Gwen Stacy was dead at the hands of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. After an attack by an enemy, the girl had fallen thousands of feet down a clocktower to her death. Peter Parker lost his best friend, and he had no idea what to do with himself.

In another world, Peter Parker had been the one to die one fatal night. Gwen Stacy aka Spider-Woman had been blamed for his death. Although Peter had been the one to inject himself with a serum, turning him into a monster, Gwen always blamed herself. She was supposed to be the friendly neighborhood Spider-Woman, but she was seen as nothing more than a criminal.

But one night that all changes. After running a nightly check-up on the city he called home, Peter Parker finds a girl dressed in a white and black hooded costume who looks exactly like his fallen friend. Bloody, broken, and almost unconscious, Peter makes it his mission to save her and keep this Gwen Stacy far from harm.

AUTHOR'S NOTE

If we weren't aware, I am a slut for Spider-Gwen. Like anything Gwen Stacy, I would die for, so I love Spider-Gwen, and when I saw this plot by supernaturally_ I was shook to my core, and I was so happy that the person who originally adopted it gave it back because I was so ready to snatch it up, like I was so ready.

So this takes place in an AU Post-Homecoming, during the summer, and I feel as though it'll be before his senior year, since Peter Parker in Gwen's reality died during her junior year during Prom, so we're gonna keep some consistency with that in terms of Peter as well, probably have Gwen die a little earlier in his junior year so it's kinda paralleling the same kinda thing that happened with Uncle Ben, he grieves, but he continues to fight, you know? So this is an AU, mainly pre-Infinity War, but will go into Infinity War in Part Two
