08: so that's little juna...

"Oh come on, Mum!", a fifteen-year-old girl, with long, black, wavy hair screeched and stared at her mother. "Bomi is also going to the NCT Dream concert! You also went to concerts when you were my age. Please!"

Yoon Saem, now married and 41-years old looked at her daughter, not realising the milky-translucent teenager sitting on top of her fridge, looking at the scene happening in front of her ghostly eyes.

Kim Juna couldn't quite believe rher eyes when she accidentally bumped into Saem on one of her strolls through Seoul. The Dreamies were busy preparing for a concert and looking for ways to get her back into the afterlife. And since it was boring, Juna decided to look for her family, not thinking she would bump into her best friend Yoon Saem.

The memory of taking over Saem's body on this fateful August wedenesday in 1998 was still burned on the inside of the ninteen-year-old ghosts mind. Ever since that day, she never took over anyones body ever again.

Saem was a grown up and beautiful woman. The only thing that remind Saem of that day in August was the faint scar on her wrist. But in Saem's memory all of this seemed hazy and she thought she'd probably imagined Juna standing there in her room—with tears streaming down her face.

"I don't understand why you won't let me see NCT Dream! Jisung-oppa is the love of my life, Mum!" The teenage was screaming now, dramatically grabbing the fabric over her chest. "You're being unfair, Mum!" With these words, the girl stomped out of the kitchen and slammed a door.

A second later, Saem could hear her daughter cry to NCT Dream's Dear Dream. Saem sighed and turned around. "How long have you been watching?" Saem asked and looked to the top of the fridge—her hallucination seemed to come back in times when she fought with her daughter.

"You can still see me, Saem?" Juna asked and floated down. It was weird standing next to her best friend now. Saem was grown up and slowly became little wrinkles at the corner of her bright, brown eyes. She still had a youthful charm around her, but she was a real adult.

"How can I forget how you look like?" Saem asked and crossed her arms. She looked at the translucent form of her forever-nineteen-year-old best friend. "I don't know. Maybe you forgot how I looked like?" Juna shook her shoulders.

"So, that's you kid?" Juna asked and nodded towards the direction the teenage girl has run to. "Yes... she's fifteen years old and a big K-Pop fan." A sigh left Saem's lips. "I could see that. NCT Dream, huh?" Juna asked and Saem nodded. "What's her name?" Juna looked at Saem, who had a sad smile on her lips.

"She was born on May 10th of 2005", Saem said and Juna looked into the mature face of her old classmate. "That's my birthday", Juna said and Saem nodded. "We named her Juna", Saem continued and Juna's form flickered.

"You named her after me?" Juna asked and saw the tears in Saem's eyes. "Yes. She's my sun, my moon and all my stars. Just like you have been." Saem gently wiped the tears of her eyes and looked at the ghost.

"Why are you back, Juna? Shouldn't you be resting in your afterlife, waiting to be reborn?" Saem asked and Juna gulped. "Let her see NCT Dream", Juna said, her voice echoing through Saem's kitchen. "Something happened to my grave and I got pulled back into this realm", Juna said, looking at the floor.

"A few friends of mine are trying to get me back", Juna continued. "But I wanted to see you and my family again. So I came to visit." Juna smiled.

Juna's form started disappearing and the ghost sighed—an awfully long and exaggerated sigh. "Let her see NCT Dream. If you're afraid that she has to face the same fate that I faced, pick her up from the venue yourself."

Juna looked at Saem. "Don't let your fears get into little Juna's way of becoming happy. She deserves to be as happy as she can." Juna became even more translucent.

"Take care of her." Juna said. "And thank you for naming her after me." Juna disappeared into thin air and Saem was left alone in the kitchen. Her heart was feeling heavy and a big sigh left her lips.

She took a deep breath and recollected herself. Then she walked out of the kitchen. "Lee Juna! Can I come in?"
