Kimimaru

"Gaara!" I shouted as I watched how Sasuke pierced through Gaara's ultimate defense.

I've been watching their fight from the beginning and I didn't like how this was going. I know I should be worried about Sasuke but I'm more worried about Gaara. I'm afraid that whatever plan they have, Gaara might get injured. Also, what if he loses control of his Shukaku and he hurts everyone here? What do I do?!

"First, calm down." Shukaku said.

"I can't! Sasuke just injured Gaara! His my panda remember!" I shouted at him.

"Just calm down kid. Now, you need to get out of here with those sand kids. Then we can figure out what to do about that Orochimaru." Kurama said.

"Yeah, okay." I replied.

"ARGH!" I shouted as I felt a sharp pain in my neck.

"Kimimaru! Hey are you alright?" Kankuro asked.

"My neck! It...hurts! ARGH!" I shouted putting my hands on my neck.

"Let me see." Temari said.

"No....I'll be....fine." I said trying to catch my breath.

"Are you sure?" Kankuro asked.

"Yeah, maybe it's - Argh! It's just....the affects from... my battle with....Misaki." I replied.

"If you say so." Temari said unsure.

"I'll be fine." I said as I looked at Sasuke and Gaara's match.

I watched as Sasuke backed away from Garra with his arm all bloody. I looked over at Gaara and noticed he was bleeding from his left shoulder. I jumped over the bars and landed a couple of feet away from them.

"Kimimaru! What are you doing?!" I heard Kankuro yell at me.

"You'll get killed! Get out of there!" Temari shouted.

I was about to run towards Gaara when I saw feathers. I looked around and noticed everyone falling asleep. I looked over at Gramps but he just nodded. I ran up to Gaara and tried to help him up. Soon Temari, Kankuro and their sensei appeared at my side.

"What do we do now?!" Kankuro shouted.

"Abort the mission." Their sensei said.

"Take Gaara and retreat." He said.

"Gaara, come on let's go." I said trying to calm him down.

"Come on Kimimaru, help us get Gaara out of here." Kankuro said helping me pick up Gaara.

"Kimimaru! What do you think you're doing?!" Sasuke shouted at me.

"I owe them one." I said before jumping out of the arena.

"Which way do we go?!" Temari said looking around.

"Go left then keep going until you see an old wreck tree then go right. That would get us closer to the border." I explained.

"How do you know?" Kankuro asked.

"I've been here with a criminal before. He taught me how to find the quickest way out of the village and shortcuts to reach the border." I explained.

"Alright, we're trusting you." Kankuro said as we ran left.

I couldn't stop looking at Gaara the whole time we were running. I wanted to help him but he would push me away. I try to stay strong but deep inside I wanted to cry. I wanted to help him but he wouldn't let me. All I could do was help them get back to their village.

"No way!" Kankuro said making us stop running. He pulled me behind him and Temari hold me back.

"Dammit!" Temari whispered shouted.

"You can't escape, now hand Gaara and Kimimaru over to me." Sasuke said looking over Kankuro's shoulder to see me behind him.

"Temari, Kimimaru, take Gaara and go ahead." Kankuro said handing Gaara over to me.

"What? No! I can stay for you guys can get out of here!" I shouted making him look at me.

"Kimi, you need to stay with my brother. He would kill us if anything happened to you. I told him that I would protect you. That's why I willing told you the plan we had to destroy the village. " Kankuro said as he took crow off his back.

"Come on Kimimaru, we need to get out of here quickly." Temari said trying to take Gaara away from me but I jumped onto another branch before she could.

"Kimimaru! Hey! Wait up!" Temari shouted as she struggled to keep up with me.

I slowed down a little for she could keep up with me. As we jumped through the trees I could feel Gaara's breathing get heavier. I tried to heal his wound but I needed to stop to do so.

"Kimimaru, put me down." I heard Gaara say.

Temari and I stopped running and put him down on the branch. He cried in pain but I quickly reacted by healing his wound. I was about to remove my hands to take out a bandage on him when he quickly turned to look at me and Temari.

" Temari......scram!" Gaara shouted at her.

"What?!" Temari shouted at him.

"Just get lost!! Mind your own business!!!" Gaara shouted throwing Temari fall the branch to another one blew.

"Temari! Are you alright?!" I shouted at her.

"I'm....fine." She replied.

I turned around ready to yell at Gaara. Only to find him looking up at Duck-butt, I mean Sasuke.

"UGH!" Gaara shouted putting his hands on his head.

"Gaara! Are you alright? Let me help you." I said trying to get him to calm down.

"Although I don't know your village motives I will stop you!" Sasuke said.

"Also, I want to see your true face." Sasuke continued making Gaara look at him again.

"Sasuke! Just stop it! Let's just let them go and we can go back to the village and help the others!" I shouted at him.

"You, that is strong...." I heard Gaara say.

"You, that has companions..... you, that has an ambition..... you, that is like me.... Once I kill you, I will be the one to destroy all of that... only then can I survive... only then can I feel alive!" He said making me take a step back away from him.

"UGH! ARGH! AAAAAAH!" Gaara shouted as he bended over.

"Gaara!" I shouted as I watched as he screamed in pain.

"Guys! Help me out here!" I shouted at them.

"Don't touch him right now. He's going threw a transformation." Shukaku explained.

"What do I do?!" I asked him.

He was silent as I watched how Gaara's right side of his face started to change. Soon sand started to cover his right side of his body. Then a claw like arm covered his right arm. I wanted to make it stop but Shukaku told me not to touch him.

"Kimi! Come with me! Hurry!" Sasuke shouted.

I ran up to him only to be pulled back to the same place. I looked at my waist and saw sand around me. I looked over at Gaara and noticed a sad yet angry expression on his face.

He looked away from me and charged towards Sasuke. I reacted fast and grabbed Sasuke. We hid behind a tree that was a couple of feet away from Gaara. I poked my head out to see where Gaara was standing only to be pulled back behind the tree.

"Are you afraid of me Sasuke Uchiha!!" Gaara shouted looking around for Sasuke.

"Is he a monster?" Sasuke whispered.

"He's not a monster! He just doesn't know how to make friends." I explained.

"What's the matter?! Are you afraid of me?! Has your fear overtaken the hatred, the killing urge? Is your reason for existence as puny as that?! If you crave for an answer come and get me!" Gaara shouted.

"Gaara.... I need to help him." I said about to run towards him. But I was stopped by Sasuke.

"Sasuke?" I asked as I saw him stand up and making hand signs.

"Hey kid." Kurama said.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Do you think you can do the same as him?" He answered.

"What?" I said confused.

"She can't do that yet. She could lose control and then hurt all of the innocent people around here." Chomei said.

"You guys! Hurry up! Gaara needs my help!" I shouted at them.

I was about to say something to Sasuke when I saw him run from behind the tree with a Chidori in his hand. He ran towards Gaara and Gaara run towards him. I took that chance to run to Temari and help her up.

"Are you alright?" I asked her

"I'm fine but you should get out of here." She said looking at me then at Gaara.

"I'm not going to let both of them get hurt. I'll protect Gaara from him." I said looking up at Gaara and Sasuke.

Sasuke had the curse marks out and Gaara had transformed again. I quickly jumped up to Sasuke to help him when I felt a sharp pain in my head. I feel to my knees and crawled into a ball.

I looked over at Gaara and noticed him jump towards us. I tried to stand up but my body wouldn't let me. So I decided to stop trying and let him attack us. But it never happened because a spiky, blonde hair, that likes to wear orange came and kicked Gaara in the face making the red head land on the branch in front of us.

"Sasuke! Kimimaru! Are you alright?" I looked up to see Sakura and Paku.

"Yeah, my head hurts a little but I think I can stand." I said smiling at standing up.

"Kimimaru! Your eyes!" Sakura shouted.

"What about them?" I asked confused.

"Sakura. Kimimaru. Who's that?" Naruto said pointing at Gaara.

"It's Gaara." I responded.

I looked back at Sasuke and noticed he was bleeding from his mouth. He was breathing heavily and he moaned in pain. I was lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice Naruto was shouting at us.
"You guys! Get away!" Naruto shouted.

I quickly jumped in front of Sasuke and put my arms up. But then Sakura ended up pushing me out of the way and ended up being hit by Gaara.

"Sakura!" Naruto and I shouted.

"Gaara! Stop this please!" I shouted at him but he ignored me.

"What do they mean to you?" Gaara asked us.

"They're my friends! No, they're more than that, they're my family! And I won't let anyone hurt them! Not even you!" I shouted at him.

"Sasuke.....Naruto......Kimimaru." I heard Sakura say trying to look up at us.

"It's okay Sakura, I'll get you out of there." I said still looking at Gaara.

"Gaara! Have you forgotten what we been through?! People in the Sand Village use to hate us. But that all changed slowly until that day. Please Gaara, don't be that monster everyone thinks you are!" I shouted at him.

He moaned in pain again then attacked me with his sand. I hit the tree behind me and a huge barrier of sand started to cover me. I tried to make it stop but his sand was too powerful for me to move. I screamed as the sand started to tighten around me. I couldn't do anything to stop him.

"Kimimaru! Hold on! I'll get you out of there!" Naruto shouted.

"You haven't answered my question!" I heard Gaara yell.

"T-They are my friends! Leave them alone or else, I'll kick your ass!" Naruto shouted at him but that just made Gaara tighten his sand around me and Sakura.

"Now what? Aren't you going to kick my ass?" Gaara taunted.

I tried to hear what was going on but I was completely covered by Gaara's sand. I couldn't move and to make matters worse, my head started to hurt again. My eyes felt like they were on fire. I could feel my chakra getting rowdy.

"Guys! Help me! AAAAAAH!" I shouted thinking that I did it in my head but I couldn't.

"Hey kid! Hang on!" Gyūki said.

"Hurry!" I shouted.

"Shukaku, can't you help her out!?" Gyūki said.

"I can't! Something isn't letting me!?" Shukaku replied.

I felt a even stronger pain that made my body fall to the ground. I stayed there unable to move or hear Shukaku and the others. I tried to stand or speak but nothing came out. Finally, the pain stopped, I was able to ststand up but I still couldn't hear.

I looked around and noticed Gaara's sand still around me but it wasn't tightening like before. I tried moving and the sand started to get off of me. I extended my arms in front of me and pushed the giant wall of sand.

I almost fell when I broke free but a tentacle grabbed me. I looked up and noticed another one wrapped around from a branch above. I stood up straight and the tentacles went inside my body.

"That was a close one." Gyūki said.

I looked around then my eyes landed on Naruto. He was fighting with all his might. I looked as Gaara threw him and away from him. I ran quickly to him and caught him before he hit the ground with the little toad next to him. But we were thrown to hard that we smashed into a tree until I felt someone grabbed me from behind. I looked back to see Sasuke.

"Sasuke!" Naruto and I shouted at the same time.

"You guys can take it easy. I'll handle him." Sasuke said letting go of me.

"No! I'll do it, plus, none of you know what he's been through more than me." I explained.

"Kimimaru, he tried to kill you." Sasuke argue.

"If he did then why did he let me go. I was able to free myself because he loosen his sand for I could get out." I explained.

"I'm still not letting you go. You and Naruto have to free Sakura and get out of here."He said trying to stand up. I stood up quickly and jumped in front of Gaara.

"Kimimaru! Don't!" Naruto and Saskue shouted but I ignored them.

I looked at Gaara and noticed sadness in his eyes. I didn't know what he was thinking but I knew it had to be about me. He looked at me then at Naruto. I looked too and saw a bunch of his clones around us. Gaara quickly pushed me away from him making me loose my balance and fall to the branch below.

"Naruto stop it!" I shouted but he kept attacking Gaara.

"This is bad." Shukaku said.

"Why?" I asked.

"If this continues he would transform completely." He replied.

Right when Shukaku finished talking a giant cloud of dust made me fall to the ground. I looked up to see Shukaku himself. He roared then sand started to come out. I followed the sand and quickly jumped up as it made its way to Naruto.

"Naruto!" I shouted but was not able to reach him in time because something grabbed my wrist.

"Let me go!" I shouted but at the person. I looked up to see Temari?

"Temari! What are you doing?" I shouted at her.

"We need to get out of here. It's not safe for us." She replied.

"I can't just leave my friends here! I still need to help Gaara!" I shouted freeing myself.

"Kimimaru! Hey wait!" She shouted but I ignored her.

I didn't realized that she pulled me really far from the others. I stopped running and I made hand signs.

"Summoning jutsu!" I shouted making a small Ty appear in front of me.

"Kimimaru? What are you doing? Can't you see that I used to much chakra!" He replied.

"Sorry Ty but I really need your help." I said looking down at him.

"Kimimaru, why do you have the Sharingan?" Ty asked.

I was confused then he reached into my bag and pulled out a mirror. I looked at my reflect and noticed the famous Uchiha clan's eyes, the Sharingan. I thought back to my fight with Misaki and remembered what happened while I was in Gaara's sand.

"That snake!" I shouted throwing the mirror to the ground.

"Kurama! Can you help me out?" I asked him.

"Didn't we told you to talk in your head kid." He answered.

"We didn't have time for that! Are you going to help me or not Kurama! Please!" I shouted at him.

"I will, just summon me out." Matatabi replied.

"Thanks Matatabi." I said making hand signs.

"Ty get next to me." I said and Ty followed.

"Summoning jutsu!" I shouted.

Then a blue, black cat, whose fur looked like flames appeared right underneath us. I looked up to see Shukaku and Gamabunta? Wait did Nii-san summon him?

"Child please stop wasting time, we need to stop that kid before he gives himself to Shukaku's other half." Matatabi said.

"Right! Let's go!" I shouted as we made our way to Gaara and Naruto.

Naruto

"Hold on tight!" Chef toad said as he ran towards Gaara.

"WAAAAAAAH!" I shouted trying to hold on to him and Gamakichi.

Chef toad slashed off one of Gaara's arm but it wasn't over yet. I knew I had to get him away from the others. If we continue fighting here we could hurt them.

"This is fun. You are fun Naruto Uzumaki." I heard someone say. I looked on to of the monster's head and noticed Gaara coming out of it.

"So that's the medium." Chef toad said.

"Thank you for keeping me entertain so far. Now, I'll show you the true power of the sand demon!" Gaara shouted making a hand sign.

"Gaara stop!" We heard someone yell.

We turned around to see Kimimaru. And she was on top of a huge blue black cat with two tales. Wait what!

"The Two Tails Demon Cat!" Chef toad shouted.

"Kimimaru! What do you think you're doing?!" I shouted at her.

"Saving my friends. Let's go Matatabi!" She shouted as she and the blue cat ran towards Gaara.

"Gaara snap out of it!" She shouted as she got closer to him.

"Sand Coffin!" Gaara shouted. I looked over at Kimimaru and noticed sand around her.

"Repel!" She shouted and the sand shooted in different directions.

She jumped back to where we were. She took out a scroll and bit her finger. She swiped her fingers crossed the scroll and summon Zabuza's blade.

"Naruto! Do you have a plan?" She asked me.

"No not really. What about you?" I asked.

"Same." She replied.

What can we do now? I don't have a plan, neither does Kimimaru. Also, I want to protect Sakura, Sasuke, and Kimimaru. What should I do? I thought to myself.

"Sounds good guys I'll tell them." Kimimaru said pulling me out of my thoughts.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I have a plan, but we need to get close to him. We can't allow him fall asleep. If that happens then we get everyone out of here quickly and let me handle him. No one knows what 'He's' capable of but me." She replied.

"By 'He' you refer to that monster inside him right?" I said.

"Why does everyone call them monsters?! They have names ya know." She replied flipping her hair out of her face. Once she did that she revealed the Sharingan.

"Kimimaru, your eyes." I said pointing at them.

"I know, I'll explain that later to you. Right now, we need to help-"

"Spell of Fake Sleep!!" We heard Gaara say.

"No! Dammit! Naruto you idiot! You distracted me!" Kimimaru shouted at me.

"I'm sorry!" I shouted back.

"HAHAHA! I'm finally out! Hiyahooooooo! And here's someone I wanna kill right~~off!!" It yelled.

"What is going on?" I asked to myself.

Kimimaru

"HEY SHUKAKU!" I shouted at Gaara's Shukaku.

"Who are you?" He said.

"A friend." I said simply.

"I don't have any." He replied.

"Ty you can go, I have Matatabi now. Thanks for helping me." I said smiling at him.

"Don't need to say it twice kid." Ty said before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.

"What's going on?" Naruto shouted.

"I'm the Jinchuiki of the Two Tales." I said to him.

"I remember you, you were that girl that I told this kid to killed. You know, he still wants you dead because of what you made him suffer." Shukaku said.

"I don't care what you say. I want to hear it from him. But he's asleep so I need to wake him up for he can tell me himself!" I shouted ready to make hand signs.

"Fuuton! Steroid Blanks!" Shukaku shouted.

"Jump!" Gamabunta shouted.

Matatabi and Gamabunta jumped out of the way as Shukaku's steroid blanks came towards us. I made quick hand signs which made me and Matatabi teleport out of the way. Gamabunta counterattack with water cannon balls jutsu but Shukaku used the same jutsu again and was able to land a blow.

"Yeah! I did it! I killed him! I killed him!" Shukaku shouted out of joy.

"Shukaku, please tell you're not like that." I said to my Shukaku.

"I'm not." He replied annoyed and quickly.

"Matatabi, do you have a plan?" I asked her.

"If only I can get closer to him, hold him still for you and your Nii-san can wake the boy up." Matatabi replied.

"Matatabi you're brilliant!" I shouted.

I put my hands together and focused my chakra. Once I gathered some chakra I tried to chain it to Naruto and Gamabunta. I focused really hard until I was able to hear what they were thinking.

"Naruto, Gamabunta, I have a plan on how to get close to Gaara. But Gamabunta, you need Naruto to use the transformation jutsu for you can grab Shukaku. Matatabi and I will get him from the back while you guys from the front. Sounds good?" I asked them.

"BELIEVE IT!!" Naruto shouted.

"Let's do this punk." Gamabunta replied.

"Alright let's do this." I making Zabuza's blade disappear then letting Matatabi's chakra cover me.

"Hang on Gaara. I'm going to help and this time I'm not going to leave you alone again." I said looking at Gaara's motionless body.
