ARABELLA MINCHUM IS A SELF-RIGHTEOUS overachiever that is the dutiful daughter of the new Minister of Magic, Harold Minchum. Not one to smoke, drink, sneak out after curfew or do anything remotely fun, he is determined to show her what it to live on the wild side. — Sirius is going to show her how to have fun. He'll teach her everyone there is about being a rebel and definitely isn't the best influence, but she's been pushed to fit a mould her entire life and likes what he represents by challenging his family.
— Arabella is sent to Hogwarts because Voldemort is threatening her as he wants to invade the Ministry of Magic. However, there's Death Eaters inside the castle walls, so do with that what you will . . .
