Ownership of Glee:  FOX, Ryan Murphy, Ian Brennan, Brad Falchuk

It'd been three days since Violet's near-death incident. She'd been released from the hospital on Sunday. Today was Tuesday, seeing as she'd stayed at the Hummel house on Monday because she was still exhausted from being in the hospital.

When Violet walked into the choir room for glee practice, all talking ceased. Everyone's eyes — including Mr. Shue's and Coach Sylvester's — were on her. Kurt gave her a reassuring smile.

Finn walks up to her and brings her in for a gentle hug. Violet relaxes and hugs Finn back.

"Welcome back Violet." Finn says once they pull away from the hug.

Violet smiles softly. "It's good to be back." She says. Finn then turns around and sits back down in his seat.

Mr. Shue walks over to Violet, smiling at her. This is the first time anyone other than Kurt had seen her since that fateful Friday. It was refreshing and relieving to see her. "Alright guys. Let's give a big Glee Club welcome home to Violet." He says.

The entire club — minus Puck and Rachel — stand up and cheer loudly at the fact that their friend is okay and is back at it.

Violet blushes and smiles as everyone takes their seats. "I wanna thank you guys for your texts and calls I got this weekend. It made me smile knowing that I have such great friends in this choir room that care a lot about me. And I'd like to especially thank Kurt and Finn. According to the doctor, I wouldn't be standing here today without them. You guys saved my life, and for me... that's something I will always remember." She says. Kurt blushes and Finn smiles humbly. Violet smiles and sits down next to Kurt.

Mr. Shue smiles as he and Coach Sylvester stand at the center of the choir room. "Well we're all glad that you're still with us Violet. And now for today's assignment." He says.

Mr. Shue and Coach Sylvester have a coin toss, which Mr. Shue ends up losing to.

Coach Sylvester takes out a piece of paper from her pocket. "Awesome. All right. Following students have been selected... for a special elite Glee Club called Sue's Kids." She says.

"Hold on. We agreed not to split up the group." Mr. Shue bites back.

"Aw, come on, Will. Give me a chance to do things Sue Sylvester's way. Maybe with my proven leadership abilities...I can help this pathetic group of mouth breathers place at Sectionals." Coach Sylvester remarks.

"We can't even compete in sectionals if we divide up the club, Sue. It's against the rules." Mr. Shue sighs.

Sue tosses a book at Mr. Shue. "Really? You need to crack open a book, William. Here. I have. Show Choir Rule Book. Page 24. Provision 14. Second addendum." She recites.

Mr. Shue opens the book and reads aloud. "'Twelve members must perform for each team. However, not all members must perform every song.'" He sighs and looks at Coach Sylvester, who's smirking. "Fine. Hey, just go ahead, take all the football players and your Cheerios." He dismisses.

Coach Sylvester looks at the New Directions. "All right, everybody. Listen up.When you hear your name called, cross over to my side of this black, shiny thing." She says, motioning to the piano.

"That's called a piano, Sue." Mr. Shue states.

Sue ignores him. "Santana! Violet! Wheels! Bisexual kid! Come on! Move it! Asian! Other Asian. Aretha. And Shaft." She calls. Santana, Violet, Artie, Kurt, Mike, Tina, Mercedes and Matt all stand by the cheerleading coach, all of them looking perplexed. Sue looks at Mr. Shue. "I don't want to participate in a group that ignores the needs of minority students." She says.

Mr. Shue is now on edge. "You have got to be kidding me!"

Sue looks at him seriously. "I wouldn't kid about this. And maybe that's your problem. Bigotry is no laughing matter." She notes.

"And that's how Sue sees it." Santana chimes, making a "C" with her hand.

Sue turns back to Santana with a smile. "Outstanding."

Violet and Kurt look at each other warily.

Whatever was going down was not good.

Sue's Kids were gathered in the choir room for their first rehearsal.

"I'm k-k-kind of nervous." Tina admits.

Artie nods. "I debated not even showing up."

Violet nods in agreement. "I almost didn't come to school today." She says.

"I think it's gonna be great. Did you catch Sue's Corner last night?" Mercedes comments.

"I know Kurt and I didn't. We were watching The Bachelor last night." Violet reveals.

Sue comes in the choir room, holding sheet music, followed by two musicians. "Hey, kids. Brought some of my brass buddies with me. Thought maybe they could help us out a little bit. Okay. So I selected a song that I think will speak to the frustration you've felt... under the failed leadership of Will Schuester." She says and passes out the sheet music.

Mercedes smirks as she reads the song printed on the sheer music. "'Hate on Me,' an R & B song!" She cheers. Everyone laughs at her enthusiasm.

Sue smiles, seeing how excited Mercedes is. "You like that? Yeah. Changster, Violet, I wanna see some of that pop and lock groove you two are so famous for. You two go to town. And you, Mercedes. I want to see some Mariah hands." She inputs.

Violet and Mike look shocked. They never get to show off their dance moves in Glee Club. This was a step up for them.

Mercedes smiles. "I can do that."

Tina smiles after reading the sheet music. "I think we g-got this one, Miss Sylvester."

Sue smirks. "All right. Well, we'll see. Hit it!" She says.

[Hate On Me by Sue's Kids]

Mercedes sings the lead with Mike and Violet dancing like never before and the rest of Sue's kid doing the backing vocals. At some point of the performance, Mercedes walks through some chairs like she's on a runway only for Kurt to sit upside down on the last one and kick his legs in the air before sitting in the right position and moving on the rhythm of the song. At the end of the song, they giggle under the eye of a stunned Will who was looking through the glass door.

All of the New Directions in the choir room singing "Ride Wit Me."

"I miss us all being together." Rachel says with a smile on her face.

"I hope we don't get in trouble for our covert jam session." Artie comments, making everyone laugh.

Kurt nods. "If Sue catches us mingling, we're cooked. She told me if I even talked to one of Mr. Schue's kids, she would shave my head. And I just can't rock that look. Even Justin Timberlake is growing his fro back." He says, making everyone laugh again.

Mercedes stands up with a sad smile. "Well, we gotta go, you guys."

"No!" Cry the voices of Shue's Kids.

Violet shrugs. "Coach Sylvester is expecting us in 10 minutes in the dance studio."

"Oh, man!" Puck frowns.

Artie rolls away. "Bye, white people."

Violet smiles and waves to the others before leaving with Kurt, arms linked as they pass Mr. Shue in the hallway.

The next day, Rachel, Finn and Quinn stand onstage with mic stands. Brittany and Puck had switched over to Sue's Kids, and left the messiest love triangle to date onstage.

"We would just like to say that although we find ourselves on opposite sides, we hope you enjoy our number and we look forward to seeing yours as well." Rachel says politely.

"Enough with the jibber-jabber. Sing something!" Sue remarks.

"Sue, you can't talk to kids that way." Mr. Shue says.

Sue pretends to be sorry, placing her hand on her mouth. Mr. Shue is exasperated.

Rachel starts singing the first sentence of 'No Air.'

[No Air by Shue's Kids]

Sue suddenly gets up before the song can really begin. "She had her chance. Everybody up. We're leaving." She says. Violet stands up when her coach tells her to, but she thought it was rather rude to leave.

"I'm sorry. Is there a fire?" Finn asks from the stage.

"No, and that's the point. There is no fire. You know, it's sad enough that my Sue's Kids are living in squalor." Sue assumes.

"My dad's a dentist." Mercedes says, but only gets a small smile from Violet.

"But for you to drag 'em in here and bore 'em to death? I won't stand for it. Come on, kids. Out. We're goin' for Coneys. My treat." Sue says. Violet crosses her arms at how ridiculous the cheerleading coach is being right now.

Apparently, Mr. Shue and Violet were thinking along the same lines because he stands up in fury. "All right, that's it!"

"Really?" Sue asks.

"You know what, Sue? You've been pretty honest about your feelings for me... so let me return the favor. You're rude, Sue. You have no class, and you are a terrible teacher!" Mr. Shue screams.

"Shots fired from Mr. Shue." Violet whispers to Kurt, who only nods in fascination at the scene unfolding before them.

"I'll have you know I have my Ph.D." Sue claims.

"You got it online, Sue!" He screeches back.

"You are a failed performer, Will. You weren't good enough to make it in the real world. You're not even good enough to run this stupid little club that nobody cares about. Time after time, Will, you fail!" Sue seethes.

"Okay this just turned into a bar brawl." Violet said softly.

"You spend every waking moment of your life figuring out ways to terrify children to try to make you feel better about yourself and the fact that you're probably gonna spend the rest of your life alone!" Mr. Shue retorts.

Sue pushes Will, which shocks the students. "How dare you talk to me like that!"

Will points his finger at her. "Don't you even..."

"Don't you point your..." Sue says threateningly.

Finn — who's had enough of this — finally loses his last bit of patience. "Enough! I'm sorry, Mr. Schue...Miss Sylvester, but if we wanted to hear Mom and Dad fight...those of us who still have two parents would just stay home on payday." Finn says.

Mercedes nods. "I agree. Glee Club is supposed to be fun. And furthermore, I don't like this minority business. I may be a strong, proud black woman, but I'm a lot more than that. I'm out." She says and storms out.

Tina nods. "M-Me too." She says as she also storms out.

Rachel looks at everyone. "Fellow Glee Clubbers, it would be an honor to show you how a real storm-out is done. I encourage you to follow my lead." She says and storms out, the rest of the Glee Kids following her.

"Y'know... Rachel is the master of storm-outs." Violet tells Kurt. He, in return, chuckles.

"Don't let her hear you say that."

Mr. Shue is talking to the Glee kids the next day. "You're all minorities. You're in the Glee Club. Now, there are only 13 of you. And all you have is each other. So it doesn't matter that Rachel and Violet are Jewish... or that Finn is..."

"Unable to tell my rights from my lefts." Finn says, causing his classmates to laugh.

Mr. Shue also laughs. "Sure. Or that Santana is Latina... or that Quinn is..."

"Is pregnant." Sue finishes. The room quiets and Quinn looks at her, stunned. "Sorry, Q. It'll be all over the blogosphere by this afternoon. Now everybody knows... including me." She says and exits the room, leaving everyone else in shock.

Sue Sylvester knew Quinn was pregnant.
