AlioKoi is a type of water Amphibian dragon hydra that live in the water. It doesn't matter wather the water is salty or fresh. They can live up to million years old and have about a litter of 6 in Fall/Summer season. They don't need to come up for air. They also can regenerate 

They can manipulate water and ice and have no membranes on there wings. They uses water to guide them. The membrane are used as extra hands

The royalty about have glowing stripes on there horns and fins. They also have no glows under the there eyes. They have pearls on there horns and eyes.
