Backstory: Peter has lived with Tony for 3 years. He is now 17. May got a job offer in Italy, but Peter wanted to stay. Tony knows he is Spider-Man, so do the Avengers. S.H.I.E.L.D however does not. What happens when Fury finds out?

Takes place in the time of AoS season 3.

Peter walks into the commons room. "Hey dad?" "Yeah Pete." Tony answers. "What would you say if I told you that I got a random message on my computer saying that Director Nick Fury of SHIELD wants to meet with me?" Peter asked. All of the Avengers pirked up. "Your not meeting with Fury." Natasha stated in a threateningly tone. "I know. But..Fury said that I have to." Peter stated. "We'll deal with it." Clint said then got up and left.

"If Fury wants to meet with him its because of the regrestry." Clint told Natasha as she and him walked down the hall. "I know. Which means he knows. And if he puts him on the registry. Then all of S.H.I.E.L.D will know." Natasha agreed. "We have to talk him out of it." Clint finalized. "Yes we do."

At S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters Fury calls in Hill. "I need you to start a profile on the registry for Peter Parker. Leave his alter ego out of it though." Fury instructs. "Yes sir." Hill walks out of the room to her desk. She pulls up the registry and clicks to add another. She then fills out the name and places a picture. She places his age of 17, his birthday, and his parents. The rest they have to wait for him.

Fury walks into the Avengers compound. "Peter Parker." All of the Avengers look at Fury then at Peter. "Yes sir." Peter answers. "Come with me." Peter gets up and follows Fury out of the room. "Fury. Wait!" Tony yells. "Yes Stark." Fury turn around. "Why do you need him again?" He asks. "Because he is going on the registry. Rogers is on it, Maximoff, even Vision. Now Parker is going on it." Fury states. "Wait..I thought you have to be 18?" Steve asks. "That was before Teens were getting abilities. Now it's 16." Clint stated. "Okay. As long as he doesn't have to sign the accords yet." Tony agreed. "If it goes the way I want it to. He wont ever have to." Fury said then left with Peter. "What does he mean by that?" Tony asks Natasha. "Dont ask me Stark. Ask Fury or Hill." She said with her hands up in surrender.

When Peter got to S.H.I.E.L.D. he was put into a medical room. First a doctor came in and gave him a physical then he went to a gym. There Fury and a guy with a tablet had him test his abilities to the full extent. "How much can you lift?" Fury asks. "Um... I don't know." Peter answered then went over to the weight set. "Lift until you can't." The man with the tablet said. He went through all the weights. When he reached 14 tons he started to struggle but not enough. Once he reached 50 tons he couldn't lift anymore. "I say with adrenaline he could lift about 6 times that." The man with the tablet guessed. "So your saying I could lift 300 tons..."Peter gasped struggling to a hold the new information. "Yes."

Next he went to a mat and was told to spar. He didn't understand what this had to do with the registry but knew not to question Fury. He has the guy pinned in 2 minutes which left everyone in the room gobsmacked. "Close your mouths. You'll catch flies." Peter joked. Fury excused him for the day.

When he got back to the compound he talked to everyone on how it went. "Is sparing part of the registry?" Peter asks. "Oh hell no! Tell me he isn't!" Natasha yelled. "That's what he meant!" Clint yelled. "Yes. It is. Yes. I am." Fury answered appearing out of no where. "No! He is not!" Natasha yelled getting into Fury's face. "If he wants to I'll have some one with powers train him." Fury stated. "No." "What is going on?" Tony asked. "Fury here. Wants to make Peter a agent." Clint explained. "No!" Tony yelled. "Its his birth right." Fury explained. "What?" Peter asked. "No one told him?" Fury addressed all of the Avengers. "Romanoff you were closest to them you explain." Fury instructed. Natasha looked gravely at Peter before explaining. "Peter your parents didn't die on a regular plane crash. They were on a mission." She paused. Peter shook his head not wanting to believe it. "They were two of the best agents I ever met. HYDRA found out that they were in the air. And your father had the Spider experiment with him..well they shot the plane out of the sky..." She paused again. "No..they crashed. The plane crashed." Peter said shaking his head. "Natasha stop it." Tony yelled. "Keep going." Fury ordered. "Fury!" Tony yelled. "Pete..they were killed..it wasn't an accident." Natasha finished. "No! Your lying! The plane crashed. May said the plane crashed. They had to leave because his office got broken into and papers were everywhere. I had to stay with Uncle Ben and Aunt May. The plane crashed." Peter said shaking his head crying. "Peter...your parents were two of my best agents. When you were born they had plans to put you into training. But when HYDRA broke into your house they had me keep those plans so if they didn't make it back from the mission you could still go through with the training." Fury explained. "Its a school you know. You can be a field agent and a scientist. Many do it that way." Fury said getting in front of Peter. "Its Okay to be sad. I have someone who can teach you. You know Quake?" Fury asked. Peter nodded. "She can teach you. She is an agent she has her own team, base, she helps with the enhanced. And certain ones join her team. I think she would love to have Spider-Man on her team." Fury persuaded. "Fury. If I do this, I need one question answered. Why now?" Peter asked. "Your parents left orders that I was to wait till you were 17 so you were old enough to understand and choose." Fury explained. "Okay." Peter agreed looking straight. "Pete.." Clint whispered. "Clint. Don't. He won't change his mind and I don't think he should." Natasha said. "Nat?" Tony asked. "Tony what if your mom made these plans for you?" Natasha asked. "Exactly." She said. "Your training starts Monday." Fury said then left. "Pete. I'm proud of you." Natasha said but Peter just got up and walked past her. She looked down hurt.."Nat." Clint whispered. "Don't. I deserved that. I would react the same way to someone telling me something I believed for my whole life was a lie.." She explained then left the room. "So he starts training Monday." Clint said. "Yep." Tony agreed.
