Peter wakes up with a pounding headache. "Ugh." He sits up than hunches over holding his stomach. He got a sharp pain from his stomach. He than starts to get really dizzy his vision starts to get blurry. He feels like he is going to get sick and runs to the bathroom. "Mr. Parker, you appear to have a headache and a fever of 102.9. I am going to notify boss." "No don't.." He is cut off with gagging. "Sorry mini boss I have already notified Boss." "Dang it." He gets up and goes to wash his face. He heads out to his bedroom grabs some clothes and gets changed. He grabbed a black t-shirt and black sweatpants. He heads out into the commons room to see a group of worried Avengers. "Hey Pete. You ok? FRIDAY said you were running a fever." Tony said concerned. "Yeah. Just a migraine I'll be fine in a few." Peter said. "Ok. Just let us know if you start to get worse. Ok Pete?" Bruce said to him knowing how Peter is. Every time Peter gets injured he has to literally sedate him just so he can check it without Peter making a big deal out of it saying he's fine and he doesn't need help.

Peter starts to sway as he gets out of the elevator. "No not again." Peter said. He runs  to the bathroom. Right after he heads into the bathroom he pukes. Barely making it to the toilet.

Tony is in his lab working on a new update to Nats widow bites. "Boss. Peter appears to be in the bathroom. He is in distress with a 103.5 fever." FRIDAY announced through the lab. "Shit. Peter." Tony said while exiting the lab. He ran by the med bay to have Bruce get it ready. Bruce started to get it ready. Tony runs to the bathroom Peter was in and outside the door he heard gagging and coughing. He knocks on the door than comes in. "Hey buddy." He says before rubbing Peters back. When he finishes Tony helps him up. "Ya fell better?" He asked. "No not really." Peter says. "Come on." Tony says while leading Peter out of the bathroom. Peter starts to wobble and than sway. Slowly Peter's vision starts to get really blurry. He than falls. Right when he falls Bucky, Clint, and Sam were walking down the hall. "OH MY GOD PETER!" Bucky and Tony yelled at the same time. "Pete. Hey Pete. Come on buddy." Tony says while patting Peters cheek. Peter starts to open his eyes. Tony lifts Peter up bridal style and carries him into the med bay.
"Bruce!" Clint yelled. Bruce turned around to see a fatigue Peter. "What happened? I thought he said it was just a headache." Bruce said. "He lied I guess." Sam said. Bucky elbowed him. "What? Its true." Sam said. Bruce shook his head. "Put him on the bed. I'll check him out. He probably just passed out from lack of food." Bruce said. Tony put Peter on the bed. Bruce took his blood pressure which was low. He took his temperature which was now 104.6. He than took some blood. He went off to examine the blood. He came back 25 minutes later. "Turns out he has a flu like sickness. Sense he is now 50% spider it is affecting him differently." Bruce said. "Wait. He actually is a Spider-Man. I thought it was just a name he called him self like Tony does with Iron-Man." Sam said. Clint and Tony rolled their eyes. "Yeah. Turns out when the spider bit him it blended with his DNA. So if he was to take a DNA test it would turn out half spider half human." Bruce explained more making sure not to use big words the three non-genius wouldn't understand. "He should be fine in two to three weeks. I'll keep him in here for the first week. He than can go into his room the second and if it takes three weeks than he has to come in here for the third week to make sure it goes away." Bruce said. He wanted to make sure it won't affect his DNA or powers in any way. "Oh I will also give him a IV for the first few days so he stays hydrated. Also I need Cap to see what kind of meds he can take so I know what kind I can give Peter." Bruce finished before giving Peter the IV. Peter started to squirm in his sleep while Bruce started to wipe the skin. "Hey Tony. I know your not gonna like this but I need you and Bucky to hold him down. Bucky hold his shoulders and Tony stay by him so I can do this." Bruce finished. Tony did as he said. He sat next to Peters head so he could see him. Right when Bucky grabbed his shoulders he woke up. "Dad? What's going on?" Peter asked. "Oh nothing. We just need to give you an IV. Ok. You need to stay very still. Bucky is gonna hold your shoulders so when Bruce starts it you accidentally hit him. Ok?" Tony said. Peter nodded and closed his eyes. Because of how sensitive he his right now when Bruce started he started to cry. It hurt Tony to watch this but Peter needed it. When Bruce was done Peter started to get drowsy from the pain meds Bruce gave him.

Peter spent two weeks in the med bay because he couldn't stay hydrated. But after that he got better.
