Bruce walked into the room the patient was in. He was skimming through her x-ray scans when he finally looked up after doing so.

He gasped.

"Natasha?" His ex.

"Oh. Hey, Bruce."

Bruce coughed and looked away.

"Look. I know we used to date, but let's keep this professional." Bruce firmly stated, exhibiting an air of upmost authority.

Natasha was surprised, and a little proud. He was never like this in their relationship. Bruce was always a pussy, and she didn't need that in her life. She was glad he changed, but kept her usual straight face and masked her emotions.
Natasha just wanted to get this awkward moment over with.

"Okay, did I break anything?" She simply asked, trying to keep the subject on the reason for her visit to the hospital.

Bruce clenched his jaw, not able to keep it in any longer.

He threw the x-rays onto the floor.

"MY HEART NATASHA."
