UNIT 1: COMPUTERS

1.    Are you good at using computer? What do you often do with your computer?

I think I’m good at  using computer for my hobbies. For ex: Chatting with my guys by Messenger, Playing games by many programmes on website. Of course, sometimes I have to do my homeworks

2.    When did you first start using a computer?

When I was a child, I mean it’s just about 6 years old in primary school. This is the first time I have touched into computer. It makes me so excited, and I got A certificate in this year.

3.    Who taught you to use a computer?

Nobody. I just learnt it by myself, with some books in Bookstore. I was really like this job.

4.    Did you learn to use a computer in high school? Why or why not?

Yes, I did. Tell why, because it was the one of compulsative subjects in high school. And I liked this so much. It has been increased my skills for many years

5.    Do you have web page? When did you start it? How much time did it take to make?

I think I have. It was about 2 years ago. And it took me just 10 mins to complete.

6.    Do you want to have a more powerful computer? If yes, what kind of computer do you want? Why?

Actually I really want to have a new computer. I always wish that I could have one. And, I want IMAC by Apple US. Its so nice, so wonderful, so powerful. That’s enough for me.

7.    Do you use e-mail? What language do you use to write e-mail? Why?

Yes, I do. Sometimes, I use Vietnamese to write e-mail, maybe I can use English. Because, my friends live around the world. So I have to use both of them.

8.    What is your e-mail address? How many e-mail address do you have?

That is [email protected], and I have 2 e-mail address now.

9.    How do you study English with your computer?

I can listen all the songs by English, it helps me to improve my listening more. I can read some stories written by English too. So, I can increase my skills to speaking better than ever… More and more

10.Do you use chat-room? If so, what chat-rooms do you use and who do you talk to?

I have not used chat-room since the day I made e-mail.

UNIT 2: POLLUTION

1.    Are there litter law where you live? If so, what is the penalty for littering?

No. There are not any litter law in my area. It also depends on their awareness, who live around this town.

2.    How often is garbage collected in your neighborhood?

It is collected everyday of week. In the early morining or the afternoon, after 5pm

3.    Do you think that people should recycle newspaper? Why or why not?

I think they should. Because recycling newspaper will reduce the worst of pollution in our city right now. And we can use money for doing something else is helpful.

4.    What are some types of pollution? What causes them?

There are many types of pollution, such as: Air,Noise,Water,Land polluion. And the reasons cause them, I think it depends on humans and childrens, they have no knowledge about enviroment’s protection.

5.    What are some things that your community is doing to help the enviroment?

Producing some activities to protect our lives, better than before. Also make some progammes around this town, to educate everyone who live here, to increase their awareness about pollution. The results of the pollution could give to us

6.    Do you think overpopulation is an important enviroment issue?

Yes, I think so. Because when the population go faster, we cant get enough the fresh air for everyone. We have to make a plan that can reduce the overpopulation in VietNam as fast as possible

7.    Who do you think is more responsible for pollution, individual people or the government? Why?

This is government. Because it is the only person who make a latest decision for people in the city, so government has responsible to talk about this topic to everyone live here.

8.    What is happening to forests in VietNam? What happens when we remove forests?

In VietNam, forests is being destroyed everday. That’s why the air gets worst day after day. When we remove forests, they cant live better as the same place. This is not good for them. Don’t remove forests, plz!

9.    How is pollution affecting the environment in Viet Nam today?

It’s not good for people’s heath. The bad environment would destroys people’s life. More over, it will make the air gets worst than ever.

10. What can you do to help prevent pollution?

Educate people about what is dangerous for environment. Show them what is helpful to prevent the increase of pollution in city.

UNIT 3: MUSIC

1.    How much time do you spend listening to music everday?

I spend as least 2 hours to listen to music everyday.

2.    What kind of music do you like? Classical music, country music, punk or jazz?

No kind of music up there is my style. I like Pop ballad most. All the songs in my Ipod are Pop ballad too.

3.    Do you like singing karaoke? How much time do you sing karaoke?

Yes, I do. But sometimes, Im really want to sing karaoke with my guys. Not my style any longer.

4.    Do you listen to music while doing your homework? Why or why not?

Yes, I usually do. I don’t know why, but music makes me feel great, and have some ideas for my lessons.

5.    Do you often sing while taking a bath? Why or why not?

It’s embrassing to talk. But I still remember that I always do that. It can take my stress away after a long day.

6.    Do you watch music shows on TV? If so, what do you watch?

Yes, I do. I love to watch music shows on TV. I usually watch Viet Nam Idol, Sao Mai Diem Hen, Tro Choi Am Nhac..

7.    Which do you prefer, songs in English or songs in VietNamese?

I like both of them. Each type has different emotions.

English songs give me the best feeling whenever I listen, It makes me to repeat every beats of this song. And always in my mind

Viet Nam songs give me the classical feeling, it just has easy lyrics and a singer have no emotions in this song as much as English songs

8.    Who is your favorite singer? Why do you like that singer?

BoA – she is the best idol in my heart with sweet smile and powerful voice. Also she has a great talent of dancing too. She has no scandal during her careers. She has got good attitudes since the day she became famous

9.    Do you like dancing?  When was the last time you went dancing?

Yes, I like to dance very much. The last time I went dancing is 2 weeks ago. At my aunt’s birthday

UNIT 5: TRAVEL

1.    Have you ever abroad? Where have you been? With whom? How long?

No, I have no chance go abroad

2.    Could you live in another country for the rest of your life? Why or why not?

I wish it all the time. I wish I could live in Korea for the rest of my life. It will be the best moment that I would never forget. I love the weather in Korea and foods in there.

3.    Who do you like to travel with? Why?

Firstly, I like to travel with my husband, I don’t need to explain right?

Secondly, I like to travel with my mom and my old brother, because they are the important people in my life

Finally, I like to travel with my BFFS. Because they are so funny, so nice and so cute. Couldn’t be better if going without my guys

4.    Which do you prefer, summer vacations or winter vacations? Why?

I love winter vacations than summer vacations. I like the weather in winter, make me feel interesting to do anything. Also I like snows in winter too. I love it so much

5.    Have you ever been on a airplane? How many times? What airlines have you flown with?

Yes, I have been it just once time. At summer vacations, I booked ticket by Viet Nam Airlines to Da nang city. Its so wonderful time. I had a great summer vacation than before.

6.    Have you ever gotten lost while travelling? If so, tell about it

No, I have not

7.    If you were going on a camping trip for a week, what 3 most important things you would bring? Explain why?

Firstly, this is my cell phone. I have to make a call when I get a emegercy on a camping. And besides it, I need to write SMS to someone at night.

Secondly, this is my Ipod Touch. I cant do anything If I don’t have it by my side. It is the important thing to me.

Finally, this is my bags. Of course, It have a lot of things in it too. Such as: Clothes, Bottles of water, A pair of shoes…

8.    What  are some countries that you would never visit? Why?

There are a lots. I will never visit China, because people live here, are not friendly and nice. And Africa, because the weather in here is so hot

9.    Where will you go on your next vacation? Why?

I have answered at question 2. I love Korea and I wish I had a chance to visit this city

UNIT 7 : EDUCATION

1.    Who selected the university you are now attending? You or your parents? Why?

This is my mom. She want me have to work at banking. Because this is a job, can earn a lot of money. It will make my life get better.

2.    What are some important factors in selecting which university to attend?

Has good teachers here. Has good equipments in any class room, has something is special.

3.    Do you think your university is a good one? Why or why not?

I think my university has good things and facilities until now. And my university is on the Top Ten University in Viet Nam at this moment. Why I can’t be so proud of my university?

4.    Do you have any difficulty with your studies?

I think I have no difficulties with my studies until now.

5.    Do you think your teacher give you too much homework?

No, I don’t  think so. Some teachers want us to raise our skills, that’s why they give us more homeworks than a few days at the beginning of the year. It looks good for me and someone else

6.    How do you go to school? How long does it take you to go to school?

I go to school by motorbike, everyday. It takes me just about 5 mins to go to school.

7.    Is it difficult for people without university education go get good job in VietNam?

Yes, It is not

People who has not educated at university, still find a job in VietNam. But they can’t get a lot of money as different people

8.    In your opinion, what are some qualities of a good student? Why?

Hard-working, Willing to try new lessons in class, Being on time everyday, Going to some programmes to help poor families…

9.    Why are you studying foreign language?

Because this is a second important language in the world right now. And, it can help me to communicate better and easily more over.

10.In your opinion, what are some good ways to learn English?

The best way to learn English is pratising everyday, as much as possible. Reading English books in BookStore, Good stories on website. You can find anything about English on Google. Just do it. And you can find your way.
