Commonly known as Collar Demons

Collurdons are ghost-like, parasitic creatures that feed off of the energy and love of their host. They get their name from the collar-like necklaces they wear around their neck and disguise themselves as.

To find a host, they disguise themselves as a normal necklace (the crystal represents the animal they are supposed to be) and lay in plain sight. When a host picks them up and puts them on, they immediately tighten themselves and make it impossible for anyone to remove the necklace. This is also dangerous for the host, because the grip does not loosen, even if the host grows. Only the host can see the collurdon's true form.

Collurdon hosts often tend to be dependant, clingy, and autophobic (afraid of being alone, ignored, etc). Some hosts have even reported to become yandere and kill those who get in the way of their love.

While collurdons are often evil, most end up caring for and loving their host, treating them more like an owner than a host and even feeding less than a collurdon normally does to conserve the host's energy. They are also very protective of their host, and often risk themselves for the host.
