I was now sitting with Simon and Luwis. And I am serious. I am totally or that is what I keep telling myself every time I try to eat sandwitch faster than they are.

"Ah! I gotta ask so what is the plan now?" I asked eating last piece of my sandwitch.

"Well! It is pretty late so I think we should hit a bar , have a few drinks."Simon and Luwis both high fived each other.

"I meant ...like for next day." I groaned.

"Oh! Same. We came for vacation, didn't we? We are gonna check out that strange place." Sinon replied.

"Even though we are being targeted now by a billionaire dollar shell company or organisation with freaking robots.' I chimed.

"Yup!" They sighed.

"Fine! How do you guys even know which bar to go to in Paris?" I asked all of sudden.

"Well! You know.... google." Simon began .

"Oh! Don't. Seriously. I still remember last time what happened when you used google to find a bar?" I facepalmed myself.

Flashback
Year-2009

Me, Simon and Luwis were stationed outside in a camp. Four robbers had taken an important file of York ledger case and had 50 hostages. We had to get them out but just couldn't think how to do just that.

"I have an idea. How about we surrender?" I chimed and all glared.

"You haven't heard the full plan." I chuckled.

In a few seconds, some guards were too hailed by the robbers and just as they were about to shoot them , they switched on their phones which started producing high pitch sound making them drop their weapons . In a couple of minutes, all hostages were free.

"Good work Bethel." Mr lepton told me to which I beamed.

"So does anyone here know a good place for celebration?"I asked . Simon quickly searched on google.

"Hey so there is a bar just 1km away . I think we all could go there." He told us. We all were very excited and came with our cars there expecting a grand welcome. Instead, the bar was closed and lock was there .

"Simon..you " I stomped my feet

Now

"I promise that is not gonna happen this time." Luwis defended him.

"You better hope so." I sighed.

And rightly so, it didn't. Well guess accidents can't happen twice now. I was still not able to forget that a robot came to attack us . But then again who could ? It was not like I was worried. I was more like curious...that why ? Simon and Luwis were drinking and I was not planning on sitting here brodding. That looked bad.

"Hey ! Mind if I join you ." I came to dance floor.

"Not if you know how to move,boy." Luwis chuckled.

"You remember Ariadna?" Simon asked all of sudden.

"Yeah why?" I asked not sure what he was striking at.

"I called her. See." He pointed at girl coming towards us. She had black hair and striking green eyes. Few months ago , we have totally hit it off but then she was called back to France and since then , I had tried couple of dates but all were not so good as I eloquently like to put it.

"Why would you call her here?" I turned to Simon.

"I don't know. Maybe to get you back into dating her." He laughed.

"Bloody hell. I need a drink." I sighed drinking a glass of wine quickly.

"Don't we all?" Luwis asked puzzled.

"No! You guys want a drink. I need a drink." I finished as Ariadna smiled at me.

"Hi..so.how are you ? How have you been?" I chittered.

"Great! What about you ?" She rolled her eyes.

"Good." I exhaled and there was an awkward silence.

"Look! I get it . I do. This is awkward. But let's just try to forget that we had a .."She began.

"Fling?" I suggested.

"Well! I won't exactly say that sleeping together on every day of patrol was a fling but sure let's go with that." She chuckled.

"You sure know how to put words." I beamed.

"So what brings you to Paris?" She asked me.

"Ah well..we thought to take a vacation." I stated.

"Thought?" She questioned.

"Well something bad happened." I replied. She stared .

"Fine! I will tell you . But don't report it back to French authorities,will ya?" I looked at her.

"If it threatens any subject under dominion or protection of French government, I am obliged to.." She began.

"Oh! Chill out . It doesn't. And can't you keep a secret for old time's sake?" I winked at her.

"For old time's sake." She raised her glass sighing and we clanked our glasses happily.

Few minutes later
"Wow boy! You really ask to keep a huge secret." She giggled.

"Yup! It was fun, Ariadna. But I am afraid it is getting late and we have to still check out a place tomorrow. The main reason we came to Paris." I kissed her on the cheek and she pulled me as I started to go away.

"What?" I smiled.

"How about a quick one before going? Who knows you may not come again?" She winked.

"I am just gonna ignore the last comment but if it is ok with you." I started to say and she pressed her lips on me.

"Damn! You are really gonna move on her all night now, aren't you ?" Simon chimed.

"Talk about mood interruption! And that is gross." I glared at them.

"You probably won't think when you are .." Luwis began.

"Shut up. Let's go , Ariadna. See you guys tomorrow." I walked out with Ariadna as they continued laughing.

I am just gonna time skip. You really don't wanna know details. I mean even if you do, it is not like I wanna give it lol.

"Must be a intense night?" Simon chimed as I came down.

"Oh! Come on. Leave it." I groaned and we all got in car .One of the perks of SBSCC agent is that you can always get a car and let higher authorities deal with it. I do wonder now what will that guy from whom I took a car yesterday after he fainted seeing a robot would be doing. Never mind! We got a mystery to sniff.

"In which direction?" I asked Simon and he quickly put on the GPS.

"Great! Another talking programme!" I mumbled.

"Relax! It is not a killer robot." He stated.

"Have you guys watched Terminator? This is exactly how they rise up ." I started driving.

"Well! That is just a movie." Luwis sighed. I kept driving for quite a while and there was a clear road. The whole ambience was great until traffic.

Wow! I didn't think there would be traffic this early in Paris. It was just 8am. Well maybe Parisians rise early lol.

"What will you do if we find a mummy there ?" Simon asked getting bored.

"We are in France not Egypt." I retorted back.

"So what ? Can't mummy travel from Egypt to France?" He asked and I glared to shut him up.

"The first thing I am gonna do when I go there is click photos." Luwis told us.

"Why ?" I asked puzzled

"Looks cool! Will post on insta . Investigating suspicious Paranormal scene . #Paris." He grinned. The traffic started to clear now.

"The first thing I am gonna do is empty my bullets from gun so I don't shoot you two." I muttered driving again.

The whole landscape was deserted. A smoke was coming out of factory but even after rattling on its doors for so many minutes , we found no one .

We continued walking looking for anything mysterious. But everything was just normal. All of midst, Simon yelled" Hey ! Come here."

"What" Luwis and me ran to him.

"You see this baby. This bumper is too high."He pointed at wrecked Mustang there.

"So.. probably swell by hit." I chuckled.

"I am serious. I think something is in that bumper." He announced.

I looked at them . We all proceeded towards it silently. The wind was quiet . There was gradual noise of our feet. With a quick force, I opened the bumper and pointed my gun.

"What the.."  I lowered my gun. There was a woman lying there with blonde hair and wearing a dress like worn in 17th century I guess.

"Is she dead?" Simon recovered from shock.

"Well no. " I put my hands to her neck and felt a pulse.

"Well! There is only one way to wake her ." Luwis sighed.

"What ?" I asked puzzled.

"Look! She is probably in s comatose situation for quite long time . The bumper had enclosed her of air . Someone needs to give her mouth to mouth." Simon explained.

"You mean kiss a girl without permission under delusion that this will help her waking up ." I stated.

"Well! That is one way of looking at it . But you should do it." Simon answered.

"Right! Wait what ? Why me?" I asked startled.

"Well! Among three of us , who has kissed least girls. You . So you know you can add her to list." He joked.

"How can someone be so insulting so often?" I glared.

"Fine ! But do it." He sighed. I quickly started giving her mouth to mouth. Next second I was uplifted in air by that girl as both pointed their guns at her .

"Trust me! I didn't enjoy that kiss." I chuckled gasping for breath as he hardened her hand on my neck.

"Probably not a good defense. But that was only way he had to wake you up. Now leave him." Luwis looked at her . She kept looking for while and then left me as I started taking deep breaths.

"Are you one of her men?" She asked looking at us.

"Whose men?" They lowered their guns .

"The one who killed Robert Clive." She said and all three looked at us more puzzled than ever.
