This is a idea I got from @BookwormCat19 s oneshot Spider. Hope you guys like it.

Peter has extreme anxiety when it comes to spiders. None of the Avengers know because he thought it made him weak. He was terrified of them ever since the bite.

Peter walks out of the elevator to see Scott holding a Spider in his hand. Peter tried to ignore it but kept sending side glances. When it started to crawl out of Scott's hands he couldn't take his eyes off of it. It crawled onto the couch he was sitting on. Peter started to breath really heavy. Once the spider got onto him he started to hyperventilate. The Avengers got confused but Tony got the spider off of him. "Breath. Peter you've got to breath. Ok deep breaths. Follow me okay." Tony instructed while holding Peter's hand. He started to take exaggerated deep breaths. Once Peter got his breathing under control he just looked down at the spider. "Pete. Wanna tell me what happened?" Tony asked. Peter shook his head. "The spider it triggered something what was it?" Bucky asked knowing how it feels. "Um.. When I got my powers it was from a Radioactive Spider. It bit the back of my neck that's why there's a scar right there. Uh.. when it bit me it basically killed me. I spent that whole day in so much pain. It literally felt like my body was on fire and my vision became so blurry once that happened I passed out from all the pain. When I woke up I could stick to walls and I broke to door, sink, and wall. That was kinda hard to explain." Peter said. All of the Avengers that had powers understood how scary it can be. "Peter why didn't you say something?" Tony asked. "I don't know. I was just always told that fears make you weak. I don't remember by who. I just guess it always stuck with me." Peter said looking down. "Peter can you come with me and Bruce?" Bucky asked. "Are you adopted?" Bucky asked. "How-how did you know?" Peter asked. "Can you lift up the bottom of your shirt?" Bruce asked. So Peter did and Bucky spotted something he didn't want to. "Bruce can you scan this right here?" Bucky asked. He nodded and scan Peter's left hip. "Ok you guys can go back into the room I'm gonna look at this." Bruce said. Bucky and Peter walked back into the room. Peter looked sad but scared. "Peter what's wrong?" Tony asked. "Nothing. Just a little worried." Peter answered while looking at the doorway. "Dr. Banner would like to talk to you Peter." FRIDAY said. "Dang it. It found it." Peter said then walked into the lab very scared of what his reaction will be. "You were taken by HYDRA at the age of 2 and was put into an orphanage at the age of three. Does Tony know?" Bruce said. Peter shook his head. "You need to tell him. Ok?" Bruce said. "Ok. Let's do it then. Might as well tell all of them then." Peter said. Peter and Bruce walked out into the commons room with dreadful looks on their faces. Bucky got up and looked over at Bruce and he nodded. Bucky put his head down and shook it. "Poor kid." Bucky said then sat down. "Peter has something he needs to tell you guys Bucky will help me if he can." Bruce said then sat down. Peter sat down then started. "Well turns out I am adopted. I knew this but what happened before I didn't. When I was two I was taken by HYDRA. They put me into a orphanage when I was three. I was then adopted out of there by my parents." Peter said. "Why did they take you?" Tony asked. "Bruce did a full scan and turns out I have the X-gene so that is why the spider bite didn't kill me. They activated my Gene because it was dormant then once they figured out how to do that they got rid of me." Peter said. "What was your mutation?" Tony asked. "I don't know? I never found out. Maybe you guys can help me find out." Peter said. "I can call X but I daught it." Nat said. "Whose X?" Tony asked. "It's a mutant Deadpool is how I got in contact with him." Nat said. "Ok fine." Peter said.

Two weeks later

Peter walks out into the commons to see a man in a wheel chair. "Peter, this is Charles Xavier, or as I call him X." Nat said. "Hello Peter." He said. "Hi." Peter said kinda sheepishly. "If it's ok I'm going to get into your mind to see what kind of mutation you have ok?" Charles said. Peter nods. He then gets into his mind to try and search but can't find anything. "Ok do you guys have someone like me. But if I recall correctly she can see memories I can with her permission read her mind while she gets into yours." Charles said. Nat nodded. "FRIDAY can you tell Wanda we need her in the commons room." Nat said. "She said she'll be down in a minute." FRIDAY said. "Stark's AI." Nat explained. Charles nodded to show he understood. When Wanda walked in Charles explained everything to her. She agreed and told Nat to stand next to Peter cause he is going to hate this. Peter knew why she said that. She opened her mind to Nat, Charles, and Peter. She then got into Peters mind. "Ok Pete deep breath." Wanda said. The minute he took a deep breath she began her search.
Peter was two. He was sitting in a metal chair. They then put a needle in his arm the syringe it was attached to had a bluish green tent liquid in it. Then the substance was injected. Peter started to thrash around it was working. But the pain was unbearable. After ten minutes he passes out.

Peter was in the same room but this time they were going to see what his mutation was. They took some of his blood. It didn't look normal it was a bit darker. They gasped. Once they came back they talked but not to him. His blood and cells can adapt to any thing so if...

Peter gasped. "Oh my God. That's why the bite didn't kill me. It would of if they didn't activate the Gene." Peter said. "Don't you dare be grateful towards them. They could've killed you if you didn't have the Gene." Nat said. "FRIDAY get Bucky quick." Wanda said. Knowing how feeling grateful can affect your mind. "Yes?" Bucky said. "Wanda?" Nat said. "Until the memories wear off get him in a cell. I don't know what he'll do. He is feeling grateful towards HYDRA because the Gene is what caused his to survive the bite." Wanda said. "What? Peter don't fight me on this ok. I don't want to hurt you I will call Steve if I have to. Until the memories fade you have to come with me. I'll call Shuri once we have him contained." Bucky said. Peter got up and flipped Bucky. "No! I won't get in a cell! They saved me!" Peter yelled. "Steve!" Bucky yelled. Steve came running in and got Peter off of him. "Don't let go of him." Bucky said then got the cuffs they keep in case Wanda or Bucky loose control. "Hold out his hands." Bucky said. Steve got ahold of his hands and held them forwards. "Until the memories fade he has to stay in a cell." Bucky said.

Bucky and Steve walked back into the commons room to see all of the Avengers in there. Charles was gone. "Don't worry we explained who HYDRA was and why Peter can't react like that. They don't know where he is or why so prepare for.bad reactions." Nat explained. "Ok. Well first don't get mad at us or him. It wasn't anyone's fault. But... Peter is in a cell." Steve said. "Why!?" Tony asked. "Because Wanda has to access his memories from when he was with HYDRA and he feels grateful towards them. Not Nat and Wanda you know who." Bucky explained. "Wanda thinks it's just memories messing with his mind but we need to keep him in there until he remembers what they did. Tony they tortured him even though he was two. They activated his Gene with a sirum. It was bluish green." Nat said. "That's the color of the super soldier sirum." Steve and Bucky said at the same time. "What!?" Everyone said. "Bruce what kind of mutations does he have. If he has the sirum in him that combines with the spider bite. What all happened to him?" Steve asked. "I don't know I will have to run tests." Bruce answered. Bruce then left the room. "We'll talk about this tomorrow. But right now why did you put him in a cell?" Tony asked. "Wanda got into his mind so it could've triggered a past feeling but I don't know exactly what happened. Once he gets over this we need to ask him. We put power cuffs ok him. And I am going to contact Shuri to do a scan on him." Bucky says.

Bucky walks into the commons room. "Shuri says to bring him to Wakanda right away." Bucky said then left the room. He went to the cell Peter was in. "Peter we are going to take you to see Shuri in Wakanda. Ok?" Bucky said. "Ok." Peter said. Bucky went into the cell and got Peter. They walked out of the room to the commons room. He had no expression what so ever. Everyone just stared at him. He was so unrecognizable. "Pete. You ok?" Tony asked. Peter just looked at him with blank eyes them nodded. "Wanda what did you do?" Tony asked. "She reactivated the Mutant Soldier 01." Peter said with no emotion. Everyone gasped. "We've got to get to Shuri quickly." Steve said. Bucky walked behind Peter with Nat and Steve next to Peter and Wanda in front of Peter. Once they got onto the jet they put Peter between Bucky and Steve. When they got to Wakanda Shuri was waiting on the landing space. When she saw the state Peter was in she got worried. She guided them to her lab. Everyone in the palace had met the big goofball Peter so seeing him like this was so hard. Walking into the palace Okoye guided them with Shuri behind her. Wanda was in front of Peter. Nat was on one side and Bucky was behind Steve was on the other side. They walked down the hall to get to Shuri's lab. The looks they got from the guards weren't happy or mad they were worried and sad. When they got to the lab they hooked Peter up to a machine she used on Bucky. Then put him to sleep until the machine took affect. T'Challa came rushing in. "Okoye came to me and said The Avengers are here." He said. "Only sum. They brought Peter but he isn't okay. They had to bring him in handcuffs." She said while leading him to Peter. "What happened?" He asked. "HYDRA happened." Bucky said. T'Challa shook his head. "Do what you have to do to get that stuff out of his head. He's a good kid." T'Challa said.

When Peter woke up he started crying. "Peter what's wrong?" Bucky asked. "Aunt May isn't my Aunt she is part of HYDRA my whole life has been a lie." He said. "Oh Pete. Stay here ok." Bucky said. Peter nodded and layed there. "Nat!" Bucky called. "Yeah?" Nat asked. "Go get a few SHEILD agents and go to Peters house get May take her in." Bucky said. Nat nodded then left. Bucky went back to Peter to find him asleep. Shuri came in to talk to Bucky. "The programing is out of his head. Though all week is going to be tired and have flash backs. So if he remembers something guide me through it. Ok?" Shuri instructed. Bucky nodded. "Can we bring him home?" Bucky asked. "Yeah just watch him. Ok?" She said. Bucky nodded again then picked up Peter and walked out. Once they got into the jet they headed home. When they got to the tower he woke up Peter. "Hey buddy come on were home." Bucky said then helped up Peter. They walked out of the jet to be greeted by all of the Avengers. "What's wrong with him?" Tony asked. "Nothing just tired. When Shuri took away the programming she had to put him to sleep so he would stop fighting. When he woke up he was still out of it. She said it can take up to a week for the affects to wear off." Bucky said. "Well that's good. Turns out his Aunt was indeed a HYDRA agent. She was put in charge of Peter and killing his Parents." Nat said. Peter just froze after that. "Peter. Hey buddy you good." Bucky said. He just shook his head. "Come here." He said then pulled Peter into a hug he instantly started to cry. "Oh Pete." Bucky said and led Peter into the tower. "Bruce is you cabin still good?" Clint asked. "Yeah." Bruce answered. "Do you think we can bring Pete there for a little at least a week." Steve asked. "Yeah sure." Bruce said.
