Bucky is still 17.

With Clint

Clint was in the shooting range with his bow and arrows when Hunter came in. "Ok I'm not good with this but, I'll try. How are you doing?" Hunter says. "I'm doing fine. If someone asks you to come talk to me I don't need it. So you can just go." Clint says then starts to shoot again. "No can do. I was given orders to talk to you so that is what I'm gonna do. Clint, you can't keep closed off all the time. It's not gonna help Peter and it's definitely not gonna help Natasha." Hunter said. "Fine if you want me to talk fine I'll talk. I am sorry that I can't say my feelings all the time. Yes I close them off but I do that because of my job. Do you think I can deal with guilt everytime I have to kill some one. If I told you half the things I'm dealing with right now you would more likely have pity. And I can't stand pity." Clint finished. "Ok I get it. If you don't like pity don't let some one give it. But you need to let someone in that is not family." Hunter said. "Family? That's not family? If I told someone what I deal with that is not family I would be dead. The Avengers are my family. My wife and kids are my family. SHIELD is my family. I don't want to hurt them. So I stay closed off." Clint finished them left the room. "Well now we know what's his problem."

With Natasha

Natasha was in the training room at the punching bag. "Hey Tasha. Want to Spar?" Bobbi asked. "Sure." Nat said. "Ok just one rule each hit you have to say something that is wrong with you." Bobbi said. "Fine but whatever I say doesn't leave this room got it?" Nat said. "Got it Tasha. Just you'll have to at least tell Fury." Bobbi said. But before Nat could argue Bobbi came at her. Nat got the first hit which meant she had to say something. "I hate that HYDRA took Peter when he was 13 now he has all that guilt I just wish he didn't." She said. Bobbi stopped. "That's why you're so protective over him. Isn't it?" Bobbi asked. "Yeah it is. I just don't want to adopt him then he not want it." Nat said. "Then ask him if he would like to be adopted by you." Bobbi says. "Ok. Fine but, I'll talk to Fury about it. Ok?" Nat finished. "Ok." Bobbi said.

With everyone minus the four assains.

"Report?" Fury said. "Bucky is scared he'll hurt Peter. He doesn't want to hurt him. Physically or mentally." May said. "Peter doesn't want to hurt Bucky physically or mentally, but that is not it. Uh. I told him I would get him an Icer. He was taken by HYDRA when he first got his powers so now if he looses control be has a knife in front of him in case he'll need it. Coulson you know what I mean. That's why I need an Icer. It worked for me when I couldn't control my powers when I first got them so maybe with him it'll work. Plus it would be better than him stabbing himself." Daisy said. "Clint is scared he'll hurt some one and doesn't want peoples pity." Hunter said. "Tasha is scared that Peter doesn't want her to adopt him. She wants to but she is just scared of the rejection." Bobbi said. "Ok first we will get the easy part out of the way. Natasha and Peter in a room with adoption papers."

Time skip

"Well that was the easy part. Now for the more difficult part. Peter and Bucky." Fury said. "Well these two it should be pretty easy May and Dasiy should go into the room to help them talk to each other." Bobbi said. "Yeah fine. But don't say anything unless you know they can't." Fury said. "Yes sir." May said. Daisy nodded. "Did you two switch personalities?" Hunter asked. They shrugged.

With Bucky and Peter

"Why are we in here?" Bucky asked. "I don't know you didn't do anything did you?" Peter asked. "Me? Your the one who does all the pranks." Bucky said in defence. "Yeah well your the one who causes all the pranks." Peter said. "What?" Bucky asked. "I don't know? Ok. I just don't know." Peter said. Daisy and May came in the room and sat down next to each boy. "Ok. So we are going to talk. You two love each other but are scared to hurt each other, correct?" May said. They both nodded. "Well then we need you to tell each other why your scared to hurt each other. And just so you know we aren't able to leave this room until you either get together or kiss. Clint and Sam rigged it." Daisy said. The boys just sighed. "Brainwashing." They both said. "What?" Bucky asked. "HYDRA took me when I first got my powers. Guess they wanted me as a soldier cause they brainwashed me then gave me words like you so when Nat was talking to me she accidentally said one of them that's why I flipped out. I was loosing control. I didn't want to loose control then hurt you." Peter finished then looked down. Bucky got up then kneeled in front of Peter. He slowly and gently lifted up Peters chin. "Pete, you could never hurt me. I was scared I'd hurt you or worse. If I ever hurt you. Please let me know. We can try this but I'm not promising anything . May and Daisy left the room. Bucky leaned in and kissed Peter.
Clint was outside of the room watching on a tablet. "Guys. Guys. Guess what just happened." He said. "Nat finally killed you. Oh wait your still here dang it." Tony said. Clint flipped him off. "No. Bucky and Peter are finally together see." He said while showing the picture of them kissing. "What room is that?" Tony asked. "Nope you are not breaking that up. Peter finally opened up to Bucky. Don't ruin this. I know you love him but he is my son now." Nat said. "You adopted him?" Tony asked. "Yep. Turns out why Fury had us meet Coulson's team is because they were to help me, Pete, Clint, and Bucky. Did you guys know this?" Nat said. "Yes." They all said.
