(The chapter starts with Kevin Rose finding himself in the altered timeline's New York)

Kevin Rose: I'm still alive? How is this possible?

(Suddenly he noticed someone looking like Captain America going after Darkstar and goes to help him)

(Cut to the pursuit scene, Captain America throws his shield, but Darkstar avoids it without knowing that she left herself wide open for Captain America's kick. Then the super soldier confronts her about something)

Captain America: Where is Zemo? (grabs her by the collar) Where, Darkstar? (slams her against the wall) Tell me where is his stronghold. While you can.

Darkstar: Gee. It's right at the point of my tongue.

Captain America: (grabs a knife) I'll help you to take it off. (points the knife at her) Steve Rogers died during our last mission! I want to know where he's hiding!

(Chemistro tries to shoot Captain America, only to be stopped by Spider-Hog)

Captain America: Maybe the masked friend of yours can talk.

(Captain America approaches Chemistro as the villain gets scared)

Chemistro: Look. I don't know where he is. But... I know where Armin Zola is. I'm telling you. But promise to let us go away?

(Spider-Hog nods in agreement)

Captain America: I'll give you one chance.

Chemistro: Zola is hidden in a warehouse at New Jersey. 1019, Southfine Street.

Captain America: Thanks, Chemistro. (to Spider-Hog) You have my permission to take them away.

Darkstar: Spider-Hog. I surrender... to you.

Spider-Hog: Clever.

(As Spider-Hog takes Chemistro and Darkstar, Captain America is approached by the alternate timeline's Batman)

Batman: You should have killed them!

Captain America: And waste the only chance I had to find that bastard? Not a chance.

Batman: Zemo is not the only bastard running around, you know.

Captain America: You just say that because you never get the chance to find The Joker!

(Their talk is interrupted by the alternate timeline's Cyborg)

Cyborg: Batman. Captain.

Captain America: I'm busy now.

Batman: What do you want?

Cyborg: Won't you ask how I found you?

Captain America: It's good to be part of the government, right? Now tell us why you are here.

Cyborg: The war. Various citizens in Paris got sunken by Aquaman. And the amazons invaded England and baptized it as New Themyscira.

(Cyborg shows the holograms of the heroes)

Captain America: Doctor Fate, Citizen Cold, Shazam's children, Grifter, Iron Patriot and the Royal Hedgehogs: Manic and Sonia.

Cyborg: But we need a strategist. Maybe I should ask for that hedgehog dressed as Spider-Man. He seems very intelligent.

Captain America: Go ahead and search for him then. Recruit him while you still can. You guys have a war to end. So do I.

Batman: The war is already over, Soldier. We just don't know it yet. Everybody lost.

(Batman goes away)

(Meanwhile in Central City, Flash finds out that he lost his powers and his mother is still alive)

Barry Allen: You're gonna be surprised about what I'm going to tell you. I'm The Flash. The fastest man alive. A superhero.

Nora Allen: A superhero? Like Batman and Spider-Hog?

(The screen fades out)
