Chapter Ten
This story might not be as long as the last three. It might be twenty to thirty.:/
"How is that even possible though?"
"She's dead. How can a dead person reveal something like that?"
"Do you know who she wants to kill?"
"Are you sure your mind isn't playing tricks on you?"
"You might be going through denial. There's nothing wrong with that."
Mitch sighed, crossing his arms as everyone's questions practically drowned him. He knew what he saw and what he heard yet no one believed him. Macy was alive in his head and she could be helping him with what the Pack could be going through.
"I'm not going through denial though. Macy is alive in my head and telling me things that are important. It's my job to keep this Pack safe."
"Mitch, I'm the Lead Alpha. I'm supposed to keep the Pack safe."
Mitch sighed, looking at Scott seriously. His eyes turned blue, then red, then yellow, then back to brown. He shook his head, looking at everyone else.
"Just because you're a leader doesn't mean that the rest of the Pack can't help. Yes, I might be a naturally born Omega, but we are not as fragile and delicate as you and The Council thinks. We are strong, mighty, and powerful. We know how to fight our fights even if we could get punished for that.
"Right now, I'm expecting Scott to punish me because I'm speaking how I feel. Omegas are not supposed to do that, but guess what? You're taking away a rank's right to Freedom of Speech. Why is it that two ranks could to speak their minds and fight endlessly while the last rank is forced to stay quiet and resourceful? Why is it that the law only benefits the Alphas and Betas, not the Omegas?
"Sorry, but that is not how Mommy wants to live. I want to live as the first Omega who speaks for himself. Yes, I am Special now, but I will never forget the fact that I was born an Omega. I will forever be proud of the fact that I am a natural born Omega and have pride on that. Before I was nineteen, I hated being an Omega. Now that I am older, I love it!
"I finally appreciate the fact that I am different because everyone of you showed me that being different is okay; however, if you shove me into the 'Omega Box', the one that says that Omegas can't fight and that they must be submissive, then you are making me not different. You are making me similar to everyone else.
"Being similar sucks! I want to be myself and only myself. So please, let me fight. I am not weak nor defenseless. I will sacrifice myself for this Pack so we could finally be at peace. Please, Scott. I could show that Omegas refuse to give up without a fight. Please."
Scott sighed, looking at his Pack members. Avi and Kevin nodded, their eyes wide from Mitch's rant. Tori and Alyssa have similar expressions as their husbands, smirking a bit. Ben and Jessi nodded, wanting to fight alongside Mitch. The Lead Alpha nodded, hugging Mitch close to him.
"Of course, my angel. We just need to find out when to fight."
Mitch giggled, jumping when people began to gather out of the church. Ben's foster mom ran up to Ben, hugging him tightly as she cried silently. His foster dad shook his head, glaring at the Omega fiercely.
"Why did you run out? That behavior is unacceptable. You will be punished once you go home."
"Yes, Sir."
A sudden confidence suddenly came within Mitch. The Special stood up, forgetting about his shy nature as he glared at Ben's father.
"Excuse me, Sir! You shouldn't be allowed to punish your son because of him grieving. Why would you do that?"
Ben's father pushed Mitch a bit, making him stumble. Scott and Avi's eyes turned red, getting ready to pounce at any moment.
"You are an Omega, son. You have no right to talk to me like that."
Mitch smirked, crossing his arms as his eyes turned red, blue, and yellow. Ben's father's eyes widened, trying to say something but nothing came out.
"Hon, I'm a Special. Technically speaking, you have no right to speak to me like that."
"Bu-bu..."
"DRAG!"
"He's right," Kevin spoke up, wrapping an arm around Mitch's shoulders. "Even though he is a natural born Omega, he is a Special. You have no right to talk him like that. So, technically, he'll be the one to punish you."
"Mic...drop."
"Avi."
"Sorry not sorry."
Ben's father shook his head, leaving the Pack alone. Scott smiled, kissing Mitch's temple sweetly as Ben tried to get out of his mom's grip with no prevail.
"Destiny, I have to-"
"No, you're coming home with us. We can't lose another child."
Ben gasped, staring at the Pack with teary eyes. Jessi began to cry, holding onto Ben with all their might.
"I'm so sorry, guys...I have to leave the Pack...forever."

"DARIEN, OH MY GOSH!"
Darien ran into the bathroom, noticing how Esther had a big smile on her face. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she shoved something into Darien's hand, barely keeping her excitement in check.
"LOOK AT IT!"
Darien did as he was told, gasping at the object.
Positive.
"Wait...you're...?"
Esther nodded excitedly, hugging Darien tightly as she began to cry. He looked at the test, wondering how in the world that was possible.
Did she...no, she wouldn't. Right?
"I'm so excited! I really hope the baby is a girl! Our little Kirstin Taylor Koop."
Great. Another Kirstin to live with.
"Maybe we should look at other names? Names that aren't similar to the initials KTM?"
"Why do you hate Kirstin so much?"
"Why do you hate Mitch so much?"
Esther scoffed, throwing the test on the ground angrily. Darien crossed his arms, waiting for a proper response.
"Because Kirstin hated him."
"So if Kirstin were to jump off a bridge, would you do the same?"
"Yes."
"Why though?!"
"Because she's my friend. Friends do everything together."
Darien shook his head, trying his best to figure out how to explain to Esther that Kirstin was a terrible person. She did not believe him once that the blonde woman was evil.
"What would you do if she killed Avi if she were still alive?"
Esther scoffed once more, shaking her head as she looked in a different direction. Darien could see the tears in her eyes, only wanting to hug her.
You can't though. Just argue.
"I wouldn't care. He hurt me."
"So you would rather your brother die than your best friend?"
Esther opened her mouth, closing it right away. Darien smirked, crossing his arms as he waited for a response.
"It's good to see that your priorities are being set straight. You're finally realized how terrible Kirstin was."
Esther shook her head, tears gathering in her eyes as she glared at her husband. She pushed him roughly, her eyes turning yellow as she growled.
"You don't ever speak like to me. Kirstin was my friend. My only friend. I had no one with me. She accepted me for who I was."
"You mean she accepted you for becoming the person she wanted you to be."
"WHY DO YOU SPEAK LIKE ABOUT HER?! RESPECT HER!"
Esther slapped him, breathing heavily as tears rolled down her cheeks. She shook her head, purposefully bumping into Darien on the way. He rolled his eyes, smirking as he bent down to get the test.
I wonder if this child is mine.
Darien couldn't help but wonder if Esther ever cheated on him during the course of their relationship. They have always been a great couple until recently, ever since Kirstin died. It was like she wanted them to fight once they were together. She hated them together and often joked about Esther's feelings about her when thy hung out with her.
"Esther, how do you like this shirt on me? It shows off my curves."
"Es, do you kiss Darien a lot? If you don't, I'm right here."
"Esta Rose, you look amazing today. What do you think of me?
Kirstin did all of this because of Esther being with Darien and the fact that they would never be together. That broke Esther's heart and it broke Darien's heart to know that his beautiful wife was listening to someone as cruel as Kirstin.
Why would you ever do that, Es? You have better people in your life.
~~~
"Scott?"
The Lead Alpha nodded, smiling when Mitch sat on his lap. The Special sighed sadly, hailing his hands sweetly.
"I can't believe Ben is leaving us. He didn't even look like he wanted to stay."
"I know, baby," Scott murmured, bringing in Mitch closer. "Ben will leave one day, I promise. We'll all be a Pack again."
Mitch smiled, kissing Scott sweetly as he adjusted himself. He sighed happily, hugging his husband tightly.
"Thank you for being my husband. You've made me happy to be myself."
"You're welcome, my angel. You're everything to me."
Mitch smiled, sighing as he thought about Macy once more. He tugged on Scott's sleeve, getting his attention immediately.
"What's wrong?"
"I...I don't think I want anymore children. I don't want to go through the pain of losing another baby."
Scott wiped away the year rolling some Mitch's cheek, kissing him softly. The Special sniffed, snuggling into the Lead Alpha's embrace.
"I love you, Prince Erik."
"I love you, Princess Ariel."
Mitch smiled, his eyes closing as he allowed slumber to take over his body. Scott smiled, carrying Mitch bridal style as he stood up. He walked into their room, laying his husband down.
Thank God the kids are sleeping. Mitch needs it.
Scott laid down too, kissing Mitch's forehead tenderly. Mitch smiled in his sleep, knowing that Scott will always stay.
Forever and forever.
