The next morning, you woke up pretty early, what was rare for you, since you really loved to sleep for hours on end, but you just didn't feel that tired at the moment.

Stretching your arm, you sat up and noticed that there was a heap of blankets next to your bed, that was moving up and down slightly.

You quickly pulled the top blanket up, and underneath there was Sonic, who was waken up by the sudden disappearance of his blankets. "Izzit morning already?" he mumbled, still half asleep.

"What are you doing on the ground?" you asked, chuckling.

"I guess I fell out of bed" he said, sitting up. "What are you doing up this early?"

"Woke up early, couldn't sleep anymore" you simply said, sitting up again.

He climbed next to you on the bed. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah... It's just that I woke up not long ago, and I'm still waking up" you said, stifling a yawn.

Sonic wrapped an arm around you, a smirk on his face. "Shall I wake you up for real?"

You looked at him, a puzzled expression on his face. "What do you mean?"

Suddenly, he pressed his lips on yours, kissing you deeply.

Your face looked like it had been replaced by a tomato with eyes and without the green thingy on top.

After a few seconds, he pulled back. "Did that work?"

Your heart was beating really fast, adrenaline rushing through your body. At least you were awake now.

Sonic chuckled. "Judging by your reaction, I think it worked" he stood up, still smiling a bit. "Come, let's get some breakfast"

You nodded and stood up as well. "That's a good idea"

As you entered the living room, you instantly noticed the strange smell, that was coming from the room. It didn't stink, it was actually a smell you found really nice, though you'd never smelled it before.

"Hey, do you smell that?" Sonic asked, a smal smile on his face.

You smiled back at him. "Yeah, it's a really nice scent"

He grinned widely. "It makes me feel... happy. And kind of sleepy"

You yawned widely. "Indeed..."

Somewhere deep inside your brain, you registered that something was wrong, but you were so... sleepy...

Sowwy for the short chapter, but I just thought I had to publish something n'stuff

Anyway, I haven't got time for a long A/N, I need to go now
