"Are you guys hungry?" Konna offered

"Yeah we came to get lunch" Kenma insisted

"You should have said something sooner I would have got you guys sandwiches or something" His sister exclaimed standing up

"Thank you" Kuroo exclaimed, Konna went over to the counter and took out four sandwiches from the fridge and came back over

"Here enjoy, it's homemade" She smiled handing one to each of us

"Thank you" We all exclaimed, I quickly unwrapped the plastic around the sandwich and took a bite, it was delicious and I was surprised usually I don't like store bought sandwiches.

"It's so good" I exclaimed, Konna laughed

"I'm glad you like it, mom makes them every day along with cakes and other sweets" she smiled

"Mom is really good at cooking" Kenma commented

"Yup" Konna agreed with a nod

"Dad usually runs the shop but I was yesterday and today as you can see we're closed" She shrugged

"And I have to work tomorrow after school" Kenma sighed

"No getting out of that this is a family business" Konna laughed

"I just wanna play video games" Kenma whined, Akaashi nibbled on the sandwich but didn't say anything, Kenma explained something to Akaashi and he watched Kenma's face

"You're really inexpressive when you talk" Akaashi commented

"You're one to talk" Kenma responded

"I know that I'm inexpressive but I just noticed that you are too" He explained

"You just noticed that Akaashi?" Kuroo asked raising one eyebrow

"I'm sorry I can't hear you, you're idiocy muffles your speak too much" Akaashi commented whilst glaring at Kuroo

"Akaashi you're deaf" Kuroo explained

"why do you think I just said that" Akaashi asked

"I don't know?" Kuroo exclaimed with a frown

"But I seriously didn't catch what you said I can't see everyone all the time" Akaashi insisted

"It was something snarky" Kenma explained after catching Akaashi's eye

"Oh then I don't wanna know" Akaashi insisted, Kuroo pursed his lip frowning

"How rude" Kuroo commented crossing his arms in front of his chest, Akaashi signed something in sign language that I couldn't understand

"Hah" Kenma muttered watching Akaashi sign at Kuroo "That's funny Akaashi"

"Wait you know sign language?" Akaashi exclaimed

"Not much but a little bit" Kenma explained

"You know swear words?" Akaashi asked a faint smile on his face

"What did you expect? something mature and civilized for me to know?" Kenma asked his eyes widening in surprise

"Yeah kinda" Akaashi admitted

"That was stupid" Kenma muttered

"Sorry I thought you of all people would be mature" Akaashi shrugged

"wait were you swearing at me?" Kuroo exclaimed

"Nothing you can prove" Akaashi crossed his arms in front of his chest

"yes he was" Kenma muttered

"Wow Akaashi I thought you of all people would be mature" Kuroo exclaimed

"Shut up" he mumbled pursing his lips

"You can't even hear me" Kuroo shouted slamming his hands down on the table

"But everyone else can so stop shouting" Kenma scolded, Kuroo frowned crossing his arms in front of his chest

"Mmmm" Kuroo muttered taking a bite of his sandwich, Akaashi smirked triumphantly

"That entire argument was petty Akaashi" I scolded

"So maybe it was" Akaashi crossed his arms in front of his chest

"Why are you grumpy today Akaaaaashiiii" I asked leaning my head on his shoulder "You usually aren't petty like this you usually have more self control"

"I-I'm not-" He trailed off pursing his lips

"You were grumpy with me all practice" Akaashi had to crane his neck so that he could see my face when I leaned my head on his shoulder

"I was not" He insisted

"You kept arguing with me" I responded calmly

"That's because you kept starting arguments"

"usually you ignore me when I'm trying to start arguments", Akaashi furrowed his eyebrows and turned away from me

"Oi I'm not done talking to you" I exclaimed sitting back up just as Akaashi turned back to face me, our faces were only a few centimeters away from touching
