." Ned said. Tony just looks at Peter confused. "Hey Ted can you get him into the car?" Tony asks as he opens the side door. "Sure thing. Come on Pete. There's another bug dancing in the car wanna see it?" Ned asks. 'Wow this guy has had to deal with Peter like this a lot to know what to do. I need to talk to Pete.' Tony thought. "Yeah I do." Peter says while jumping up. Peter stumbles backwards but doesn't fall. He then gets into the car and falls asleep. Ned looks at Peter and then at Tony. "He must've warn his self out running from an imaginary moose." Ned said. Tony just snorted and closed the door. "Do do you need a ride?" "No. My mom is gonna pick me and MJ up." Ned said. "MJ is here?" Tony asked. "Yeah. She said she is gonna come to make sure her losers don't get into to much trouble." Ned said while laughing. "Well I don't think that worked." Tony said while gesturing to Peter. "Yeah. Well I don't even know if she is still here." Ned said then walked away. "Thanks Mr.Stark." Ned said then sprinted back to the party.

When they got back to the tower Peter woke up and started to laugh. 'Welp he is still high.' Tony thought. He got out and helped Peter out. They got up to the commons room and found all the Avengers in there sitting on the couch apart from Tony who was standing next to Peter. "Hey guys." Peter said still giggling. "Hey Pete. What's wrong with you? Why are you so giggly?" Clint asked. "Oh. Nothin. I don't know. Oh don't pet a moose. It will attack you." Peter said now very serious. "Is he high?" Nat asked Tony. "Yep." Tony said popping the 'p'. Steve looked at Peter then got up. "Pete. Why are you high?" Steve asked. "Oh. I don't know. I just ate some candy." Peter said. "Flash?" Nat asked. "Yep." Tony said popping the 'p' again. Peter than started to scream. "What?" Clint asked. "Oh nothing. Just that wall just said it was going to kill me." Peter said then ran and jumped on the couch and passed out.
"Blackmail?" Nat asked. "Blackmail." They all said to reply. They made sure Peter would never live this down.
