Naomi frowns as she hears loud shouts and raised voices from out of her office, she walks out of her office to find it crowded, she frowns when she finds most of them were shareholders along with some investors.

"There she is" someone shouts and she comes to a halt.

"What's going on?" she asks before she steps back as all of them rush her way.

"What's going on?" one of them shout.

"You tell us, what's going on? You married someone who would ruin our business" one of them shouts and Naomi glares at them.

"Ruin your business? The last I checked it still was in my family's name" she snaps.

"Oh yeah and whose money are you using to keep your family's name on it"

"I think you all need to calm down first, who I married should not..."

"You should have at least informed us about your affair with that man, marrying some bastard..."

"How dare you call my husband names!" she snaps as she goes to shut the man but she pushed back.

"Husband? A killer, that's what he is, our stocks are down because you married a killer, we all saw the news how you helped him escape, we will not let you destroy us along with you" they shout and Naomi takes a deep breathe before she eyes her staff.

"What are you all looking at? Call the security" she orders but before anyone could react, she is being surrounded by the men.

"What the hell are you all doing, get away from me" she snaps.

"Little bitches like you, playing high and unreachable with daddy's money should be taught a lesson" one of them snarls and Naomi throws a punch aiming at his nose but someone grabs her arm from behind.

"Let go" she shouts but whoever had hold of her does not let it go and she feels a sharp pain as her arm is twisted at her back.

She cries in pain as she tries to fight the hold but she just gets pushed and pulled before a gunshot is heard and everyone moves away screaming.

Naomi winces in pain as she finally feels her arm being let go before, she feels a familiar arm around her body. Staring up she sighs in relief.

"Sweets" she whispers as she puts her head on his chest.

Richard feels his blood boil as he glares at the group of men who were harassing his wife. He tightens the hold on his gun itching to shoot them but he holds back.

"You will pay for this" he warns as he remembers each of their faces.

"I will do he honor" Lucas states as he steps beside Richard who eyes at man.

"I don't like when someone harasses Leon"

"Check your eyes, it's not Leon they are harassing" Tyson grits through his teeth.

"I see perfectly fine. Naomi is Leah's sister, and Leah is Leon's, so ganging up on her means ganging up on my brother. You, you and you..." Lucas points at the men before he shots at each of the pointed men before he chuckles hearing them cry in pain as they fall down.

"Now remaining you, carrying them and silently move to my car, if I don't see you nicely tucked in my car, I will go grab each of your family members and we all know what happens when I do that" he asks nicely before the men do as they are asked.

"You fucking shot at them" Tyson points.

"While you Price keep track on your bullets, I like leaving tracks of them" Lucas points before he walks away.

"Just because I am not around does not mean you get to be naughty, Paige" he whispers as he walks out of the place.

"Naomi" Kathleen whispers in shock as she moves to check on the girl.

"We need to get her to the hospital" Paige states and Richard cups Naomi's face as he checks her.

"Where else did the touch?" Richard asks and she shakes her head.

"Just dislocated my arm" she whispers and Tyson steps forward.

"Let me see" Tyson asks.

"We need to take her..." Paige stops before she winces at Naomi's loud cry.

"Goddamn, Tyson" Paige shouts at her brother.

"What? She just dislocated it" he points as he pats lightly on Naomi's arm.

"Fire?" Richard whispers and she sighs breathing heavily.

"I am okay" she points and he nods before he leads her towards her office.

Settling her down on the couch, he checks her body for any bruises but she cups his face and smiles at him.

"Sweets, I am alright" she assures and he kisses her hand.

"What the fuck, Fire?" he asks and she sighs.

"Those assholes irked me and then they dare call you name I lost..."

"You stay the fuck away when people gang up on you, I don't care what they call me, if they outnumber you, you step the fuck away, what if something had happened, something did happen....

You are strong but not enough to handle them, God baby, you scared the fuck out of me" Richard breathes as he pulls her in his arms.

"I am okay, now. I am okay" Naomi whispers as she kisses the side of his neck.

"And I could not even beat the shit out of them" he sighs regretfully.

"It's good you did not lose your control today. Lucas is looking for a moment where you fuck up, you are just an employee in a security company, you don't have enough power to call out for justice, even if it's for your wife...

I am sure Lucas will handle it, you should cool down and just let this go" Paige points and Richard eyes the woman.

"He treats you like shit yet you stay there, why?" he questions and Paige narrows her eyes at him.

"Tyson can drive Aunt Kathleen back to the hotel, I will inform dad, so you take care of Naomi" Paige states before the door of the room is thrown wide open and in walks Roux with her father.

"Where the fuck did, they go?" Roux asks as she checks her sister.

"The police in movie and my twin always arrives so late" Naomi sighs and Roux frowns.

"What the fuck, Naomi?" Roux glares at her.

"Lucas is taking care of it" Paige informs before Rolfe walks towards his daughter.

"Honey" he sighs as he checks his daughter who smiles as she hugs him.

"Richard" Naomi groans in protests as he covers her with a thin blanket.

"You are resting"

"But..."

"No buts, I already am pissed that I could not take them out myself, fire, so do not push me" he warns and she pushes the blanket off her body.

"But I am okay"

"Not until I think you are, you are going to stay in bed and rest"

"But Kathleen is here, I need to discuss business with her"

"Business can wait, Naomi. Kathleen witnessed it so she will understand why you could not meet up. Don't argue about it with me, baby. Fuck I still am shaking with anger even thinking about the incident" he curses and Naomi sighs pushing him to lie beside him.

"Guess being damsel in distress is not fun at times" she states as she wraps her around his waist.

"No man wants his woman to be one, fire. I cannot even imagine what would have happened if..."

"Hey, ssh, don't think. You need to rest more than me, want me to give you a hand job so you can be sure that I am, okay?" she asks and he grabs her wandering hand before kissing it.

"You are kidding right?" Naomi groans as Roux walks in the house with a wide smile.

"Guess who get to be a baby and who gets to sit on her?" Roux teases as Naomi pouts at her husband.

"You cannot do this" she grumbles.

"Aww, I love you too" Roux states as she grabs the toast and eats it.

"You are taking the day off"

"I am perfectly fine and I don't want people to think I got scared" Naomi points.

"I am not letting you walk back in that office until I check the security myself"

"What?" she frowns.

"Not even one security guards were up there, even when a gun was fired not one came up, so that means the whole security in that building is nothing good and organized. I am talking with Arson, checking which company is handling it before I replace it with more reliable one" he states and Naomi sighs dreamily.

"My man" she gushes before Richard walks to her way and drops a kiss on her forehead as he runs his finger on her temple.

"What happened yesterday can be repeated if not with you then someone else, we have to have a good security in there, baby" he points and she nods her head.

"I love when you are in control" she points and he nods as he joins their forehead staring at her eyes for a while.

"I love you" he whispers and she pecks on his lips.

"I love you too" she nods before he lets her go.

Richard meets Arson at the door before they walk towards the elevator together.

"Heard about what happened, Leon is here to discuss on the matter" Arson points as they step out and make their way towards Arson's office where Leon was waiting for them.

"Leon" Arson calls as they step in and Leon shakes both men hands.

"I am sorry you had to witness all that yesterday" Leon states and Richard nods his head.

"It was shocking to hear that those men harassed Naomi and even more disappointing to find out they were from families we were familiar with"

"Lucas took care of them, I guess" Richard asks.

"You are new to our city, there are certain rules and discipline we like to put out" Leon points and Richard nods before he eyes Arson.

"Richard wants to change the security team on Naomi's office, none of them showed up when the incident happened and he wants to make sure it is not repeated" Arson points and Leon nods his head.

"Of course, she is your wife after all and her security is your priority, but the building falls under Lucero's so the security team assigned there are men than my family choses"

"And you have a very shitty security, Leon. Tell me would you have said the same if it was one of your family instead of my wife in that situation?" Richard asks Leon.

"There has never been a situation for my family at least not in my city, under my watch" Leon states and Richard nods.

"One of the reasons this situation even arise was because she married me. And your family seems to have something against mine"

"I would not have attended your wedding if I had anything against your family. My sister would not have been engaged to your brother" Leon states pointedly.

"Then guess you will have to make sure none of them talk shit or give trouble to my wife while we are here, after all calling me, a bastard also means calling my family one and of course once your sister marries my brother that word getting echoed is not something you will enjoy" Richard puts out and Leon silently stares at Richard for a long moment before he smiles and nods once.

"Very well, everyone will soon receive a message that Russo's are not a foe but a friend" Leon states before he stands up.

"About the security in the building" Richard pushes.

"No one will trouble Naomi regarding her business or her marriage to you, it's a Lucero's word" Leon states before he takes his leave and Richard stares as the man walks away.

"Well played, Rich" Arson pats on Richard's shoulder.

"You think he bought it?" Richard asks and Arson nods.

"You got a Lucero's word; they never go back on it. I think Lucas taking the lead yesterday was a major point for you. Well let me congratulate you for officially being accepted in this city. Leon's word is law among his brothers" Arson grins and Richard nods as he smiles in relief.

Richard walks in his house to find Kathleen and Naomi going through some papers so he silently walks towards the kitchen and grabs a bottle of water.

"How long before you gave in?" Richard asks Roux who sighs.

"I did not, Kathleen showed up and ever since hello's turned into how are you and then all they can talk about it jewelries, even if I am born a girl there is so much I can take" she sighs and Richard chuckles as he stands beside Roux listening to Naomi getting her work mode on as she discusses the designs with Kathleen.

"It was her dream to work with Kathleen" Roux points and Richard raises a brow.

"But with our family history it was never a possibility but now it is turning into reality. Kathleen wants to invest in Naomi's business and she is using Lucero's bank to do all the business transactions"

"Ah, no wonder they were happily hiring security out of their own" Richard points and Roux nods.

"Pizza for dinner?" Richard asks as he walks over to the ladies before he puts the glass of juices in front of them.

"Sweets" Naomi exclaims happily as she throws her arms around him.

"I missed you" she sighs as he ruffles her hair.

"I will skip the dinner, Tyson and I, we are flying in an hour and we will grab one on our way"

"What? But..." Naomi frowns.

"I just came here to personally to see your work, Naomi, but time was not correct even so, I am glad we could do this. I am very much interested in investing in your work. I will contact you once I get back home, maybe we can discuss about our contract soon" Kathleen points and Naomi nods her head as she smiles at Richard happily.

"Thank you so much" Naomi grins.

"It's always pleasure, I am glad to see you both. Take care" Kathleen smiles before she says her goodbye and walks away while Naomi groans and lays down on the couch stretching her arms.

"Oh my god, she is so amazing, Rich. Her designs and do not even make me start on her handwork" Naomi gushes before she animatedly starts to explain the designs to him.

"Okay, now that the love of your life is here, I will be out" Roux points and Naomi stands to go hug her sister.

"Thank you for staying" she smiles.

"You stay away from trouble" Roux points as she takes her leave and Naomi walks to go sit on Richard's lap with a happy smile.
