As Candice, Josh and I walk towards the exit of the academy, I hear whispers in my head.

"Eiden, it's me."

"Who's talking to me."

"You don't even remember your uncle, I'm hurt."

"Jerasi, get out of my head."

"It's so nice and empty up here. Why would I want to leave?"

"I said leave!"

Candice and Josh look at me as they are pushed outwards.

What have I done?
They could be dead!

I run towards Josh and see his head bleeding.

"Josh, are you alright? Can you hear me? Josh!?"

Josh isn't waking up. I need to get Candice up so we can get Josh somewhere safe. I run towards Candice, but she doesn't seem to be hurt.

"Candice?"

"Huh" she says rubbing her head.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Where's Josh?"

"He's pretty banged up. We need to get him somewhere safe. Can you tell me where I can find Ayisha?"

"She's not far. If you run you can make it in time. She seems to be in a little house. Run, I'll get Josh to safety."

"Thanks. I'll be back as soon as possible."

I run towards the location Candice gave me and I can see a shed. As I walk towards the door, something hot touches me. It feels like lava. As I turn around I see a being made of pure fire smirking at me, then he gives me an uppercut. I fall down and look up at him in fear.

"I thought that Alex's boy would be much stronger than this, but I'll take what I can."

"Who are you?"

"I am Akar."

"What do you want?"

"I'm going to kill you and the absorb your soul."

He shoots a ball of fire towards me and I dodge it by rolling behind a tree.

"What did I ever do to you? I don't even know you!"

"You're father killed my brother and since he's dead, I'll kill you."

"Fuck me."

Akar burns the tree I was hiding behind so I have to run and dodge even more of his fireballs. I'm basically fucked if I don't kill this guy. What powers do I have. Think Eiden, think. I think that I have lost him in all the smoke. This is my chance to run.

As I run I see an ice like person lying on the ground. The person looks like he is bleeding out.

"Sir,  you need medical attention."

"There is no time left for me on this planet." he says as he grabs my hand.

As he touches me I start feeling colder.  I try to pull back, but my hands stuck.

"I see you can absorb powers. Take mine and use them to save someone. Eiden, your going to beat Akar."

"Wait, how'd you......."

While I say these words the man starts to disappear.

"No, wait...."

The man disappears and my hands start feeling like they're about to freeze off. I spot Akar rushing toward me and I narrowly dodge a fireball.

"You stole Raka's powers. Too bad you don't know how to use them."

My hands start glowing ocean blue and I shoot an ice shard at Akar.

"Ouch. You little brat. I'm going to enjoy ending you."

Akar wipes some blood off of his lips and looks at me. I look him dead in the eyes and deliver the stereotypical Kung-Fu line.

"Bring it." 

Akar charges at me with amazing speed as he hurls fireball's at me. I dodge everyone of them while I try to look for refuge. I see the building im supposed to enter but I feel like if I hide behind it I could burn it down.

My thinking was short lived as akar hit me with a fireball from behind. It hurt more than being cut 1000 times.

"Ughhh"

"What, too "Hot" for you there Eiden?"

"I think the temperature is just fine."

I then hurl an ice shard towards Akar and it cut through his head. He was now dead. I just killed someone. Did I have too...
